Speedway gas I paid for never received

My name is Diana, I was at your speedway store on Saturday 9-9-17 and paid for $25 gas, Tom J employee # 1004527- store 18660 hall rd- [protected] trans# 6160667- decided to cancel the trans. as I was outside trying to pump my gas I paid for. I did not have any cash on me and i did not have my wallet... except for the $ 25 i had on my debit card. He was very rude. I ended up on the side of the freeway because of him canceling my pmt. with no permission, he said I had to run my debit card again for another $25... i did not receive a credit from the cancelled pmt he said he did and did not get any gas. To make it worst he called the police on me because I told him to start the pump and give me the gas i paid for. Please let me know how is this acceptable, I am also 5 months pregnant.
Please let me know what are you guys going to do for me... being left on the side of the freeway... because the gas I paid for was not given to me. Please email me at [protected]@yahoo.com

Speedway customer service

On September 5 at around 9:20pm I went to my local Speedway to fill up. I didn't have cash, only my debit card but I wanted to have my rewards card scanned. The cashier was unprofessional and used vulgar language after refusing to scan my card and accept my form of payment. I was disgusted by him and felt insulted. Needless to say, I left and filled up elsewhere.

Speedway customer service

I in store in East Ridge TN, trying get 20 of regular gas, I told cashier Mia S. . I went to the pump and began pumping, no gas I hung the pump to reset it and nothing. I went back inside she stated that she put it on 3 so I returned to the pump nothing. Went back in the store and the manager said its on there so she did it again. Still no gas so she sent a guy named Rob ( the food service manager) out there with me he starts going off saying that I was picking up the wrong pump I had regular gas pump I needed payation the t85 gas used yellow pump going off I told him I'm not useing that I have heard of it. That's the manger said. We went back inside for a refund and Ellen (the manger) also screaming fussing how dumb was I that said all four times. Told I didn't needs look the camera I said that I keep saying regular on 20. She was not do anything she care it wasn't coming back who she wished that wrong gas in my car as yelling. She dont need dumb people at her store. I talked to like a child. I never asked for that t85 each stated regular 20 on 4.

Speedway employees

I have been a loyal customer of the Speedway on Kings Hwy in Port Charlotte, Florida for years (it was Hess). I go in this store daily, after work, and have always been treated nicely, until the last week. There are almost all new employees in there now, and they are very rude! I was basically told yesterday if I didn't like it (the attitudes)(after I commented on the rudeness) there are other stores I could go to. Please fix this! I love Speedway and do not want to "go to another store"! Thank you!

Speedway the employees of pa

They were so rude to us and were out of everything with no signs up that they were out so we used are points and could not use them at all we were 2 hours away from home and use 25000 points to get us food and gas to get us home the employees knew nothing of the questions we ask the manager would not even talk to us she send someone with no name tag to deal with a question we had and he was so rude and we wasted are points we could not use them because they were out of everything my 4 year old did not get anything to eat. I have never been treated like that before and most of them were just standing around I will never go back to that one ever again.

Speedway the attitude of the co manager/register person

On 09/01/2017 I went in to buy the same as I do 6 days a week at the same place and time at 2220 hours. I approached the counter and placed my 20 oz mt. Dew and my 1lt. Bottle of water on the counter and ask for 3 cans of cope ong cut when allen the register person looked at me and said I quote I guess you are only buying one water insteed of being smart and buying two. I understand that you have them push sell but this guy is down right ignorant. On multiply occasions I have had this problem with the same person everytime he is their. I have heard the same complaint from fellow works that stop their. I even know of atleast 3 that stop going in becauseof him. I myself am even thinking about going to loves instead. I went in on 9/2 to talk to the [censor] manager and was told that corp. Was in charge. So this is why I am sending this complaint. I get all my gas their 70-80 a weak plus spend 100-120 a week in the store. If something does not get done I will alsogo somewhere else. I also heard from fellow shoppers the when stuff does not ring up he just gives it away. I spent 15 years working at a truck stop on third shift. If I or any other employee work have acted the way he did they would have been fired. I would like this taken care of asap. I otherwise think that the store is excellent. Please do not let this one person keep losing yous guys customers.

Speedway customer service

I was with my family on 11:25 am on September 4th in NY. It was on the corner of route 5 and 321. I believe it is in Camillus. The two cashiers were smoking directly outside the door and we had to walk around and through the smoke to gain access to the store. Customers had to wait for one cashier to put out her cigarette and come inside to take care of them. Not only does this reflect bad on your store it is a health hazard all together.

Speedway gas pump

Today I went to pump gas at your opdyke & university location in Pontiac/auburn hills area gas station. I used my debit card at the pump the minute my card was authorized I received a text alert stating speedway had tooken $75 off my card with proof of a text alert and also bank statement verfication as Well. I had only pumped $19.42 with a receipt to show. The staff assisted me through calling the help desk and i was refunded $19.42 but not the other half of my money for what was taken. I Would like this issue resolved please and thank you!

Speedway vuse cartridges and employee named jason r

I went to your store at route 60 and route 45 in mundelien to purchase a cartridge pack of Vuse like I've done many times before now I've never been asked for an I.D before till tonight but I do understand that it is their job to ask for one but what I dont understand that he only asked for one today from many times I've gone to your store to purchase this product and he never asked me for I.D before and even with that I went to my car got my I.D and showed it to him it did not bother me to do that now I always open the product and test them because its happened a few time where the product is defective and they just simply exchange it for now he told me he could not do it that I would have to come back tomorrow now IM frustrated because I just spent $8.15 on a defective product he just sold me not even 5 minutes ago but I told him ill be back tomorrow then and went to get in my car when I realize something so I go back in and asked him can he do me the favor and leave a note so they know IM coming and not come in and they tell me they dont know anything now this is where I have the problem the man would not even let me finish my sentence when he kept interrupting me numerous of times to the point that I had to raise my voice and asked him how old are you because you are acting like a child and that's when I had to raise my voice some more to explain that all I wanted was for him to leave a note so I dont have any issues or any more inconvenience that I already am having he was rude, disrespectful, ignorant and if I couldn't say any worse discriminating on me. Now because of this unprofessional, disrespectful discriminating man that has poor customer service I will not ever take my business ever again to speedway I've never been so insulted in my life and humiliated in front of people like this.

Speedway customer service

August 29, 2017

I visited the Speedway in Wadesboro, NC. When I got done shopping for my items I went to the cashier. She didn't greet me nor smile. The attitude I got from the employee was disgusting. She was very rude to me as she as did I have a speedway card and was there a chip on my card. Then she mumbled "get on my nerves" under her breath. I didn't reply to this lady, because I was just so shocked of how she was talking to me. I will not be coming back to the store.

Speedway service

For the 2nd time in a month at at this speedway gas station located 701 E Edgar Rd, Linden, NJ 07036 at night time they told me to go to the next gas station first time they told me the fueler was not there. 2nd time today at 1:32 am after wait about 10 min for the fueler, he locked my credit card kept entering the wrong info when i ask why he was doing it and why he didn't want to fuel me, he said you can somewhere else. This location is run wild at night no care about their job nor losing customers. too bad

Speedway purchase of cigarette

At about 6.47 am today 8/24/2017, I walked in to the gas station on speedway directly opposite speedway car race STADIUM. I met your staff Debbie I greeted and requested to buy a packet of Newport ciggarett. She insisted I must present my identity because law says I must be over 40 years old before she could sell ciggarett to me. I told her I am 45 years but she insisted I must go back to the car and bring my drivers licence. I gave her my Government I D showing where I work but she refused rudely.
Not long a young white lady walked in requesting for same product she was profiling me on and she sold without asking for her I D CARD.
I see this as act of racism and should not be encouraged.
I have never heard or read about such law and I deserve an apology for such treatment.
I stand to be corrected if am wrong about the new LAW but I deem such doesn't exist.
I will never go in to your facilities again and extremely sad about this hate treatment today.

Stop your whining. There's no law, it's a standard that EVERY retailer that sells tobacco or alcohol follows. I am 43, and I get carded all the time. Why? Because if they don't, and you're with the law, they could lose their license. It's racism, it the rules.

Speedway I was overcharged

On 8/23/17 @4:11:36 pm I was at your store at 400 lake Ave. Transaction #341767.
I purchased 6 labatt ice beers. Price 2 for 2.50. the clerk did not scan the cans he scanned a paper behind register. He scanned labatt ice MAX instead they are 2 for 4.00.

I was over charged $4.50. it might not not seem like much to you. It is to me. I went to the store he said there was nothing he could do.

Please check your inventory and video tapes.

Speedway everything

Speedway 1173 at 901 S. MAIN St. In Centerville, OH. The fountain and freeze machines are down all the time theyre never working. They also will not sell you a pack of cigarettes even if they have 1 pack left if its a guaranteed in stock brand. Then they refuse to give you the card and call all Speedways in the area to tell them they already gave you a card, so when you go to the next one if they have the same issue they tell you to go on your way! I will not go back to ANY Speedways in Centerville for this issue. Im a loyal Speedway customer and most the employees know me by name due to how many times a day i used to go there. Unfortunately I have changed the Speedway i go to for better service! I wish I didn't have to go to a different city than I live in!

Speedway speedway employees

I have been to this speed way a few times and the service is absolutely horrible. Staff is in there cursing, yelling and cutting up while people stand in line. They have rude comments towards customers and to each other. Very unprofessional. I have been in line when a chashier had a "back n forth" with a disgruntled customer. This location in North miami Florida 33161 on Biscayne Blvd is by far the worst speed way I have been in.

Speedway workers

On 8/21/2017 around 11:45pm I went to the speedway located at 819 S Limestone in Lexington Ky [protected]... Their was a Africa American male working the shift alone. When I went to go in here ask me to give him a few minutes so he could smoke his cigarette. Their was about7 or 8 other people that he told this to. A few are DR. and nurses that works at the hospital's across the street. University of ky hospital shrines hospital ect...
A business like Speedway should have at least 2 staffs at all times. Speedway is where I go all the time. I was at the hospital because my wife had part of her lung removed do to cancer. I live at 105 Barnwood Ln unit 1H

Speedway service is not 100% more like 1%

I have complained about brittany bolden (manager) numerous times through your corporate number. I am still experiencing the same outcome. Im being refused service for no reason. Because i called corporate 2 times i am still experiencing the same outcome even though you guys sent me a letter saying it is being resolve. This is a poor look for the store that i use to love. This is not a speedway it is brittanys way. And it is giving your brand a bad look. She is now in the video that i have attatch saying and i quote. "Im off speedway clock now [censor]" go ahead and send the video to corporate.

Speedway coffee/iced

I go to speedway for my Dunkin' Donuts ice coffee. I was told the price is national. And it was supposed to be .99 The store in elkin NC now charges 2.49 when others charge more than half that. Second on my last visit they had very loud music playing. I keep getting a notice that I need more information. Like what?

I have received several of theses. We have reviewed you complaint and find informations missing, follow the instructions. Ok fine but there are no instructions, nothing to indicate what is missing. It has become clear that this is a complete waste of time. As I have no clue what else you need. I have told you what company, what location and what problem I have, and all I have got in return is the run around. Enough of this.

Speedway staff

Went to buy a power Ball tickets tonight. Walked in the store and ask what was the latest I could buy powerball tickets. Was told by both girl to home and check on Google to see when you have to stop purchasing tickets. I told them I was in there store and they should know those answers. I went down the road to see what they told me, they pulled out a paper that told them when each drawing stops selling. So I bought my tickets there and other stuff which I would have bought from Speedway! My son in law work for you company so we support Speedway. To hey made me very angry may not go back to Store 8394 except to let you store manager know what happened. VERY ANGRY TO BE TOLD TO GO HOME AND CHECK GOOGLE!😥😥😥😥😥😥 WOULD LIKE SOMEBODY TO CALL ME.

Speedway speedy good to go breakfast sandwich

Bacon egg and cheese croissant... Bacon on sandwich was not cooked at all and when I returned it inside I wasn't treated as a paying customer but I was threatened and cashier was very rude and unprofessional as was the male employee. Once I started to video the male employee said he would personally go in the back to make me a sandwich right after telling me that these breakfast sandwiches came pre ~made. So I told him that I would perfer one from the refrigerated section and he insisted on making me one himself. While he was in back of store doing whatever to my sandwich the cashier was threatening me that she was going to smack my phone out of my hand if I didn't stop recording. When the male employee finally returned the sandwich looked as if out of a magazine... Just a little to nice to know if he did something to it. So yes I am very dissatisfied with Speedway store #4340 on Cane Run in Louisville, KY and am contacting an attorney plus having the sandwhich tested. * Photos and video on hand if needed. But I feel as though both employees should be terminated from the Speedway store inc.

It's 7:00 a.m. here in Portsmouth Ohio and the local speedway store should have delicious breakfast ready. this is prime hour for breakfast but no instead I get this stuff it looks like dog s*** like there was no effort in making it it's a good thing that I put the breakfast into a large cup and just said it was a cup of ice or else I would have been really pissed. IDK maybe the worker who made this s*** was blind and they just hired him because they employed the handicap
