spiritualunite.com / After cancellation I haven't received money back

I joined the website www.spiritualunite.com and subscribed for one year. I haven’t used the website frequently, and one day I have opened the website and found out tons of rude and abusive messages from the owner. It was unacceptable and I cancelled the membership and deleted my account. But the owner didn’t return money back. Maybe someone knows where do I need to go now in order to get refund?

I find this really weird. I am an admin at Spiritual Unite. We are a free social network, we never ask for any money. If someone on our site is asking for money then you need to report them. You sound very confused and I really don't understand what this is even about.
As far as getting rude messages from Enrique, well this blows my mind. We share our correspondence and I have not seen him be rude to anyone. If anyone want to leave they can just delete their account, we have no actual paid membership for you to even cancel...what are you even going on about?
