spicy Thai soup / advertising items as a special to mites time only and not carrying the item!

1 Sudbury, ON, Canada Review updated:

Went through the drive through and order the advertised soup that was on the menu" try our spicy Thai soup only available for a limited time only". And was told that they didn't make any? Not that they sold out. I have been told thus many times and am thoroughly frustrated. It has been explained to me that somethings are at the managers descretion while other things are mandated by head office. It seems to me that the majority of Sudbury locations. .. Azilda, Chelmsford, Dowling Regent Street etc. Owner's do as they please with no regard for things mandated by head office. Several times this same problem occurs. Clients want products that are advertised by Tim Hortons. Why bother to advertise items if your storeservation are going to carry or make them despite requests for products. I expect the name Tim Hortons to carry the same reputation where ever you find them, so far this has been true...all are unreliable, falsely advertise, are inconsistent and have and demonstrate poor customer service and are places where you can't ever it seems get what you want or what they advertise for you to try. Totally discusted.

Why keep going back? Surely if you are old enough to drive you are old enough to figure out they will never have the soup. They did not have it the first three or so times you went and they certainly won't have it the fourth time, or the fifth time or the sixth time, or the seventh time or the 334th time.
