I placed an order for two NFL lanyards from Sport Merchant in early
October. Received thanks for my order. It was shipped. The order was
charged to my credit card 10-8. I waited ... nothing. I tried to
telephone, the phone is no longer in service. The customer service page
is being updated, and updated. Bob responded, finally 10-21, saying one
was shipped the prior week, the other was backordered. I have tried
numerous e-mails to Bob in customer service. These were for a gift and I
have replaced them. I think Bob is a crook.. I figure I have been taken,
but maybe this will prevent anyone else from a similar experience. They
were to be shipped FedEx, I usually receive merchandise within 10 days.
When I question about a delivery, I should get a response. I have been
requesting a credit and canceling order. There has been no response.
