I recharged card that had previously worked and then recharged again as I could not get the card to work and we had a tragic death in the family and needed to be able to communicate with our family.

Now when I call using the card, it will start to tell me my balance and in the middle of that word, will switch over to a recording in another language and then switch over to music. Does not connect.

I have left voice messages, emails and no response.

I would like this resolved or my money refunded.

SpeedyPin phone card

I recharged my phone card, assuming I would retain the same kind of service I had had until then. I was mistaken. After the recharge, nothing worked. I had to use different access numbers, none of which allowed for pin-less dialing, which I had before. Trying to reach customer service was frustrating--I have left numerous messages, and no one has gotten back with me. My rates went up, I lost pin-less dialing, and have not been able to reach anyone at customer service. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! What recourse do I have?

SpeedyPin Poor quality

Every product I purchased for calling a cell phone in Taiwan has been horrible quality. I would get exactly 3 minutes of talk time and then it would disconnect. This occurred with every access phone # I've tried. Despite the name of the different calling cards, every card I purchased had the same list of access phone #s and same recording (men's voice with brittish accent). When I call it works fine for 3 minutes and then disconnects. Each time this occurs I am penalized by a service fee. Do not use speedypin it is a ripoff & will just cause you endless frustration.

SpeedyPin Does not work with VoIP Home service

When you buy a phone card the purpose is to use it. They need to make sure they put boldy on their website that it does not work if you do not have a VoIP. So if you have Magic Jack, Vonage, Lingo, or any other type of internet based/ digital phone service you will not be able to use it and they felt no reason to refund my money. Their only reason was becasue if the cusotmer has a VoIP it will not work. Did not offer any other type of resolution. Needlessly to say that the representative hung up on me and did not even call me back. Very poor cusotmer service as I called back I dont know how many times, got their voice mail, and NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK!

SpeedyPin not as advertised/bad service/everything else you can think of

i bought a $20 calling card to south africa. it advertised 8.9 cents a minute and for $20 i was getting 232 minutes. i spoke for 56 minutes and then got disconnected. when i tried to use the card again, it said i had insufficient balance. i called speedypin support and they said they'll fix the problem. 30 minutes later, i tried the card again and it said i have $6 credit. say what? i did the calculations and 56 minutes at 8.9 cents a minute is approximately $5. i called their customer support again and a lady said they'll fix it again. the next day, i tried the card again and it still said $6. i called their support for a 3rd time and spoke to a lady named Cecilia. she apologized and all that crap and said it's not right. they have a log that said i only used 56 minutes so she'll send the report to the techs to fix it. of course, today i tried the card again and it's at $7. so basically, i paid $20 to use $13 worth of minutes. what a great deal eh?

don't buy from them, don't trust them... as customers we need to make sure they stay out of business for ripping people off.

SpeedyPin Fraudulant Billing

I purchased a Just Call calling card from SpeedyPin.com. I intended to use it to make calls to Mexicali, Mexico. The site stated that the specific rate to landline calls to that city was $.019 per minute. I made several calls and didn't keep exact track of minutes used and balance. I became low on funds and attempted to recharge the card. they told me that since I was a first time user that they would have to contact me within 12 hours to verify my identity. I thought fine, better safe than sorry. I then proceeded to use my remaining $2.44 to place a call to a landline in Mexicali, Mex. The call lasted 32 minutes and 31 seconds, including the time it took for me to enter my PIN and dial the number. At the end of this 32:31 call, I checked my balance again. I had $.68 remaining. A quick calculations told me that I had been charged $.055 per minute or nearly 3 times the stated rate. I then promptly sent them an email telling them to refund my purchase and credit my Paypal account. I will let you know what happens with that. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD> STAY AWAY!

SpeedyPin Stay away

So after looking through hundreds of sites for a calling card, I decided on SpeedyPin.com. Bad idea.
My calling card was completely unusable. The call quality made it utterly impossible to talk.
I know that they don't make the cards that they sell, but there's absolutely no excuse for selling such useless products. And everything they sell is nonrefundable, so you're completely out of luck unless you take the time to read the company's big list of disclaimers before hand.

They ignored every attempt I made at asking for a refund or a change of card, from one that I couldn't even use one minute of. Now I have hundreds of useless minutes remaining.

Maybe actually have some decent products on their site, but don't even bother with the ones that seem a good deal. You won't have a second chance to change to a better card. They'll give you no warning that the product is UNUSABLE.

If you're looking to buy a pin calling card, make sure it's at least from an honest company by checking if there are complaints on this site. Don't make the same mistake I did.

After reading all the great reviews about this company, I have decided to try one of theirs phone cards. I have picked a card with 104 minutes and it was the worse service ever. At first, my phone call couldn't be connected and after 3 attempts I have lost about 45 cents for nothing. Later I called customer service but they refused to help, refund money or explain the reason why my calls didn't go through. Eventually I was able to get connected and got to talk some 34min with a poor call quality, and that was all my 104 minutes. Don't be tempted by low rates because you will never get them. Even thou their BBB rating is A+, they had about 100 complains, which is a big number of consumers. Please stay stay from this company.

I have purchase two phone cards from speedypin cards service.
One card named Scorpio and one named Fast Track. I was give 13 minutes on a 60 minute card and 38 minutes on a 101 minute card. I called the customer services numbers that were given for the separate cards issue. They don't have one customer services number for all cards sold, so whon must call each cards customers support number. What a joke. In short the agent made me wait 48 hours to restore and or adjust the unused minutes. Then after waiting 48 hours I was told that there database was down and I would have to wait another 48 hours for the problems to be fixed.
One other card I used that did not provide the advertised minutes,
after calling the SPEEDYPIN support number told me that my account was set to ZERO dollars and that they could not do anything to restore the lost minutes. This company it not responsible for there product. And some agency should look into their business practices. I will be writing the BBB about this company and their business practices and dealings with the buying public.

This is a follow up on the complaint that I submitted on 8 July 2007. You will probably need to read my complaint titled Poor Service dated 8 July 2007 in order to completely understand the situation. In short, the complaint addressed an issue of overcharging and lack of customer service.

I went against my feeling that SpeedyPin should contact Fast Track in order to resolve my billing issue and called the toll-free number myself that SpeedyPin had provided to me.

I politely explained the problem to them and asked for some simple information that a customer support should have been able to provide. I asked for the exact duration of my call and an itemized list of the charges applied.

I was not at all surprised to find a complete unwillingness to actually help resolve anything. My call failed to go through once. The agents hung up on me twice when I caught them giving me information that was clearly in contrast with the advertised services. I was told some things that were very alarming. See below:

1. I was not speaking to a Fast Track representative and that I could not speak with a Fast Track representative.
2. Nobody, not even Fast Track themselves know what the exact charges for a call will be and that the rates advertised on the SpeedyPin web page are, at best, a guess.
3. Even though the card was advertised specifically for international use, additional international charges may apply. However, you can't actually speak to anyone who really knows for sure or willing to admit to it.
4. Even though the card was advertised specifically for calling cellular networks in Philippines at a precise disclosed rate, additional cellular network charges may apply. Again, you can't actually speak to anyone who really knows for sure or willing to admit to it.
5. Even though the card was advertised with a precise carrier service charge rate, the actual rate charged, much like the other charges, cannot be determined until the call is completed. Once again, you can't actually speak to anyone who really knows for sure or willing to admit to it.

I could go on for days but I think you get the idea.

I'm sure by now that you can smell a rat. How is it that every other company that provides international long distance service, even to foreign cellular networks, can accurately advertise their rates and not charge you a penny more after making a call? Why the unwillingness of SpeedyPin to provide any service after the sale? Why the unwillingness of this unknown customer service agency to provide any useful customer service? Why did SpeedyPin give me a number for an agency other than Fast Track, the service provider, that cannot or simply will not help? Why did the agents hang up on me twice when I caught them contradicting the advertised service? I could go on for days about this too but, again, I'm sure you get the idea.

This entire sales and advertising operation is, in my opinion, incredibly deceptive to say the least. I'm not saying people should not buy this service. However, I will say consider my experience first and "buyer beware". I got screwed by these two companies. They will probably do the same to you.

SpeedyPin Terrible experience!

My complaint is about everybody else complaining about SpeedyPin. I have been buying my phone cards at Speedypin.com for much longer than most everybody posting here. Yes, I have also tried many other phone card websites and have found good cards elsewhere. But, guess what? Nobody I used before guarantees their cards. SpeedyPin does guarantee their phone cards. As a matter of fact, I can't recall ever seeing any other company promoting a REAL guarantee on their phone cards. Well these guys/gals do and that should really tell you something.

I agree with one comment I read that stated while not perfect (WHAT COMPANY IS PERFECT? NONE ARE! EXACTLY!) SpeedyPin.com lives up to their Phone Card Guarantee. Until they give me a reason to go elsewhere (which I doubt will happen), I will continue to buy my phone cards at SpeedyPin.com.

SpeedyPin Scammed!

DO NOT PURCHASE calling cards from SPEEDYPIN.COM (AKA SEEDYpin).

It is a total rip-off. I purchased a $20 international card from them and have actually made a 10 minute call which was dropped. I have tried over and over to call the same number and cannot make connection. My balance drops each time I try to make the call. I have 6 dollars left on it and have only actually used it for 10 minutes. I can, however, call the same number on my other calling card I purchased at Walgreens EACH AND EVERY time I dial the number. I have contacted speedypin by phone... the customer service number listed rarely answers your call. I got lucky once and they did answer and they did not help at all. They told me to call customer service number of the actual card I purchased from them which was STI MUCHACHO. So I called STI, they did not help either. They gave me a very small "partial credit" back to my card, which now has been eaten up all over in further attempts to use the card. I have sent emails which they do not respond back to you. I have made many calls and either A. NO ANSWER or B. NO RESOLUTION.

They should be a class action lawsuit. Be sure to file a complaint on SPEEDYPIN with the FCC. Now that i have voiced my complaint, I can only assume the next step speedypin will make it the CUT AND PASTE response from the company as I have read in response to other complaints. BLAH BLAH BLAH. What crooks!

Speedypin are definitely crooks, there website states 2.4c / min from USA to South Africa, I bought a $16.00 card and it ran out after 1 hour, then I called customer service who asked for my pin then told me I had used up all my minutes and when I stated my case again they just said "thank you for your business" and hung up. I'll take my $16 loss and never use them again..

SpeedyPin Scam company - please don't use it!

They are really Scam. I bought a $5 phone card actually I paid $6 According to their list I could make phone call to Tehran for 2C per minute. After I first use I figure out they charged me 12C per minute. I call customer service about that issue, after almost 15 minute on hold I describe the problem for their Rep, he said there is problem and it going to be fixed for you within 1 hour, next day I try the phone card it was exactly like before I mean remaining minutes hadn't be changed, I call them again they said he's going to make a clime and send it to front office to fix the problem within 24 hours.. / after almost 30 hours nothing happened. for third time I call them he repeat every thing exactly like before but with more death time, 48 hours! I told him I'll sue your company, He replied me " It never gone Happen". Before i buy that phone card I search for them I found then on "wikipedia.com" that's why I trust them, now I'm pretty sure they wrote it by themselves to fake people. It was really bad experience that I had with them they charged me 4 more times. They sell phone card with several names that one I got was "JUST CALL".

I am about to file a lawsuit against SpeedyPIN. I just jope this company has been registered in the US and not somewhere in Bermuda. Why I am doing that?
1. I get connected only once out of 50-55 attempts
2. They charge me every time I dial a number
3.Their advertised rates is not what they actually charge you
Stay away from this company, keep their hands out of your vallets. Those who lost money with them join me for lawsuit party!

The Supervisors Jovalia, Munim, Sylvia, are all completely worthless. Regular customer service people (Omar, Quarat, and others) also are very good just telling you the problem will resolve in 48 hours or they are filing a complaint or forwarding to the technical department... SpeedyPin No customer service!

Speedypin.com has now promised me for three days in a row that they will "credit" my PIN number with the amount due me. It still hasn't happened. The first day they promised the credit will take up to 24 hours because they are busy. The 2nd day, they were having trouble with their own phone system. Today, their computer is not working properly.

FUNNY! It seems that their computer is working well enough to take more orders over the internet. Just not well enough to actually deliver the goods they promised. I suspect that my $$$$ has been completely stolen by this unscrupulous company.

DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY -- SPEEDYPIN.COM -- WHICH ALSO OPERATES UNDER THE NAME -- EFULLFILLMENTPARTNERS.COM --

THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS!

SpeedyPin - Very poor service!

I purchased a phone card from speedypin.com. I specifically chose their AIRES card for the lowest rate (9 cents US/min) to a UK cell phone so that I could contact my wife while she traveled to the UK. I bought a $20 card (with a 69 cent weekly surcharge). That works out to over 200 minutes of talk. I called my wife's UK cell phone several times over...

SpeedyPin Ripoff phone cards!

As noted by others, these guys consistently offer low-cost phone rates, then fail to deliver. Then, rather than drop the failing products or correct the rates, they continue to bait naive customers such as myself. I gave them the benefit of the doubt several times. Got thoroughly burned for trusting them. Their "guarantee" is worthless, as is their word.

My advice: avoid SpeedyPin.

SpeedyPin Sell crap phone cards from crap companies!

When i went to the website the first time i decided to do some research about them first. I found a website posting complaints and some back and forth between a customer and the customer complaints department. The department claimed to take care of everything if you just voice your complaint to them. Well, in hopes that i wouldn't be scammed in the first place, i bought a card from them. First of all, i was charged more than i should have been per minute. Second of all, after a week of not using the card, i lost about half my credit, maybe more. I sent an email to the complaint dept and they were nice about getting back to me and even called me. They gave me a card with enough credit for one hour's worth of call time (my credit lost was probably worth 3-4 hours of call time) ... I was expecting follow up because they said they were going to retrieve records from the other company. Speedypin doesn't sell their own cards, they sell cards from other companies. Expecting follow up, it never came. I contacted them again via email, and they gave me a number to contact the company that ripped me off. The responsibility was off their shoulders, they gave it to the other guys. Now, granted they went to some small length to make things right, but not nearly to the extent that they say they do. I understand that the phone cards are not their own. But if they are selling them, and claiming customer service, then they should make good on that, and maybe they shouldn't sell crap phone cards from crap companies.

I just want to follow up post that Eric did, in fact, follow up with me. He informed me that somebody in the customer relations sector of the company didn't follow up in the way that they were supposed to. I was also informed that the did follow up with the company that sold me the phone card and they didn't update their information with speedypin.com. Anyway, things have been resolved, they gave me a new phone card, and i would actually consider using their services again.

You know those sites, which sell products and have no responsibility of what they sell. Their motto is "we sell it, you buy it, we get your money and hell with your satisfaction". This is how Speedypin functions. I purchased prepaid phone card STi Free from their site. The card acted weird, minutes were disappearing even without taking. When I made calls, I was charged 4 times more than I've talked in reality. I contacted both carrier reps and sellers. Carrier reps were trying to correct their mistakes, but speedy.com just blocked my e-mail. Nice behavior, isn't it?
