Speedway cashier

I was in Speedway in Gilbert on [protected] and I overheard Barbara Rowe talking about a family member of mine. The things Barbara was saying was very mean, hurtful and should have never been said about anyone for that matter. I feel that she shouldn’t be aloud to continue her position with doing things like this while on the job. This isn’t the first time she’s done these types now of things. They are witnesses that know she talks bad about customers all the time.

Speedway speedway

I have filled out a complaint about 1 month ago on a worker named Katrina who work's at speedway on Huffcreek store number #9746 who is always rude disrespectful and childish. I stated in my last survey that Speedway would lose my business if something was not done about this worker, so as of today Speedway will no longer get my business. I cannot believe such a Big Respected Company has such a horrible person representing them.

Speedway didn't get my $.10 off on my gas with my rewards card

The customer service rep scanned my card and obviously didn't check to make sure it took. I went back in and the only they could correct was to void my transaction and put the money back on my card snd do a new transaction. But this takes dsys to put the money back on my card. Very bad process and a huge inconvenience to those who live paycheck to paycheck. And a bad customer ecperience.

Speedway firing the best manager you had

Good morning,

I am a regular customer at your speedway location in Holden, Massachusetts.

I was informed by one of the employees that the manager of the store was let go due to some technicalities. I want you to know that the person you have running this store now will NEVER be as good as Sherry was. She was always chipper in the morning and even when she had cover because some called out or did not show up for work.

I hope you know now that, that store will go down hill FAST!

Speedway customer service

I went to speedway at 5.2oam in Orlando at John young and Sandlake, I work across the street from the location and love shopping at this location, because it is close to my job. I asked the cashier to preload a card for me which I have done on numerous ocassions, due to my daughter in college having the card. I was told rudely that I need the card, after explaining that I have done it numerous times at this location without the card and just the card number. I was told I have to wait until someone else comes in or I can get it done somewhere else in a rude manner. Being the person I am I said have a nice day and walked out. I would not be going to that location or store anymore I will use the 7 11 on the corner. Just a rude personality by that employee.

Speedway customer service

I honestly don't even know where to begin about Jeremy, a speedway employee who shows a poor attitude, poor work ethic and doesn't know how to speak to customers. He has no filter and prides himself on being high all the time. He's always complaining about one thing or another and honestly all of the other employees at this location go above and beyond. It is a shame to see someone working at a place which they claim to hate. I will no longer go to this location when I know he is working because I do not feel safe or comfortable.

Speedway manager

The Manager at this location does not do his job. He stands on a computer all day or on his personal cell. He watches lines get out of hand and doesn't help the csr get the customers in and out in a timely manner. He tells other employees that certain employees are not doing their jobs instead of trying to correct the problem. He also allows the machines in the store to stay broke because he claims it's better for his business if he doesn't have the machines running.

Speedway district manager 592 (brent)

He is racist and rude to employees management and csr's. As you can see a lot of ppl are leaving and the district numbers are down! Very unprofessional and cusses at employees. I have text messages to prove. I'm a pregnant employee and I still work very hard everyday but one day I couldn't lift a 5 gallon bib and he told me to figure it out! So after that incident i put my two weeks in going to another company with better pay and nicer management! I appreciate Steven twitty and Marion lane(4664) she has a heart of gold and a very good trainer!

Speedway management

Hi my name is Tammy. Last night I visited the speedway on Midland trail in Shelbyville ky as I do every day. But yesterday I found something to be very disturbing. I was checking out and the cashier (summer I believe her name is) asked if I would like to donate to the children's hospital, I said of course. She asked the manager (tina) how to enter it in the computer. Well with an attitude she showed her then proceeded to tell her she needs to get her "s[censor]" together cause she is on thin ice around there. First off this cashier has always been really polite and on her game when it comes to the customers. Secondly I don't believe it's very good management to be bringing stuff like that up in front of customers. This manager is always on the cashiers and being very rude to them. Hope something can be said to get her off her high horse.

Speedway cashier

Today at 2:30 when I went to the gas station on Manton Ave I was threatened by the cashier and then the comment was made that that's why she hates working at this Speedway store in the Niger neighborhood I am a 50 year old Christian woman on disability I did not appreciate being threatened by an employee my family and I have been using this Speedway since it was Hess. The manager in the other employees here know our family very well because we come here multiple times a day for gas and for you no groceries convenience and to be threatened by this lady today was unacceptable and I went to the Providence police station and I made a complaint I am still shaking and afraid to go back I'm going to let others in the community know what was said because there is a lot of blacks in our community and Spanish and for her to say that she's in a Niger neighborhood will not be tolerated thank you and I've never had a problem here before ever I wish the manager was there because I know she was this wouldn't have happened but it happened today on Sunday at around between 2 and 2:30 and the manager on Manton Ave I mean the cashier on Manton Ave had black hair and she was the only one working A short heavy-set woman thank you and have a blessed day I hope you handle it

Speedway service

I have been a customer at the Speedway on Huffcreek store number #9746 for years now, and I have never had a problem with the store. Always good customer service, and great business, until recently. When this new worker Katrina started working there, she is always rude everytime I come into the store. I understand having a bad day, But everytime I come into the store she has a very bad attitude toward not only the customers, but co-worker's as well. I heard her being very rude with one of her co-workers, in front of a line of customers, I'm not really sure who the lady was she was being rude to, but she was being very mean, and disrespectful. Normally I would just brush something like this off, but there was kid's in the store and everything, and she was screaming. So I figured to come home and file a complaint, to see if it would solve the issue. If I keep experiencing, or seeing this at your store, I am going to take my business elsewhere, because the way she was acting is a very inappropriate way to act as a store representative, or in public period.

Speedway debit card/gas

On September 12, 2017 I used the gas station pump at 2901 N Broad St Pump #7 at about 6am and 620a I inserted my debit card into the card reader when I entered the ZIP code it said see the cashier I went to the window and asked for $20 dollars on pump #7 the cashier said she had to wait for the pump to clear I got a receipt the pump stopped at $20 when I left another car was able to come behind me and use the same pump and fill there gas tank up with $55dollars of gas

Speedway poor customer service from a manager

My name is Antwan Floyd Sr. I have been going to the Speedway location at 1005 Mitthoefer rd. for 2 years now and I always receive excellent customer service but today 09/14/2017 between the time of 6:50 A.M. and 7:00 A.M. (not sure of the exact time I was there.) I received my first bad experience. I went in to get a money order for $795 but I mistakenly told the cashier the wrong amount I meant to tell her that it was for $785. She didn't know what to do so she asked the manager what should she do? He said that it was nothing that he could do it was rung up, I would have to pay or go some place else and get one. I was surprised to hear that from a Manager, is that the policy for an incident such as this? I mean this can't be the first time that a situation like this has occurred? So am I to believe that he didn't just cancel the misprinted money order as soon as I left? Or does he pocket the money? I expect unprofessional behavior from cashiers from time to time bad day etc, etc, I take it stride. But as I said I've never had a bad situation from a clerk. The quality of a leader is reflected in the standards they set for themselves. Makes you wonder what standards he's setting for those up under him.

As far as a resolution to my problem, I don't know if there is one I was insulted (my intelligence) when I was told that it was nothing he could do about it which was a lie and I wasted my time not sure how I could be redeemed for those inconveniences.

Speedway newport 100s menthol

I have been smoking Newport's for 13 years and never had a problem but this past month I've purchased several packs from speedways around the town this past month and a few diffrent times the whole pack or a few out of packs have tasted like Newport smooths and I'm sorry but if I wanted a Newport smooth I would have bought smooths that is disgusting I'm thinkin I'm gunna try to purchase them somewhere else from now on and if it still keeps happening I'm going to Marlboro menthols thats messed up and a waste of my money..

Speedway customer service and support

I live right around the corner from a speedway in North Carolina and have for four years. I have been a regular customer coming in two to four times a day. I travel out of town a lot for work and get my gas there. I get cigarettes there. I buy snacks and drinks for my daughter. I buy me beer. I have always came to the neighborhood Speedway because of the sense of being known and recognized as far as living here for four years. A new lady started. And ever since she started. She has been giving me grief. I am a young short 40 year old woman White and have never in my life dealt with as much attitude from a person as I have from this Speedway cashier. I walked in the other night after coming in for 4 years 4 times a day been denied selling me a beer because my pregnant 18 year old daughter is with me and got attitude about it and didn't even give us a chance to give our IDs out. So when I called and wanted to talk to a manager Tiffany. She told me well how do we know if it's not your daughter. Tiffany knows that I come in with my daughter all of the time my daughter doesn't like beer she's 18 she's pregnant never has tried purchasing anything illegally. And then now they're telling me because I'm filing a complaint that they cannot service me anymore or sell me cigarettes or gas or anything after 4 years? This is a problem if you're going to ID which they didn't even allow us to provide ID when I wanted to buy me a beer and my daughter a fountain drink I was buying for he. Now they're telling me that I can't purchase anything from Speedway after 4 years of being a loyal customer? I have a problem with this but that's okay if you want to have workers that cuss behind the register and have people sitting and cussing with them while they're servicing customers and want to pinpoint on a white woman when you didn't ID the black guy ahead of me and just because my daughters with me you won't serve me or sell me a beer when I clearly tell you that's my daughter and she's pregnant and we have IDs and you're telling me no I can't sell you this beer pull up the cameras. Been going there for 4 years never been a problem before. My daughter don't want no beer don't need no beer thinks beer is nasty and cigarettes and now you're going to tell me I can't purchase anything because I called and complained? Sheetz vs. Speedway?

Speedway customer service

I'm here to write up a complaint about a cashier at my local Speedway gas station. The store # is 3993 which is in Indianapolis (Castleton) IN. This complaint should have been written several months ago about the cashier I'm here about. Her name is Deneen and today is 9/12/2017 7:00am. I'm standing in line with my coffee and she calls for the next customer with an attitude. In the back of my mind I'm thinking here we go again. I step to the counter and she asked if I had coffee and I replied yes. She then asked if I had a Speedy rewards card and I said yes. So I reach in my pocket to grab my phone for her to scan my card on the app and instantly she rolls her eyes. I pull up the card, she scans it and then she tells me my total ($1.91). I hand her a dollar bill and pull change out to pay for the rest and again she rolls her eyes. I proceed to give her the $.91 cents. The transaction is over and I asked for my receipt and again the rolling of the eyes. I asked if I could get both receipts and with a smart lip her reply was somewhere along the lines of "can't you get your point total on your phone". She hands me both receipts with an attitude like I just asked her to do something her job title doesn't do. This woman every time I've been checked out by her has a really bad attitude like she's disgusted at everyone in the world. I have a few friends that go to the same gas station and feel the same way I do about her. At first I just thought she didn't like me for some reason but I brought her name up to my friends, they said she treats them the same exact way. Every time I've taken the high road and have been overly kind but you can only take so much til your completely fed up with it. She needs someone in upper management to talk to her cause the employees she works with haven't gotten through to her about losing the attitude. Hopefully someone will get through to her. Speedway gas I paid for never received

My name is Diana, I was at your speedway store on Saturday 9-9-17 and paid for $25 gas, Tom J employee # 1004527- store 18660 hall rd- [protected] trans# 6160667- decided to cancel the trans. as I was outside trying to pump my gas I paid for. I did not have any cash on me and i did not have my wallet... except for the $ 25 i had on my debit card. He was very rude. I ended up on the side of the freeway because of him canceling my pmt. with no permission, he said I had to run my debit card again for another $25... i did not receive a credit from the cancelled pmt he said he did and did not get any gas. To make it worst he called the police on me because I told him to start the pump and give me the gas i paid for. Please let me know how is this acceptable, I am also 5 months pregnant.

Speedway customer service

On September 5 at around 9:20pm I went to my local Speedway to fill up. I didn't have cash, only my debit card but I wanted to have my rewards card scanned. The cashier was unprofessional and used vulgar language after refusing to scan my card and accept my form of payment. I was disgusted by him and felt insulted. Needless to say, I left and filled up elsewhere.

Speedway customer service

I in store in East Ridge TN, trying get 20 of regular gas, I told cashier Mia S. . I went to the pump and began pumping, no gas I hung the pump to reset it and nothing. I went back inside she stated that she put it on 3 so I returned to the pump nothing. Went back in the store and the manager said its on there so she did it again. Still no gas so she sent a guy named Rob ( the food service manager) out there with me he starts going off saying that I was picking up the wrong pump I had regular gas pump I needed payation the t85 gas used yellow pump going off I told him I'm not useing that I have heard of it. That's the manger said. We went back inside for a refund and Ellen (the manger) also screaming fussing how dumb was I that said all four times. Told I didn't needs look the camera I said that I keep saying regular on 20. She was not do anything she care it wasn't coming back who she wished that wrong gas in my car as yelling. She dont need dumb people at her store. I talked to like a child. I never asked for that t85 each stated regular 20 on 4.

Speedway employees

I have been a loyal customer of the Speedway on Kings Hwy in Port Charlotte, Florida for years (it was Hess). I go in this store daily, after work, and have always been treated nicely, until the last week. There are almost all new employees in there now, and they are very rude! I was basically told yesterday if I didn't like it (the attitudes)(after I commented on the rudeness) there are other stores I could go to. Please fix this! I love Speedway and do not want to "go to another store"! Thank you!
