Slazenger mens sweat shirts
I’m a regular customer of Sports Direct ,but was very disappointed when shopping a t Merry Hill today.I purchased 3 Slaz mens sweat shirts they were marked up at 3 for £23 ,when I arrived at the till to pay i was told that the offer no longer existed.Surely they should not be on display showing the special offer.Very Very disappointed.

UA Project Rock athletic shorts
On August 18, 2022, I paid $ 49.50 each for two pair of Project Rock men's athletic shorts, plus $ 21.75 shipping, online to Sports Direct. The order # was SDUS40000092140036. Unfortunately, I had ordered the wrong size, small rather than large. Finding return instructions but no exchange option at Sports Direct online, on August 29, 2022, I paid UPS $ 16.00 to return my order to the Sports Direct U.S. shipping depot in Folcroft PA, from which my order was mailed. Returning the order to Sports Direct U.K. headquarters would have cost $ 135 using the least expensive UPS option. My note inserted with return information requested an exchange for the proper size. UPS tracking reported the package delivered to Folcroft on September 1, 2022. On September 10, 2022, having received no reply from Sports Direct, I emailed Sports Direct customer service to press the request. Receiving no reply, I logged my customer order # and a description of the problem into the Sports Direct customer service page online, using the recommended texting option. This yielded only incessant requests for my name, which I kept providing. So, I sent more email. When the company eventually responded, a clerk (mostly different each time) requested order information I had already provided. Finally, weeks after initiating my request for an exchange, I was told the company could do nothing more since it could not confirm that my return reached anyone at the Folcroft depot. The degree of difficulty securing any meaningful dialogue with Sports Direct and the unsatisfactory outcome are unacceptable, especially in this age of Amazon & other marketers competing for business. Beware of Sports Direct.
Desired outcome: I still welcome an exchange for the correct size.
Overcharged
I went to a sport direct to buy safety shoes, socks and underwear. I went to the till and tried to pay. On the machine it says card declined then i received a notification that 39.99 came out of my account. I told the clerk that i was charged and he said i didn't. I showed him my bank account and he insisted i didn't pay so i press contactless and the payment went through. Another large man came to get a refund and was very agressive so i waited until he left to talk to the manager.
She let a few people from the queue and ignored me standing there . When i got a hold of her she told me after a few seconds on the phone that my money is pending and i will receive in 12 hours now 24 hours later the money is not back to my account.
Desired outcome: I need my money backI spent 79.98 on a purchase of 39.99 and in homeless so its a threat to my survival until i get my first monthly paycheck.

On the 15/2/22 I tried to enter a Sports Direct store in Paralimni Cyprus at approximately 5:30 p.m.
On arrival I was asked to produce a safe pass. I showed the lady at the entrance my control group card (with my photo and name and QR code) and stated I can not be vaccinated and am exempt from restrictions. The lady then called the manager who refused to look at the card and refused me entry.
Legally those who get the vaccine are unnamed participants in a stage 4 FDA trial. As with all medical trials there is a requirement for two control groups. I have previously been infected with SARS-Covid 19 and as a volunteer I have joined a medical control group. The available data states that natural immunity gives you more protection than vaccinated participants.
As a participant in this important worldwide health study I am helping to provide vital data enabling the study to measure the successes and impact of the mass covid 19 vaccination programmes.
Therefore it is illegal to discriminate on this basis.
The lady in question has breached the Universal Declaration of Human Rights

I am also protected under the International Code of Medical Ethics.
I am also protected under the Nuremberg Code (1947).
Please can you provide me with the name of the female Manger of this store, as I have to report discrimination to the company’s legal team.
If however I receive a letter of apology and allowed to enter this store I would consider this a satisfactory conclusion.

I would like to share my terrible experience with the sports direct store in staples corner in London. I visited with my wife and 2 kids the staffs are awful in the store most of the store staff and terrible no have zero interest in customers. So the store I visited mentioned above the staff who came and approached
Very aggressively you “mate you can’t try on you have to go charging “ I was only trying the top. So he come second time and asking aggressively are we buying this item

What exactly his problem he replied back saying there is a policy in place and it is a private land I asked him to explain he couldn’t care less and keeps walking away I asked him for manager he himself is the manager. He refused to give his name when I said I want to make complaints about his behaviour towards customer. I feel I was harassed by him in the store his a black male in his 40s I think. He has zero interest in customers his behaviour is unacceptable and people like him should not be dealing with customers in shop floor it very distressing especially if you have family with you. Don’t give names I was not harassing in fact it’s the opposite. I am making a formal complaint to the head office. I want to make sure that guy is removed from his position I don’t want another customer going through the same experience like myself.

Good afternoon!
I am writing to you regarding to my online purchase which took place at 26.05.2020. The pair of shoes I bought damaged in very short time. I was using them only at work and I work indoors so there was no risk of any outdoor or weather caused damage. I am also unhappy of the fact I could not place my complaint in the stationary store as the staff informed me they can not take complaints if the product was bought online. You are one company so I find it unfair. It is very poor customer service. I have never had any problem like this with any other shops. If I bought online from the original site I was always able to give back the item or complain at the store. I am attaching a print screen of my receipt and pictures of the shoe which is damaged.

Product misleading price labeling. And rude, unhelpful, aggressive and unsympathetic manageress.
Visit to sports direct, my mall, Limassol, sat 10/10/20 1pm.
I attempted to buy Gelert heat wear socks x 2 priced at 11€ each pair or 2 for 16€. I have a photo of both pairs identically labeled with this offer displayed on the packaging see attached, however, the only difference was the size one was ladies size 4-8 the other men's size 7-11. The offer DID NOT specify u had to buy same size.
When I queried the total = 22€ and said I thought it should be 16€ as I was buying 2 identically labelled products on offer The assistant Politely said this is not the case, I requested To speak with the manageress to express my disappointment at the misleading labeling which I felt was very obviously provoking customer dissatisfaction, she was most unhelpful, very patronizing and ended up cutting the conversation off by throwing the socks on the counter and belligerently saying 22€ and walking off. Within this conversation I asked for her name, which she refused to give me and said make a complaint to www.sportsdirect. ( I cannot find an appropriate complaints dept to email so emailed this site.). In all fairness I may have been frustrated as she kept saying that it was obvious that the offer was for the same size, however I did not raise my voice, she did and she made no attempt to try to be helpful or Show any managerial professionalism, she was in fact rude, combative And very unsympathetic, not what I would have expected from a manager.

Management refund
Sports direct manager at norwich chapelfield mall refused to refund football boots the wrong size and said only credit note even though company policy said refund is fine if not worn outside, the manager was rude and teaches kids that work there that he is the law and actual law is wrong, he also didnt know the difference between civil and criminal law as he suggested I call the police, however long water store manager had no issues refunding.

I am writing to complain about an issue with Online shopping.
I have already raised my issue within your organisation, but I feel that my issue is still unresolved, hence my need to involve you in helping to resolve this problem.
Here is what happened: I ordered some items to be delivered to me in Nigeria, based on the promotional advert that was sent to me by Sports Direct (SD), that they are taking orders to be shipped internationally for free (no caveat or clause was attached to the promo). I placed my order and upon arrival in Nigeria, DHL (their delivery partner) sent me an email asking me to come pay a sum (almost 75% of the cost of the goods I bought). That's a cost I am not going to bear if I had known before buying the items.
This is not my first time of buying items from SD and being shipped to Nigeria, but this seems creepy and a scam. . This happened on December 25th, 2019
Either they prevail on DHL to deliver the goods to me or refund my money back to me and collect their items back from DHL.
Please reply back via this email address, as I would like to keep all my communications in one place.

Evoucher not received on the same day as stated on website. Emailed a number of times and a final email to cancel order after 4 days. No reply from customer service during this time. Also tried to contact by phone but message saying customer service phones are currently down. Voucher arrived after 6 days but was too late for birthday gift. They then replied saying they can't refund voucher after it was issued. I wanted the voucher refunded before it was issued. They responded very quickly to last email when voucher was sent.

Contacted Sd to resolve non delivery received DOR form to complete .
Filled in and returned.
Sent photo by 3rd party showing where parcel apparently was delivered which wasn't my address nor a neighbours either.
This Has been ongoing and to date no apology/ refund received.
I, am out of pocket as had to purchase another present no refund on this parcel and the time spent dealing with this matter . Compensation therefore is required.

rugby boots with the wrong size
The worst experience ever!
I ordered a pair of Rugby boots for my son on Sept 3rd picking the number 9.5 (43.5) from the size chart. I paid 10 € for transport + 46, 80.
I receive the package Sept 11th with the wrong item:
The box said 9.5 (43.5) and the boots were 10.5 (44.5). 9.5 is the UK number but I ordered what was in their chart when you choose EUR.
I returned and had to pay an additional 10, 5 € for the post.
They say it'snot their mistake because I ordered the wrong number since they are in the UK their reference is the UK chart.
When I complain about the money that I should not pay because I did everything ok they just send an email saying that they will return my money because the item is no longer available in the size I want.
They returned only 46, 80.
All the 20, 5€ I spend in transport they did not intend to return.

Amongst the 10 items which I bought at your store in Jersey on 11/05/2019, one of the items (Rollerblades) had a price tag of £19.99 on the box. However when I took it to the till, the cashier (who also claimed to be the store manager, his name is "Pedro Ross" according to himself) said the price tag was wrong and had to charge me £21.99 instead as per the system.
According to my experience, if a store makes a mistake on the price tag of an item, the store should honour what's on the tag (especially this is not a huge difference!). I suggested this to the cashier, however he said "if you didn't want to pay £21.99, you didn't have to buy it", which I found quite impolite to say to a customer. He also said "I'm the manager. There's nobody else you could raise this situation with."
When I said I would like to raise a compliant, I was given a form (hardcopy) and was told that there was no Compliant Box for me to deposit the form into once completed. I found this quite odd as well as most shops have confidential Feedback boxes for customers and only authorized personnel could open them.
I found my shopping experience very unpleasant at the store. I hope I will receive a satisfactory reply from you ASAP.

missing order product because they spend 48 hours to check/save my order products
Worse ever eshop experience I ever had, I made an online order and they kept money from instant payment and they needed 48 hours to check/kept stock availability and this cost me 1 item to be missing from my order after they they dont even ask you if you need anything else to add instead of missing product/s or if you still want your order or not, they charge me the same shipping as it was my first order even if 1 item was missing! When I complain after sending 2-3 emails I get very late reply! Worst experience I ever had on buying online, I dont recommend 100%
a worker in budapest arena mall
Yesterday my friend and I were shopping in the Arena mall in budapest and one of the workers made very racial comments towards me and he told me that only you foreigners do this. This wad because I was waiting for my friend outside and she was standing in line inside to pay and it was 9 pm so they were supposed to close. This kind of discremination is not acceptable. I didnot want to go public with this because this would hurt your store all over the world but I demand that you take actions towards him. He is a racist human being. I dinot know his name but he was the one closing the store on tuesday september 11th in the Arena mall.

On 15/7/18 I placed an order with you APPSD40000048138178 to be delivered in 3-5 days. Due to these timescales I arranged to have the parcel sent to work. The courier text to say it would be delivered between 11 and 3 it did not arrive. Apparently they tried to deliver at 545 to a school! Then updated the notes to say I was on holiday! No more contact. I contacted them my chat to say could I have it delivered to my billing address they said to contact you to change it. I have done this twice and you sent me confirmation. They said you haven't contacted them. Today I check the status and the parcel wasn't showing up at all. Please arrange for this parcel to be sent to me immediately as this is not good customer service. I have tried to phone your office several times each each day to receive an automated message. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and would like my parcel with me immediately. price issue
I recently purchased two pairs of addidas sliders one size 5 and the other size 9 both where reduced to £16 each but they were both on different offers the size 5 was 2 for £25 and size 9 waa 2 for.£26 but when i purchased them i had to pay £16 each how is this fair when they were both reduced to £16 when i ask at the paying desk they told me it was because of the sizes.

I live in the US and ordered an England jersey, when I was ordering it offered on a drop down menu the choice of having a number and corresponding player name on the rear. Having ordered many Nike jerseys before I ordered the same size as I always have...large. The delivery took 3 weeks to complete (I ordered it with time to wear for the WC) but when it arrived it was very tight and was more like a medium or smaller. Apparently, because I ordered the more expensive 'authentic' team jersey, they come smaller than regular sizing. There was no mention during the ordering process that this was to be termed a 'customized' shirt (remember, there is a drop down menu for this) and although I returned the item straight away unworn and at my expense, Customer Service wrote (after my email to them asking for an update) that they were now returning the item back to me and they wouldn't change or issue a refund.
I suppose I am used to US based customer service as this would never happen here, they would normally bend over backwards to make sure you end up a happy customer
