Hi, I have been playing a game called Around the World in 80 Days for years now and had no problems until just recently, I bought a new laptop has I have done it many times before. This was Windows 11 the Acer gaming laptop, but cannot get my around the world in 80 days to work on it. It doesn't recognize it on the machine. So I took it to a pc repair shop and they said it won't recognize the game on it, is there any way we can fix this please. I have used the game on all my Windows upgrades with no problems until now.

For 2 days I was able to bring up the challenges and was able to play Canfield, tonight I tried and nothing. I have tried everything and nothing. I bought this game when I had a previous compueter. The activation code is 0HC98N-DANCH5-GT8JD6-HP3NVE. I have a disce which you sent me containing several other games and with the activation code above. I can download the game and install it but when I try to run the game a dialogue comes up saying it will not work. The dialogue box contained the following. Can you please help me.

I recently purchased a new laptop computer, windows 10. Tried to install many of the mystery pi series games that I have had for a long time. They installed ok but I am unable to play as the cursor does not move. Also recently purchased escape whisper valley and, again, it installs properly but unable to play for the same reason as stated above. I tried to get support from the PopCap site and that is really a joke. No help at all. Please advise. Thank you for your assistance. Carol Cordeiro

I bought this game but since I renewed my computer and reinstalled the game I cannot insert my activation code or access the customer support page.
