Speedway frank a manager I told him I was going to make a complaint. and he said that I need to lean how to spell it first.

Frank is a manager and you all will probably just blow this off but he is always rude flirting with married woman. And today about 10minutes ago. I told him that I was going to make a complaint, and he proceeded to tell me that I need to lean how to spell it first! He has been very rude to other customers as well. And rude and disrespectful to my wife as well.

He said he flirts with married woman he never said HIS wife, why would he be so rude to her if she's accepting his advances... Yes I do think it's VERY rude to tell a regular customer they need to learn to spell insulting ones intelligence.

Speedway manager and worker

Speedway at 112693 hwy 70 in Clayton NC
Idk if she is manager but you guys really need to start drug testing your workers then maybe you would have some good workers Ashley is a pill popper you can tell because she is always asking the customers for pain meds and always taking bc powder she is always drugged up and lacey is her sidekick where you see Ashley you see lacey they even leave together and come back all high I have tried on many occasions to tell the big boss but he can never talk with me so I am gonna post a complaint onone and see what kinda feedback I get because it makes no sence at all Ashley makes schedule and has offered lacey to be her assistant when she becomes manager the whole store will go bad it already is with them there please get them 2 out of there they both do drugs and steal things also I am not just assuming I actually know everyone who goes in there knows what they are doing and she always says there is nothing that can be done to her because she is the boss well how about that meth clinic you go to maybe they need to know about that Ashley

Speedway it is 9:15 in the morning and there are no roller grill items on the roller available

There are no roller items available nothing cooking and I am very hungry and it is very disappointing for them to be lazy and not have roller grill items ready for customers at that time of morning on a Monday. Customers are hungry and expect to go in and find roller grill items. A little variety. Even the sandwiches there were only two sandwiches left in the bin and they were time for 8:30 so they were not even fresh. There were five people working in the store and no one tending to the food

Speedway harassment

I sent my brother to play my number the numbers was wrong speedway worker didn't know what she was doing my brother said she went and got a manager to do numbers and they where wrong so sent my brother back they wouldn't take them so called over there the managers where very nasty kept hanging up on me telling if I had a problem go somewhere else and play numbers somewhere else this same manager is always rude and I'm sick of it so my autistic brother went back to get his slushy and start harassing my brother telling him it I bring the police I was band and a sale was a sale all in my brothers face I called over there not him they had no business day anything else to my autistic brother scaring him so made police report and taking it to court for harassment

Speedway manager on duty

I went in to purchase gas. For whatever reason the transaction remained pending on my account and I was unable to get my gas. I contacted my banking institution. They informed me that I needed to obtain a six digit authorization code from the store manager. I went into the store to retrieve this information from "TEE" the store manager on duty. He was very rude, short and impatient with me. He ultimately refused to help me. Luckily my bank over heard the disagreement between the store manager and MYSELF, over the phone and decided to release my funds anyways. But the store manager did not respond in a professional way at all. He was very in professional.

Speedway customer service with overnight female in newburgh

The young ladie with the red hair is very rude. I have been going to the same speedway in Newburgh for over a year and she is very rude and nasty to customers when speaking. Most of the young ladies in the store are rude and never speak back when I great them or ask for help. I'm forced to take my business else where and puts me outta my way because those ladies are so rude.

Speedway different price on street sign then at pump

I am a loyal diesel customer at speedway. I went to speedway right off the LIE exit 63, just north of the Long Island Expressway in Suffolk county. New York. The big sign on the street said $2.89 and the price of the pump was $2.99 . They gave me the refund of the difference after I finished filling up after I threatened to file a complaint. I can get you an exact address if needed, but the reason I exclusively go to speedway is they don't price gouge...Now I am not so sure

Speedway customer service at speedway 1395 e michigan ave in ypsilanti

The service that I received by a worker at the register was ridiculous. Her name was Brittany and she is very rude. She refused to see me cigarettes due to my I.D saying void even though she has asked for my I.D many of times and she didn't even ask the person in front of me for I.d. I fell like that is not right this needs to be resolved I have never had a problem with any other person there. This Brittany just clearly wanted to give me a hard time and it really bothered me

Speedway cashier

On December 21, 2017 around 6 pm I went into speedway, there were 2 female cashiers in the front 1 of their names were Ashley, they were just standing around laughing and talking about every person that came in instead of checking myself and other customers out. Ashley was very rude to me I asked could she ring me out she completely ignored me and continued to laugh and joke with the other cashier I waited almost five minutes until she decided to ring me out. I asked for my receipt she refused to give it to me, her excuse was that they ran out of paper which was B.S I will never go to this speedway again it is extremely ghetto and unprofessional

Speedway my cmt called me a b[censor]

I worked 3rd shift and I closed the store down for 45 mins to get the store together I did everything well around 9 a manger went out on the floor and called me a lazy b[censor] infront of costumers because he had to take the trash out he's always has a problem with everyone in the store another girl that works with me called me today saying he left her for hour while we had a line of customers and one person ringing them up he runs around wanting others to do his job he talks about crack and coke infront of customers I have already talk to my boss about Dave and he brushed it off and then he called me a lazy b[censor] today if he had a problem he had my number to call me. I can't do everything I did my job in my shift.

Speedway horribly treated by worker

I was completely and utterly disrespected by what I believe is the night time manager at Speedway gas station on Lafayette Road I believe the address is 3437 Lafayette Road Indianapolis Indiana I just asked the gentleman where the 12-packs were and he looked at me with this crazy deer-in-the-headlights look and said well it's probably over there in the cooler that says drinks on it and I asked him are you always this rude to your customers at which time he charged me and told me to get out of the store and told me that if I didn't he would call the police on Me So to avoid any further conflict I left the store but I am utterly upset I go there all the time and I'm a valued customer I would assume and I know that if I ran a business and my employees talk to my customers like that I would fire him on the spot I'm eager now to see what this company actually does about its rude employees because believe it or not it does affect your sales because I will tell everybody that I know about this man in about how disrespected I've been treated you know you can make somebody's Day by just saying have a nice day or you could completely ruin it by being sarcastic and treating them like trash!

The price of the gas didn't match the sign and payed way more for gas than I wanted too. I really feel like the 17cent a gallon that I got ripped off at

I have alot of points on my speedway rewards card and they told me I can't get no free chips without a coupon. I think she was being races and I don't think that was nice.

I frequent the speedway up here on the corner of milham and sprinkle and every morning that I come in here after dropping my boyfriend off @work around 7 am the cashier, an older woman, is extremely rude and very unpleasant so much so that I will not come to the store anymore and I'm telling everybody that I know to not come to the store either!

Speedway co manager

I am a regular customer that comes in speedway almost everyday the employees are every nice especially lashawn /Tracy.. the young lady gabby is very rude and disrespectful too her peers and customer in store.. she always cursing in store or complaining to customer about her job ... she not a people person at all.. on yesterday walking in store she trying pick fight with another employee store.. gabby was been so disrespectful she was embarrassing her self... other employees was doing her job try ignore gabby... i felt like young lady was in danger postion... need do something about that before start losing customer/great employees

Speedway customer service

The location I will be referring to is the 2617 West Fairbanks Ave, in Winter Park, Florida. There is an employee there by the name of Bill. I have submitted complaints about this person before, however nothing has been done about this. Today at approximately 8:15 pm I went into the store with my mother to make a purchase. When I got up to the register to complete my transaction, I was greeted with an attitude. During the transaction I was given a rude look, and Bill was unable to follow simple instructions. I had asked him politely to bag something differently and he did not comply. I had also asked him for my specific pack of cigarettes, to which he grabbed the wrong one repeatedly, even though I had said it multiple times clearly and concisely. Upon completing the transaction I had wished him a good night, to which I received no response other than a roll of his eyes at my mother and I. I am fed up of the blatant disrespect from this man. I have seen him do it to other customers, and it has happened to not only myself, but now my own mother. I want something done about this man. I have attempted to contact the manager of the store, as well as speak to his coworkers about his horrendous behavior. Each time I was assured that he was spoken to and the problem resolved. I however see no evidence of this and I am fed up with his atrocious customer service. I should not have to put up with this man disrespecting my own mother.

Speedway unethical behavior

I was in your Speedway store on Saturday morning @ 9:15 a.M. on December 2, 2015. My son and I come in there every weekend to get doughnuts as well as an occasional stop during the week. On this particular morning, I was stopped by an old coach of my son's who insisted on holding a conversation with me. There were only about two other customers in the store at the time. There were approximately four cashiers up front. About five minutes into the conversation, which I agree was too long as I did not want to be talking to this person in the first place, the manager came and told us "I'm sorry ladies, I have to ask you to leave. I can't have you standing around." I was appalled! While I cannot speak for the other individual, I can speak for myself. He made me feel like I had become a criminal. There are no signs posted for "no loitering" and that being said, I have never violated any law or been made to feel as if I had done so. I am an honest, Christian hard working single mom and he made me feel beneath the level of criminality. My son had already made our purchases which made me a buying customer. His approach was extremely rude and reflected Speedway in a degraded way. Was there a reason he couldn't simply say, "excuse me ladies, I appreciate your business and you are welcome to stay and shop, but I do need to make room for other customers. I don't want to be rude or seem like you are not welcome..." I think you get the idea. Asking us to leave the store as his first words spoken? I have spoken to others and have taken time to figure this out as to if I am just truly taken back or was this manager just lacking on respect and approach to customers...it is both and that is why I am writing to you today. I was doing nothing wrong other than purchasing doughnuts. I got stopped by someone who doesn't know when to stop talking and I am asked to leave the store. I did approach the manager and tell him that I was a purchasing customer, he responded with "that's fine". I receiving the impression that he was very arrogant in his ways. I am not sure if I want to continue to make Speedway my 3 to 4 times a week stop anymore. That is how your manager has reflected the impression of Speedway onto me. I would appreciate a response. Speedway manager

great cofee. fast service. amazing employees. CRAPPY MALE MANAGER. overly fake and not good at it when you can see them talking about you and laughing at your situation when you walk out the door. they misplaced my license, lied about it twice after the girl already admitted to me that she DID lose it. then the manager wont sell me cigarettes and tells me i can just go get a new ID like hes gonna magically pop out a new birth certificate and social security card for me. they KNOW my age he was just being a [censor]. so i left while hes still exclaiming in that snide fake voice HAVE A GREAT DAY BLAH BLAH BLAH. then they're laughing as im getting into my car. will never use my money here again and ill be sure they lose other customers as well and i WILL be promoting the other stores in the areas like choco mart WHO KINDLY helped me enjoy my coffee and ciggarette to kick start my morning unlike this fake [censor] at speedway. never again. learn social skills. apologize to the customer and sympathize because no one wants to hear your rude remarks at 5 in the morning on a monday. [censor].

The evening airhead female cashier doesnt know a phuck what she is doing. More times than not she presses a wrong button and screws up the system. Then you have to stand around and wait 30 minutes or longer for the problem to be fixed. In many cases you still end up leaving the store without a receipt. Tired of the crap I refuse to do anymore business inside with Speedway. At least at the pump if you pay by credit card you dont put up with airheads. As for the inside junk food it is over priced. One can do better buying at Meijer, stocking up on the junk stuff, then taking some along when you get in the car. So buzz off Speedway. You suck BigTIme.

Speedway horrible customer service

The lady working in there (605 East Blvd Williamston, NC) was extremely rude. Last night Dec 1st 2017 around 9:30 pm. I'm going in there to get 2 packs of cigarettes. I first ask for Marlboro lights, already with an attitude she says "What did you say?" So assuming maybe she doesn't smoke I say Marlboro gold. She doesn't even look at the cigarettes and says "We don't sell Marlboro gold." I can clearly see like 5 rows of them, so I point and say, "those right there." She goes and grabs the pack, and says "they called these Marlboro lights." (I'm like ok, it says gold right on the box and by the way I used to work at a Wilco which is now Speedway and unless things have changed she should have carded me as I have never been In this store before in my life. Also she was wearing what I assume was an assistant manager shirt as that's the same kinda shirt I wore when I worked for Wilco.) anyway I swipe my card and when it goes through shes just like "ok", she didn't say do you want a receipt or thank you or anything just "ok". She was just horrible and had a bad attitude the whole time, made the whole experience uncomfortable as if I did something to her when I have never even seen her before then. People like that do not need to be in the customer service business. I wish I would have got her name, but she made me so mad with the way she treated me it was best for me to just walk away. I will not be going back into that store and I know my little bit of business will not really matter, but something really needs to be done before she acts like that to the right person and it won't be a good day for Speedway.

Speedway rude service

I went into the Speedway in Manchester, TN off of McArthur Rd. and it was just past 11 pm and I placed an order for a sub, a personal pizza, and a couple breadsticks to take home for my boyfriend and I. When the older lady heard the buzzer, she called someone over for help and began complaining that I placed an order so late and how it "made her mad just thinking about doing it", as I just got off work and had not eaten all day. She continued to complain to the other employee the entire time they were making the food(which in total only took like 5 minutes) and the other employee complained back but was quieter about it. As they were bagging the food, the older lady said, "if she doesn't like it, she can come around and make it herself."
I wanted to come around there and punch that [censor] straight in the face.

Speedway horrible customer service

My husband entered the Speedway in Alpharetta on McFarland Pkwy to order a pizza. The girl that was in charge of taking the pizza orders never acknowledged him. Another employee told her she had a customer and she said she knew and kept sweeping. When she finally started making the pizza she didn't read the instructions on how it was suppose to be made. My husband respectfully informed her she making it wrong and she sucked her teeth and rolled her eyes all the way to the back of her head. He was so uncomfortable with attitude that he cancelled our order. This Speedway hires the bottom of the barrel from hell. This type of behavior sends the message that Speedway does not value its customers and employees don't need to have decent customer service skills to be hired. They have fired all the good employees and keep the rude ones.

Speedway customer service with employee

Hello, I just wanted to complain how deeply appalled I am at the service I received getting gas one evening. I tried to make my way into the store and noticed the door had been locked, I knocked but no one came. I looked through the glass and noticed the employee I believe her name is amber
Giving sexual interaction with a gentleman in the back of the store. He came out and her soon after.
I don't know how other stores are run but I was furious that this was happening, I will not return to the store and will detour anyone else from going to this store.
