Splash Swimming Pool LLC review: Deceptive Business Practices 1

Splash Swimming Pool originally contracted with us out of the 333 Littleton Road, Parsippany, NJ address. The contract was entered into with a Mr. Ed Brown. We are currently in a breach of contract since the contract's completion date has expired. We have since learned the owner and president of this business is Edward Mara, Jr. who is doing business with his father, Edward Mara, Sr., or possibly Mr. Ed Brown. Mr. Brown is missing fingers on his right hand. We have heard Mr. Ed Mara, Sr. is also missing fingers on his right hand. Could they possibly be the same person? We know we will never receive any of our money back from Splash Swimming Pool LLC., but want to raise awareness of their deceptive business practices to prevent others from losing their had earned money. The State of Pennsylvania has ordered Mr. Mara Sr. to no longer operate or do business in PA. He is a convicted felon who is currently paying restitution to the Northampton County Courts. This is most likely why he has registered Splash Swimming Pool LLC. in his son's name, Edward Mara, Jr. located at 26 Freedom Terrace in Easton, PA. Their current contact phone number is [protected].
