I had purchased one pair of nipple barbells from spencer for $10 dollars I realized once I got home I had gotten a 16g instead of a 14g I went today to return or exchange them and a male worker asked if I needed help I told him I got the wrong gauge and I hadnt opened them and he said I could exchange them so I did but I did the buy 2 get 2 free so 4 pairs and I had never bought nipple piercings from spencers before and I never will again because I had the 4 pairs and I opened them and they said 5/8"and 9/16" and he said the length just depends on the person and I get that. Once I had opened one of the pairs not putting them on or anything but comparing them to my other nipple barbells they were 2 times longer. So I go back to spencers the same day I bought the 4 pair and its the same worker and hes rude from the start I told him that when I get them home they were 2 times longer than my other ones and he said "well maybe you should figure out your size" after that rude comment I said can I exchange them and he said no im not giving you 60 dollars and I never once asked for my money back and he procedded to say it again, he then said he was so flustered and pisssed that he told me to leave and come back when theres another manager. He didnt even attempt to exchange or let me try to at all. I have never been so disrespected from an employee anywhere before. I would have been fine with just exchanging them but now they can have there nipple barbells back I just want my $30 dollars and I am never coming back to that store or the mall.

harassment by employee toward another store
This is a complaint on behalf of the crew members at Auntie Anne's from the Columbia mall location
We have had a problem with one of your employees Victoria Smith at Columbia MO Columbia mall coming over and harassing staff at Auntie Anne's.
On Thursday, November 14th she verbally abuse staff with profanities and attempt to instigate an argument with staff. We do not wish to have problems with any of your employees but this is all occurring while our crew members are on the clock and this unprofessional behavior is causing tension and uneasiness among our staff.

We walked into the store and my sister who is into BDSM took a whip and whipped my leg. To show me how it feels an employee then came and told us not to play with it as people take it very seriously. I then walked away towards the wallets in which she followed me when I noticed her doing absolutely nothing but staring at me I walked towards the toys again...

I stop into spencers all the time to pick up new jewelry. One of i guess the new girls ive never seen her there before her name tag said jordan. was standing up front never said a word to me when i walked in and then when i asked her a question about some jewelry she rolled her eyes and told me very rudely "i dont [censored]ing know maybe ask another worker". That's exactly what i did and i did get the help I needed but for a constant return customer i did not expect to get service like that i would hate for you guys to go down hill:/

The reason for this complaint is not because of the bookbag for my 8 yr son, it is because of what came in the box along with my son's bookbag. I understand that your company has novelty items for adults but when purchasing a bookbag for a child you should never put in the box to go along with it a paper on how to clean and take care of your vibrator. That is absolutely disapproving and I'm very discussed with the fact that it happened.

I went into Spencer's on 8/2/19 evening w/a friend & the sales lady (wore her hat backwards & had a nose ring) was very rude & disrespectful to me. I had asked my friend to look at a poster & she says, "Oh ya because you've clearly have never seen a penis in your life..hilarious isn't it?" I'm looking at her in disbelief & my friend says..he's showing me a poster. Then she swears & says Gdamn kids! That is so unacceptable. When I go into a store the sales associate should never speak that way to a customer! I was appalled and disgusted. This is NOT ok!

I have been sitting in the parking lot for over two hours unable to get through to internal compliance department because they closed my card for the THIRD time in two months. The first time it was because I dared use my card out of town. The second time for a problem with my tax refund that had nothing to do with me. Last night I cancelled an order online because of a license issue and over a grand was pending to re deposit into my card. Now once again it's closed and the money was kicked back to the company and is about to do the same with my paycheck that's due for deposit tonight. I've been sitting outside of Walmart for over 2 and a half hours unable to reach anyone. The money I do have on my card is obviously inaccessible so I am sitting here having a nervous breakdown because I can't even buy groceries to buy my family dinner tonight, and I will have to cancel several appointments tomorrow. I've been sitting here pushing 1 to continue to hold every 15 seconds for TWO AND A HALF HOURS. I plan to call a lawyer in the morning. This is unacceptable.
Refused to accept the defective item back
Even thought they have a 30 day return policy they refused to accept the defective item back. I asked them many times and they basically said that I was out of luck and they just did not care. These people from Spencer's Online do not honor their own return policy! Totally unreliable and unprofessional company. So remember if you decide to order something from them be ready that in case of any issues no one will help you.

I have been shopping at Spencer's since they opened at Lansdowne Mall, and have always had issues with the products they sell breaking within the first few days, or uses. I have been a great and loyal customer, having spent well over $3000 there in the past year. Yet any time I try to return something, even if I have the receipt, there is a new excuse to why they can't do the return, or help me in ANY way. My last shop (April 8th), I bought what I wanted, when I got home this time I decided to check over the quality of my products. 2 of them were ALREADY broken! Meaning the store sold me 2 broken products! I'm now sick of this, as they not only won't do anything to solve their mistakes, but they blame you and take no responsibility. I kept the copy of my receipt to try to get a refund, but seeing as they haven't refunded me the past 4 times I went in with my receipt I don't see them helping this time. I'd like to get a full refund for the products that I just bought and have the receipt, and I'd like to be able to take in all the other products they have denied to return for me for a full or at least partial refund. I have no pictures or documents to provide at this time as this was not sent from my computer, but can be reached at email address lauren.[protected]@hotmail.com to provide anything needed. I do have pictures of the broken pieces of my products, as well as a picture of the receipt from the 8th. Thanks.

I purchased small gift for my friend from the company www.spencersonline.com. It was the worst experience and services I have ever seen before. I didn’t get any info that my order has been sent and when I could get it. I contacted the online chat agent, but he told me that he would provide further info only after he would check the info about me and order. After that it showed that this guy was online, but he hasn’t replied to my emails and messages. I won’t deal with them again, and I hope my review will help other people as well.
