SportsDirect.com product the very wrong colour.

I recieved my lee cooper jacket today in which i ordered in navy for my son for school {which has to be navy} but as i was at work when i took it out, it was most certainly black not navy which was stated on the website, problem is that it costs more money to send it back than it did to purchase in the first place, last order i sent back last week cost me more than €30 which was absolutely shocking to say the least.

Hi. Can someone please contact me urgently. I have placed an order (you took the money) and now no one comes back to me. I went to the branch in Sutton, because Customer Service ignores me. I am really upset about this. Because of you, my son will be without a birthday present tomorrow at his party. Is this how you treat customers after taking money?

SportsDirect.com can I rate in negative!!!

Can I rate in negative! M [censor] pisssed off with their delivery system. Sport direct sucks! Such a poor online customer service. Whenever u call them they have high call volume and they don't let u stay on the phone. They just straight away asks u to call back n the line gets auto disconnected. The myhermes delivery people are bunch of stupid folks... They never come in the morning or neither they leave any contact number to reach them. I always order online and other courier people delivers my stuffs without any hassle. This is driving me nuts now... Please deliver my order either on weekends or before 9 in the morning any day. I have emailed sports direct customer service and the [censor] did not bother to reply! My friend is magazine editor and he is going to post sports direct true colours soon.

SportsDirect.com delivery

I made an order 2 weeks ago and it has been saying it is in hawks bay since saturday 9th december and i still have not received it. Ive always ordered from sports direct and never had any problems but on this order i have. Ive rung the couriers to find out anything and they have not received it. Ive emailed your customer care team and all ive been told is that your investigating it. That was 5 days ago i havent heard anything since.

ORDERED FROM SPORTSDIRECT.COM, EVEN PAID EXTRA FOR FASTER SHIPPING AND NEVER RECEIVED PRODUCT, THEY DON'T HAVE A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL. YOU CAN ONLY CONTACT SOMEONE BY E-MAIL AND THEY TAKE A LONG TIME TO RESPOND AND WHEN THEY DO RESPOND THEY SAY THAT THEY CAN'T HELP YOU. ALSO DHL LIED ABOUT DELIVERING THE PACKAGE AND HAD FAKE SIGNATURE ATTACHED TO DELIVERY CONFIRMATION AND THEY ALSO STATED ON THE DELIVERY CONFIRMATION THE THEY DELIVERED THE PACKAGE AT MY RESIDENT THE SAME TIME THE PACKAGE ARRIVED AT THE AIRPORT TO BE DELIVERED THAT WAS SCATCHY RIGHT THERE. DHL FRAUD DEPT YOU CAN'T REACH ANYBODY AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SAID THEY WILL CALL BACK BUT NEVER DO. I HAVE SECURITY CAMERA'S AT MY RESIDENCE SHOWS THAT THEY NEVER DELIVERED THE PACKAGE AT THE TIME AND DAY THEY SAID THEY DID. WE HAVE NO ONE TO CONTACT ABOUT THIS SCAM AND BAD SERVICE FROM BOTH COMPANY'S INVOLVED. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!

SportsDirect.com boxer underpants

I have always brought your products but on this occasion I have only Calvin Klein under pants which I purchase from sports direct my most recent purchase I have only washed 3 times and 2 pairs are coming apart at the waist I took them back to sports direct and because they had been worn and washed they weren't interested and I don't think that's given your brand a very good name

SportsDirect.com items not delivered from online order

Order Ref: SD40000038785205. Order placed 30/09/17. 1 part of the 5 item order delivered on 05/09/17. Later found that I had signed for all 5 items in error but only received one. Have sent 9 emails and spent a long time on a call to customer service explaining the situation. Only had one response by email which was not helpful. On the call was told I would get a response in 24-48 hours which never came and that I would have to wait while the warehouse was investigated by the security department. The items were apparently picked and packed in one parcel but this was not the case; I received a pair of boxing gloves and no shorts or vest tops. So Sports Direct have taken my money but have failed to deliver the goods I have paid for, This feels like I have been hoodwinked. I don't have my items and I don't have the money I paid for them. This is awful customer service - the worst I have experienced for some time and not something I am used to from high street/online sellers. I had lots of items in my Wish List and Basket which I was waiting to purchase, I am a regular buyer from Sports Direct. Now I am reluctant to ever purchase anything again unless this is resolved with some compensation for the inconvenience of having my money taken but nothing provided for that sale? Extremely unhappy.

SportsDirect.com late delivery

I purchased an order online on Monday 11th Sep 2017 @ 17:50.
Order Number SD40000039148299
I paid the extra money for the next day delivery service.
I received an email on 12th Sep 2017 @ 06:59 confirming my order had been collected by Hermes courier.
Consignment Number [protected]
The parcel did not arrive on 12th Sep 2017.
At 08:56 today 13th Sep 2017 I received an email and text message from Hermes confirming the order was out for delivery with them.
I emailed your customer services @ 10:18 today to query why my order was late and that I should receive a refund for next day delivery. They emailed back 5minutes later saying the order was out for delivery.
Hermes tried to deliver the parcel at 11:45 today but no-one was in. We had waited in all day yesterday.
I have emailed customer services 2 more times throughout the day questioning about a refund but no-one has had the decency to reply.
I would like some-one to contact me regarding this as it is very poor service, especially the fact that no-one has responded to my emails.
All I am asking for is a bit of courtesy and a refund for the service I have paid for which I did not receive.

Today, about 2h ago, I was at your store on the High Street in Scunthorpe, I saw a pair of running shoes I liked, tried to get some help from your employees and except for one young man who was really busy but took the time to call his colleagues through his radio no one else even bothered, they literally walked past me and ignored me. This kind young man went on his radio a few times trying to get someone upstairs to help me, this went on for over 20 min, me standing there with a shoe in my hand waiting, one other girl came over, attended to another customer and told me she would be right back, never to be seen again! I would understand if it was busy but some employees didn't seem to be bothered, I am really disappointed because I was a good customer, my son and partner too, and now I doubt we will ever be back in your store again.

SportsDirect.com Robbery!

I'm advising you not to choose express delivery. Your money will be taken and the order will be sent as a standard package. I paid extra money for my order because I needed it the sooner the better. And expected to get it next day. However, I received it one week later. They didn't notify me about it and I having trusted them took a day off. Silly me. The worst thing is that I'm not the only one who suffered from irresponsible treatment. You can't treat your customers that way. You have to fix everything and don't cheat them, or it will surely drive all the present and future customers away.

SportsDirect.com failure to process cancellation, with sufficient notice given

To SportsDirect Customer Service Complainants

I wish to make a complaint regarding the purchase and subsequent cancellation of an order SDIE40000038705127
through your online site on Sunday August 27th

I submitted an order and followed it up with a cancellation 6 hrs later Reference: CAS-3000608-D7P1B3

I find it hard then to believe that you processed my order AFTER having already received a cancellation request.
I sent a cancellation 6 hrs after ordering, yet you still processed and dispatched my order 24 hours later.

You are now forcing an extra cost on me of €6.90 return, and a further €6.99 to reorder.

At this rate, noone can every cancel an order if you fail to correlate cancellations with the orders. This, I suspect, surely contravenes the
most basic of consumer rights. I would hope that you would rectify your procedural error with a viable refund for the inconvenience imposed.

SportsDirect.com airwalk shoes

Hello,

I have purchased Airwalk shoes for years in Canada, and the were great.
I now live in the UK and my first pair were fine, but my second purchase of Airwalks was extremely disappointing. The shoes are like new from the sole up after 3 months, but the sole itself has huge holes in both heels. It's never happened before. I dont know what happened to the quality. I do not have the receipt, although I have photographs - attached. Thank you.

SportsDirect.com no fear children's roller skates (pink & white)

Hi I brought my 8 year old daughter a pair of the no fear roller skates a week ago.she had only wore them 4 times.i took her skating today Wednesday 23 rd August.in the middle of skating she took a really bad fall brushing both her knees her hands and hitting one side of her face when I ran over to her I noticed that one of the breaks had come of from the skate .the manager of the place took her sakes of and put ice packs on her knees and got out his tools to fix the break back on but he was having trouble screwing it back in when he looked inside the black bit he noticed that the bolt had actually come away inside so every time he was trying to screw it just kept turning .i checked inside my car to find the recept but couldn't find it so I did not bother taking them back to the shop as I thought they wouldn't be changed without a recept so I just threw them away . My daughter was really upset that I threw them and explained to her that I don't have the money to buy another pair as I'm single parent on low income .thank you Kerry wilson...p.s the store I brought them was Clacton on sea

SportsDirect.com sport direct customer service staff rude!!

after an order online one product was cancelled and I called the customer service to see if they can help! an lady named Amy (029) did me no options and refuse to admit the fault was on sport direct side ! i know the term and condition..but when sports direct cancell an item the fault is on their side! and i just needed some help because the product cancelled by SD was available on other color! any way...here is what the customer service Amy told me: "not our fault, ...no supervisors on job, ...nothing can be done(exxcept cancelling the order but i don t want that because of the other products)...stop shouting! (i was not shouting at all...just asking for help) "...and when i was asking for an manager or supervisor to check the call record to see how rude she was she told me that non of them are there!...all have meetings!...and she will look at the call rec after!...she cannot play the call recording by law!...only an supervisor can do that! Any way...NO apologies for the canceled item due to non in stock! NO any other help provided!...NOTHING! is this good practice?...do the customers of sports direct have any rights...or obly sport direct has rights?...lot s of problems i had during the years with faulty items or non stock cancellations and o had enough!...and they refuse to refund when an item is faulty!...they give you credit!...i have an proof of that videorecording in store an refuse to cash back after the product was faulty out of the bag...opened the bag in front of tge staff! "we only do credit!"...I HAD ENOUGH!...I will take this as far as I can!...

SportsDirect.com wrong order sent and ignored by customer services!

I placed a next day delivery for two items, only to find one was the wrong size. Was asked by customer services to post back the item and send proof of postage which I did the next day. However, there was a Mix-up at post office and wrong parcel was tracked (I was sending two). I explained this to customer service however I received a very patronising email from a lady called Abbie saying that basically I should have tracked the correct item! I responded and chased for the last two days on an update but it has been completely ignored! I'm now money down, with no item and still haven't been sent a replacement! My daughter is very confused as to why her brother got new trainers yet she didn't! Completely disgusting service!

SportsDirect.com Children's coat and the customer service

Hello,
I bought a knit cardigan for my son from sports direct as we were leaving on a holiday . I came home and my son tried to put the coat on and the stitch on the sleeve came apart literally up to his elbow. You can clearly see the stitch line where the seams were undone and the thread was still attached to it. I came back from the holiday and took it to the the store and one of the staff literally accused me of doing it on purpose . He was outright rude and said that it looks like I had taken a scissors to the coat and it looks like i chopped it. It was just apalling and if he had looked properly he could had seen the sleeve and the stitch coming off. I was quite offended by the accusation and am not pleased.

SportsDirect.com Incorrect product description and very slow response

The actual measures of clothes we received did not correspond to the measures that were shown on sportsdirect. com website. I wrote to them immediately after receiving the items (30 january 2017) and we asked for options what can be done - exchange of the goods with smaller ones or refund. I waited for 10 days before I got an answer and it was not a suggestion for solving the issue, but simply a quotation of the website's returns policy, which for the specific case, did not provide a direct solution. I wrote them back that sending clothes with wrong measures is not my fault so the transportation costs for the exchange should not be borne by me and that I suggest either a replacement or a partial refund. There are several days past since my second email and I still got no answer.

I wrote my first enquiry to SportsDeirect on 20.01.2017 after receiving the goods, they answered on 30.01.2017 practically providing no solution, then I wrote back on 31.01.2017 and I still have not received an answer

SportsDirect.com I will never buy from them again! Terrible store!

I bought a shirt from Sports Direct and the one arrived was way too small so I asked for a replacement. I used the contact form on their website to contact their support service. They replied 3 days later and said that I need to take it to their local branch and exchange it there. I told them that I did not have their branch in my town and asked for some other options.
After several days of waiting I sent them another message but they ignored me and did not reply. I'm extremely disappointed with Sports Direct! They are a well known company and quite popular and I never expected something like that to happen. When I made my order I was sure there was nothing to be afraid of, but unfortunately everything went down the hill.
I will never buy from them again! Terrible store!

SportsDirect.com Online returns refunds

On 13th Dec I placed an order for 2x personalised strips for my 6 year old for Christmas. I was told 4/5 working days online. By the 20th December I had still not recieved them. I went in store at the sunderland branch. The manager rang Christine at headoffice. Christine told us that because it was getting personalised it would not arrive for Christmas.
So we cancelled order with Christine and left the socks on order.
We then made 3 trips to get the strips from other stores. Roker retail park, metrocentre and sunderland.
We have been waiting for socks and refund since then. We have made numerous calls to call centre and emails wit no reply. We spoke to manager Andy in sunderland who was very helpful in trying to help us, however even he has struggled to get this resolved from your customer services.
We were told by John who rang Monday that Keighley Griffiths would contact us Monday about refund. (I am still waiting !)
We have heard nothing. We are now a month past this order and no further forward.
I have managed today to speak to someone named Haydon who was very helpful and has sent socks today and also processed a refund.
I am furious at how this has been handled, we are so fustrated at your customer services and getting cut off or no reply.
This is terrible customer treatment and I would like to take this matter further.

SportsDirect.com World's worst online shopping and customer service

Dear All,

My wife purchased a fishing rod from the SportsDirect.com website for my birthday on Dec 1st. It shows all sorts of statuses for the product - delivered, collected by X, currently in NL. It has never come or have I ever received an email about it arrival. I have spent twice the cost of the fishing rod, just calling the customer care. I think the call is setup so that not more than 10 people are waiting for the representative. The funny part is you will never get anybody to talk to you. I think everybody is on a holiday there. during Dec and Jan. Today on Jan 2nd, it just says it is closed. I send at least 3 emails and spend a lot of money calling them. I was a fan of their retail shop in Belgium but I will stop buying from there also. Never ever do the same mistake.
