Con company illegally taking money
free trial ordered only, cancelled well within trial, they didn't receive product back until late, taken £95 from account when already cancelled. sick of scam things. all emails provided are unable to take emails from consumers as they are returned by email demailer stating unable to send. had to chase up refund and only get £38 offered what an insult. no body ever sign up again for free trials they are just operating a huge scam. asked t speak to manager who refused to give me the name and details of the ombudsman that they have. very angry at moment and insulted by the lack of consideration of people. I would have possible been more happier at between 60-75% of my money refunded but they don't want to even hear anything.

I found the advertisement of Absolute Cleanse. I subscribed for it, but I never signed for any other products. I provided my card number, because it was necessary in order to get this sample. I noticed unauthorized charge after several hours. I tried to contact the seller, but all my emails were returned back, because such email didn’t exist. Please leave comments about this company, because people should be aware when they buy from such dishonest seller.

My husband also has been scammed by this firm. He paid postage only for free sample, there was nothing about a subscription. 8 days after sending the sample £95 was taken from my credit card, we have had no contact from this firm and they don't answer their phones. I have put the dispute in the hands of my credit card as I feel it a fraudulent action on the part of Spinzar labs. I only wish I had googled them before sending for the sample.
i ordered a free sample and only had to pay the postage for this product i have recieved different creams from theses people and have been charged £89 for one and £90 for the other i am an oap and can t afford this money and sefinately don t need this stuffi don t know how to get my money back
I also have been duped by this company, only last Thursday Sept 24th, 2015, I requested free trial and said that is only what I wanted and the guy said after 30 days £49 would be taken off my credit card, realised straight away that this was a scam, as soon as the pills arrived I got RMA numbers from the supplier to immediately send them back.Would you believe to Cyprus, looks like they have been moving around a lot.Sent the pills back 4 days later by International track and sign, to Cyprus rang them with the track number and they said when they have received the pills back in their warehouse, they would cancel my account.I do not trust them ---- obviously so I have convienttly lost my credit card and reported it as such, a new one is being issued with new security numbers and 16 digit number, so if they do try to take money it will fail, as the original card is now cancelled.I will track the delivery and call them again and if they stall on cancelling the account which is well within the 14 day free trial period I will report them to Trading standards and Action Fraud to investigate their scam.The products in question are Rasberry Ketone and Xtrem Cleanse.DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS ORGANISATION.
