SportBrain / Bad service
I recently purchased a pedometer from this company that on top of the initial cost charges $99 per year for dues. They track your steps online and it is a very good product. However, this company does not have a phone number, and therefore no reasonable way to get in touch with a live person. The website claims that my membership has expired, even though I have in my hands a receipt proving that I paid them in full for a full year long membership. How can I dispute or resolve this without taking them to court?
