Sportsbook.com refuse to honor bonus payout

They keep your bonus winnings even if you meet requirements if you win money! I met requirements for 50$ super bowl free bet yet they refuse to honor the max 250$ I won from it. They keep making up excuses why they cannot honor it. User beware never trust that gambling website. It's pointless to gamble with them and accept bonuses when they refuse to honor it!

Sportsbook.com Fraudulent site

They will not issue my withdraw request, i requested a withdraw on Feb.12, 2015 and the request is still in a pending status. Every time I live chat on their site the apologize for the delay but nothing happens. If you are considering this sportsbook please stay a way as they will only steal your money. Does anyone know if we can leverage the legal system in any way to shut them down.

Total scam. The odds of what the dealer draws for hands on Caribbean stud are out of this world. Every time I had a winning hand the dealer would not qualify or always beat me. At a real casino this just does not happen. I’ll never ever use this site again it’s so obviously rigged

Sportsbook.com Something is wrong with the way this company works

This company is an online betting site. I put $35 into an account to bet with on June 4th. Two of bets were winners and I won $102.62. Now they say I need to prove my I.D. and mailing address. I have never encountered this before. I tried faxing them countless times with the appropriate information and received no response. I sent them pictures taken with my cell phone. That was not good enough. They give no mailing address and have made no offer of me sending them the appropriate information through the mail. A simple voided check would be enough to me. Nor do they offer an online form for me to give them the necessary information. Something is wrong with the way this company works.

BlackJack is absolutely rigged. I have played thousands of hands and finally i noticed the trend. It deals mainly low cards, which is and advantage to house, by far. STAY AWAY FROM BETTING BLACKJACK IN THIS PLACE, OR ANYTHING ELSE FOR THAT MATTERS.

Everyone pays by credit card, bank card or credit card
What is the difference to you?

They didn't pay you cause of some other issue
But yes, they are the worst book
Bovada.com is the most reputable and valid online sportsbook out there
I doubt they refused to pay you over $300
Sportsbook and some of the other ones have been around
And on sports they do payout the winnings
They cannot argue that you chip dumped or cheated
Because sports is sports

Sportsbook.com They Steal Your Money - You Can't Withdrawal It... Beware!

Sportsbook.com is an absolute SCAM. I had a perfectly acceptable experience right up until I tried to get my money out. Then the fun begins. I attempted for over four weeks to make a withdrawal. Each time, my request was "succssfully submitted" but several days later I would get an email indicating that it had been rejected because they couldn't verify my banking information. Each time, I provided all of the additional information they requested. And each time my request to get my money out with denied. Finally, they were able to send a check to me by FedEx. However, the check never arrived. It was "lost by FedEx" (according to Sportsbook.com). That shouldn't have been a problem... except that they then informed me of their mysterious "60-day stop payment" policy (which means if you don't get your money within 60-days, you're just out of luck - there's nothing they can do to help you). After multiple inquiries, I was told that even though this policy is nowhere to be found on their website (nor is it listed in ANY of their documentation, rules, policies, etc) that there was nothing I can do. They simply refuse to let you withdrawal your money. I want to emphasize a few key points: (1) they don't disclose this mysterious 60-day "stop payment policy" ANYWHERE (not on their website, not on their policy page, not on the section for making a withdrawl) nor is it mentioned by anyone during the process of assisting you in a withdrawal; (2) they REFUSE to take the easy actions necessary to resolve the situation (stop payment on the check - which would include, appropriately, a stop payment fee - and reissuing a check).

I intend to file a class action lawsuit againt Sportsbook.com for fraudulent and misleading business practices, specifically related to their refusal to allow a legal withdrawl of customer funds and for acting in contrivention with their disclosed transaction practices and policies. I will be seeking actual and punative damages, meaning I seek to recover the actual amount of my funds that they refuse to let me withdrawal my own funds in addition to punative damages against the company for misleading and grossly unethical business practices. In addition, I intend to file complaints with VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover recommending that they block Sportsbook.com from transacting in the United States. I have extensively documented my complaint and am confident that a class could be easily organized.

IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN PARTICIPATING IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUITE AGAINST SPORTSBOOK.COM, PLEASE EMAIL YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION TO SPORTSBOOK.CLASSACTION.[protected]@GMAIL.COM (INCLUDE YOUR NAME, EMAIL, AND A BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF HOW SPORTSBOOK DEFRAUDED YOU). MY ATTORNEY WILL COORDINATE THE NECESSARY FILINGS AND BE IN TOUCH.

Sportsbook.com rigged and rouge !!

Intertops Red Casino & Sportsbook is after the U.S. Market alright! Their jackpots, mini, random and progressives are " blocked " from U.S. players winning.
Their software is set so after you've played and are reaching your play through requirements, you get " disconnected " from the casino so they can put you in a new "no win " program!
Three times in this investigation, on a $2.00 bet, the games went for over 1000 consecutive spins without a single bonus round won! Three different times, three different games...all $2.00 bets...NOT ONE SINGLE BONUS ROUND IN ANY GAME APPEARED ON A 2.00 BET! HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE IN THIS LAND OF " RANDOMNESS! "
The casino will change the mode you are playing in by disconnecting and reconnecting you and if you were supposed to hit a jackpot, the casino freezes in place ...does not disconnect you but makes you go out and in again as to avoid the " congratulations, you won the jackpot."
U.S. players are being taken to the cleaners by Intertops Red Casino & Sportsbook who knew the money was too good to give up ( U.S. money ) and made the change from microgaming ( when you could actually win ) to RTG real time gaming...which gives to much control to the casinos so they can decide how much everyone will not win...but lose!
While the Sportsbook may be forced to play fair...the casino rakes in and makes the money to pick up any slack and make up for any pay outs by the sportsbook.

While the Sportsbook is forced to play honest as all is played and displayed out in the open...the casino is making up for loses by taking U.S. players to the cleaners.

This issue has been resolved ...this could have been avoided if done in a more timely matter.

I sincerely apologize for any confusion this may have caused any players.

AGAIN, THE ISSUE WITH INTERTOPS RED CASINO & SPORTSBOOK HAS BEEN RESOLVED.

THERE WERE TECHNICAL ISSUES THAT HAVE NOW BEEN ADDRESSED AND GROSS MISUNDERSTANDINGS BY BOTH PARTIES INVOLVED...

MOST IMPORTANTLY...THEY WERE RESOLVED.

WHILE THE PLAYERS ADVOCATE WAS HUGELY DISAPPOINTED WHEN IT LOOKED AS THOUGH THERE WAS TO BE NO RESOLUTION, IT DID COME, A LITTLE LATE, BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY...IT CAME.

THE PLAYERS ADVOCATE by the players, for the players...because of the players.

Same ol rip off poker software. Nothing is different now than it was when Full Tilt and all the others came out and got caught. Now everyone is offshore, so they can't be punished, doing the same things. Let you win a little in poker and when you think you are doing good the other "players", people who can see your cards, are all in the same room, or just the software itself, hit miracle outs to try and piss you off and rebuy, playing on the addiction of poker for some people. Face it it folks, when you play poker on ANY computer ANYWHERE, they have programmed it for you to lose, just like the slots. Luckily I found out in the early days...

When I first started playing at Intertops poker the hands seemed to be fair. After over a year of playing, something has changed. The suckouts are incredible and there seems to be 2 or 3 people who always have winning hands no matter what type of crap they play. It's as though I have been put in a "non-win" or "low win" situation by the poker site.

I also have played a lot of money on their casino. When I started the bonus came occasionally. Recently spent over $300 and absolutely NO free spins on any of the slots. I think this site has gotten greedy for some reason and are now just out to take as much money as they can from a player. No more for me. I'm done with this site.

Game play even sped up alot when he called. But he should have been on big blind next but nope, in a flash blind went 3 players back. and no we were not moved to another table.

who do u work for?
intertops?
i have all proof in my case and they wont even return my calls or have a supervisor talk with me.
they dont want to talk because they have the recordings of the convos i had with the 2 employees
and they also realize now they sent me a email with a blatant lie about "the majority of my winnings came from the illegal games" 1400 out of 1800 came from the slots i was forced to play under their bonus rule.
whats the old saying...if you are in a hole...STOP DIGGING!

i have been cheated out of 1800.00 by intertops that they won't even have a supervisor call me. They are lying blatantly and are not accountable in any way shape or form. Michelle tbe supervisor i spoke with a few days ago told me they were looking into my case with the bonus and that she would call me back no matter what the outcome was. She was very nice and helpful and helped calm me down. but it seems like she was just pacifying me because yday i received an email that stated something she clearly knew was not the truth. That they had researched my complaint and that i had played illegal games with an active bonus and that "the majority of my winnings(1800) had come from these illegal games. which just makes them look like silly liars because $1400 of my winnings came from 2 slots games and less than 400 came from the illegal games which in my case were blackjack and video poker. i had talked to one of their employees from their call center and explained to him that i had spoken to a girl a month ago who had misinformed me that v poker and bj would take down the amount i needed to wager for the bonus and that texas hold em wouldnot count. he said sorry for the misinformation but that i could and i quote -" YOU CAN PLAY ANY GAMES IN THE CASINO U WANT BUT ONLY SLOTS-KENO-BINGO etc would take down the bonus requirement. So i can't stand slots and things like that but i went to play the slots with around $400 in my account. i proceeded to hit a $1000 jackpot on a game called Crazy Vegas while playing down the 1199 wagering amount that i needed to be able to make a withdrawal.
i then went and played a baseball slot game and played the 1199 down to zero and won $400 for a total of just over $1800. My withdrawal request was accepted and my account said i was able to withdraw a little over 1800
They told me all calls are recorded and now they are just avoiding my calls because its part of a scam because no one there will take any accountability for their employees giving out wrong info . thinking its possible now they maybe giving out false info and then just trying to avoid the situation

I have spend some time on the blackjack and agree with David B, you cannot beat them, they continually draw to beat you and never double down on a big bet because you will end up with a small card as they draw again to beat you, they will win over 66% of the time, I tracked a few hundred hands and this was the result, I tried playing two handed blackjack and the dealer was showing a 10 or face card up 60-70 percent of the time, they very rarely bust, and you can see a pattern in their favor when you play. Another interesting fact is when they send you a free bonus in the mail for the casino, they will take it back very quickly by winning 6 or 7 times in a row and then they want you to deposit. I have played a lot of blackjack in Vegas and at nearby casinos at the live tables, BUT I WILL NEVER PLAY COMPUTER RUN BLACKJACK, THEY CAN MANIPULATE TOO MANY THINGS!

I cannot agree more with his comments, playing many years of blackjack on live tables I am amazed at the hands that the dealers are getting, do not play two handed because they love that and will take your money, if you do get on a small winning streak, they let you get back to even and then once again start taking your money. I HAVE NO CONFIDENCE IN A COMPUTER GENERATED PROGRAM.

The Black Jack program did the same to me. I was up about 7-800 over about 6 days playing 5-10 hands. One monring I logged on and found instead of winning about 45-50% of my hands I was losing nearly 70%, maybe 80%. Seemed odd but I thought what the heck everyone has a bad streak. I lowered my bet to $1 a hand. Played a few hands and a message popped up saying my balance was running low i should "refill it." Low? WTF! That's when I noticed I was playing $75, yeah I always play $75 a hand, especially when I'm losing hand after hand. I called, they said there no way that could happen I must have changed my bet... BULL ###. I told them just cash me out and send me my remaining $100... after a long phone call they couldn't seem to figure out how to cash me out... they could accept money but since I live in Mexico sending me a check wouldn't work and they couldn't deposit any money in the bank I used to fund the account since it's in the US.

TOTAL RIP OFF... NEVER GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY OF YOUR MONEY.

Sportsbook.com payment of funds

Friday evening, I deposited $35 into sportsbook.com account in order to place bets on the Belmont Stakes Saturday. Two of my bets were winners and I won $102.61. Sportsbook.com is going out of its way to make it difficult for me to collect the money that is owed to me. When I deposited money from my bank account to their account, I used my bank Visa debit card. The card is tied to my checking account. When I went to collect my winnings, they tell me I need to send a copy of photo I.D. and utility statements to prove my identity and home address. I tried faxing them the information many times with no response. Then, they tell to scan the documents. How many people have scanners? They weren't at all concerned about me proving my identity and address when they took my money. But now that they owe me money all of the sudden they claim to need to see proof of identity and address. I have never run into anything like this before.

Sportsbook.com FRAUD

Sportsbook did the same thing to me. I turned $300 into $3000 over the span of 3 weeks betting on Sports. I faxed them the necessary documentation (driver's licesne, utility bill) for making a withdrawal. Literally, the next morning my account was frozen. I couldn't even log into my account to view it, nor could I wager or withdraw any money. They came up with some ### excuse that they linked my account to fraudulent activity- when I have never been involved in such whatsoever. I have spent hours on the phone with management but to no avail. It looks like they have locked my money up and I will never see it.

I say we all get together and file a complaint to all our state's attorney gerenal's offices. Another thing you can do is go to www.SBRforum.com and go to Sportsbook Reviews- there you can file a complaint with SBR about Sportsbook. SBR has employees who will contact the book for you and attempt to resolve your issue. It's worth a shot.

In addition to all this. Sportsbook I believe is in violation of a new RICO Act- a law recently passed that affects offshore online gambling agencies. I say we all band together and try to hire a lawyer who will take this case on. It could somewhat of a class-action lawsuit- so we arent individually on the hook for expensive lawyer fees. But just from the handful of people on here, there are tens of thousands of dollars being scammed. We shouldn't let that go without a fight!

I got a TOPBET free $100 Promo Code: PLAY100 from my home mail box.
I opened an account from TOPBET, and made a few bets from sportsbook,
I won the few bets and my account balance from $100 to $635.37.
Try to find out in TOPBET website. How to withdraw funds from my account, it showed me that must make one deposit before withdraw.
After I made one deposit, and I talked to TOPBET customer service, she told me that I have to roller over my bonus 75X in order for me to withdraw my money in my account.
I asked them to refund my deposit money, they did only refund my deposit money but they closed my account with my remaining balance $635.37.
I contacted them from email but no response from them.

Sportsbook took my money in 5 seconds but when it comes to giving my winnings back they say 2-4 weeks for a check then never send it. I emailed them today 3/8/17 and they said wait another 6-8 weeks for my check. Noone sign into this website, it is a huge scam, you can't even call them to ask where your check is. Dan Nelson

I waited 5 weeks to get my check for 1, 700.62. After I had deposited my check and spent most of the money, the check was returned for insufficient funds. Of course they are giving me the run around and it would probably be at least 6 weeks before I got another bad check. DO NOT GIVE THESE CLOWNS 1 Cent! Fraud Fraud. I read they bounced 80k in checks earlier this year. Really sad and despicable!

Sportsbook.com Unauthorized charges

This company's customer service stinks. I've tried to get this withdraw 10 times now. First they tell me I need a copy of a utility bill with my present address on it. So, I send that and they tell me they can't read it. Other people I sent it to can read it just fine. Oh yeah I had made a previous withdraw with this same account with no problems at all.

Now I can't make a withdraw even though the info has not changed. The best part is my withdraw statement on sportsbook shows my 'withdraw has been sent via Fed-Ex with the very same tracking number as the other check that was sent in May of 2008! HAAAAAHAAA toooooooo funny. What a bunch of CHits!

Sportsbook.com Awful fraud

I am so appalled by the actions of sportsbook.com I do not know where to turn. I currently use more than 5 gambling websites and this is by far the worse of them all. My problems with this website started over 5 months ago when I started to withdraw funds from my account. I have made 4 withdrawals during this time. Not only is this site the slowest to pay but the customer service is rude and they are hard to understand because their English is horrible. It has taken an average of 7 weeks for withdrawals I have made over the internet through this site. After my first deposit took 5 weeks I called and was told that it was a system error that they were in the process of fixing to expedite withdrawals. After 6 weeks I called again and was told that they don't handle withdrawals. They informed me that they outsource the withdrawal function, it wasn't their fault, and they would get back to me once they were notified.

You can imagine that this completely freaked me out considering I had over 1500 dollars in my account at that time. I finally got my first payment 8 weeks later and I started to withdraw my money from this account slowly but surely over the next 3 months. All withdrawals took at least 7 weeks. I chatted with several people at the poker tables on that site and a few people had dealt with simular issues with the website.

At this point I just wanted my money out of this site and it was my last withdrawal that completely send me off a cliff! The final withdrawal took 8 weeks. It was for 350 bucks. They sent me 3 emails saying that if I canceled my withdrawal they would give me a 20% bonus. I declined all of the emails to cancel my withdrawal. I recieved the 350 dollar check 8 weeks later and deposited it into my checking account. One week later the check was STOPPED! Yes, the check was stopped by the company that issued me the withdrawal check. My bank charged me a 30 dollar fee in the process. I contacted sportsbook.com and they informed me that they would look into the matter once the banking division opened the next day. I wasn't contacted again until 5 days later. They informed me that I needed to send a copy of the canceled check. I scanned and email a copy of the canceled check from the bank. I didn't receive any response for 3 days. I called and was told that they would get back to me. 7 days later I was told that I needed to mail them the actual check. I mail them the actual check and 2 weeks later they informed me that they are still looking into the matter and they have received all of the documents. Sportsbook.com is telling me now (today) that they are not responsible for this situation and it's their vendor's issue to resolve. I'm not sure where to turn so i have to assume that I am completely screwed. All i can do is warn others in hopes that this doesn't happen to you. If you have money with this site please withdrawal slowly but surely and keep your fingers crossed.

Sportsbook.com Terrible experience

These clowns have stopped three of my last six payouts. Bank charge every time left unpaid. So far they've made good (who knows about todays) but it drags a 4 weeks payout timeframe to 8 or 9. I'm out of these guys they should be shut down.

Sportsbook.com is a scam. Like everyone said, they make every little excuse to pay out. And the longer that take, the more of your winnings you spend because you're frustrated and can't do nothing with the money. I won 2000 from sports bets and tried cashing out but they made excuses about needing to submit documents, I did 4 times but to no avail. My fourth time was today, so I should hear a response tomorrow if approved. From that 2000, i lost 1000 to their scammed online casino. I played black jack and literally there was a period where they won 50 times and I won less than 5. And when I decided to raised my bets seeing that I lost so many in a row, they would still beat me. I also noticed the screen glitches alot like someone is watching waiting to change the cards on the fly. Total rip off. It's just frustrating because their method of withdrawls are shameless. I hope I get approved tomorrow and withdraw my 1000, but I wouldn't be surprised if they made another excuse.

Their online games are rigged. I just wish there was a way to prove it and lock them up. I know we cant get our money back, but them going to jail would suffice.

Everyone stay away from sportsbook.com, unless you like playing for monopoly money.

F-Ck you sportsbook.com
