Speedway review: gas pump 64

I arrived at the romulus Speedway at 700 am after I got off work. The very rude clerk Samantha told me I couldn't buy beer here anymore because she assumed I was drinking and driving and would not let me pay for anything else I needed either

This happened on 2/18/2023

Employee in FaceTime call while ringing customer creating longer hold time

8:38 pm

No uniform

No service it communication

Did not offer or provide a bag as was in phone

Need better customer service offered employee did not address customer was not in uniform and on phone if not behind counter I would have never know it was an employee

I frequent speedway every morning to get a diet coke on the way to work.

I pulled up to 5103 E Washington Street 46219 @ 715

One girl was mopping

No reason for it!

2 things:

1. Self Checkout

When I am scanning items into self checkout, the machine is impatient and cancels the whole order I've already scanned. Resulting in my having to re-scan everything. It shouldn't do that. At least have a longer timer on it.

2. 7Now

7Now sucks and shouldn't be at a convenience store at all. Already convenient.

Every time this guy is working he never puts out any of the heated food or restocks any shelves and he reacts negatively when questioned about it. He acts as if he is not supposed to do anything but activate gas pumps even though he’s the only worker on his shift. It has been this way every time he’s started working around 6 months ago.

There was like 5 people in line and more people coming in. The cashier says my manager stated call in orders come first . Some of us are trying to get to work but lazy people that think it's to cold to leave their house come first your new policy sucks I hope you guys lose all your business.

Went to store 8240 US HWY 42 Florence Ky early AM 11/21/2023 I got a slim Jim N cheese stick immediately knew it was bad from the first bite. According to the packaging it expired 11/1/2023, STILL ON THE SHELF after almost a month after expiration!

every day the management, employees, and condition of this store asap its a risk to everyone eating, drinking or purchase merchandise from this store! there are issues from black mold, mold, bacteria growing on and in all drinking machines expired food on and off shelves! the health department needs notified immediately! ashley is a awful manager!

On 9/6/23 went into store. Paid for $10 gas on pump 6. Someone else pumped my gas. When I went into store to correct it I was told with my attitude they didn't have to fix anything. Said I could've been just out o well. Everytime I go into that store it's a problem with those 2 girls

I've been a customer for 15 + years at speedway my name is Darrell , just recently ginger the employee at store # 1350 is asking me every time I buy cigarettes. Well I'm not a minor at 55 years old why is she scanning my dri version license every time? This is stupid ! I spend $300 a month at this store. If this continues I'll go somewhere else !

Employee(name tag said Kyle) was not very friendly. And was very inappropriate for being in the work place setting.

I bought a no bake peanut butter cookie today, January 20th 2023 at my local Speedway. (Gaylord, Michigan) I ate about half before noticing green mold on the cookie. The expiration date is stickered as the end of this month, Jan. 31st, so it should be good to eat. I'm not looking forward to the digestive distress.

Stopped in for a coffee and got warm water what a waste of hard earned money. Told the cashier and they did nothing.

On 2 occasions I've went to speedway # 2223 and they have had expired milk in the cooler I've said something to the manager and all I was told is that she was in there 2 days prior and I wasn't being honest and it seems as the general manager and district manager are not taking my reach out seriously.

I went to Speedway (Store location# [protected] Andover Street, Tewksbury, MA) this morning (Date: 11/02/2022, Time: ~6:40 AM) to fill up the gas on my car, they advertised price for Premium Gas for with Paycard is $4.499 and without Paycard id $4.54, after I finished my transaction, they charged me $4.769.

I purchased two boneless rib Hoagies halfway through the first one I bit into a small piece of bone I think I may have cracked a tooth don't know how I should proceed with this

carter root is salary but putting alot hours in manually but never hardly their and when he is he does not do his job just does a dsr and stays for an hour or two and leave

The cashier was very rude abd disrespectful and was being a major doushbag and was breaking all the rules and his name was Gil

Last couple of weeks I have been coming to this location and the cashiers do nothing but play on there phones instead of taking care of customers. Like today I was told to hold on why the cashier finished texting, and the other cashier looked at me and walked in the back room to sit down. Time was 7:20 pm date [protected]

Poor carwash. No rinse cycle. Paid 11.00. Car dried on soap film streaks. Very dissatisfied. Cod#66811. Please refund.

Got ciggerettes at 3535 Kentucky avenue indianapolis indiana and they charge me 13.61 yesterday they were 13.44. Why the difference?

The debt was done under my name in fraud ! 20 years ago and they keep transferring the debt around this is against the FCA AND THIS IS ILLEGAL screw you speedway credit

Wednesday Sept 4th. 9pm. The employee working refused to make pizza cause she didn't want to. This is absurd. I've never been refused one. Even with overnight people.

Out of order. No cup. Out of ice

Get those damn machine in working order
I never had these problems with Giant.
Giant alway kept up with there soda vending machine. Plus your reward service are more complicated then Giant.

So that my complaint. I miss Giant.

Indpls, In. trash outside dirty, no yellow lines, etc. handicap signs faded out, sidewalks fithy with spills, gas pumps Rusty, N. Indy clean no spills its a shame as a consumer who spends $$$$ family and friends stores 16th shadeland ave, 10th E.
Washington St., 46th Shadeland Ave, 16th Post Rd., E. Washington St. Close to downtown Indy, etc..

Hair in my sandwich longer than my mother's and when I walked in to complain was offered a refund I walked out with my sandwich because choking on a hair was worth 6$

I have the sandwich in a bag witch is in the freezer the manager gave me a receipt and kept the original i had already taken photos before going back to the speedway to approach the manager

The store manager at this store has the worst attitude I have ever experienced. She clearly either has a mental issue or she is simply pure evil. I frequent this store and I have yet to have a pleasant encounter with this lady. I don't even believe the employees there like her. Please fire this manager. The store would be better off.

I was standing in line and the girl at the regerster named Courtney was very nasty and she said [censored] it I don't have time for this and walked off wow what kind of customer service is that she is very rude and should not be allowed to every work around people

On the time of 11:40 am December 15 2018 The cashier man refuse to listen to the customer and assist the customer by catching attitude and repeating by saying he cant help, the man was very rude and disrespectful

Asked for 25.00 on a pump, Vehicle only took 10.22. Asked for refund, cashier said money would go back to my Visa, Never happened...12/09/2018

The manager doesn't even acknowledge me when I come in the store but will acknowledge certain people after me. I am done with speedway. Now I go to wawa

I purchased 2 bacon chipotle burgers on Thursday July 6th. The meat was over done (black and burned). The bacon was done well and the chipotle sauce was really good. I ate the bead bacon and sauce. I was really sorry to see the meat patty so over cooked.

On 7/19/2017around 7pm I order a large pizza, when I picked it up an employee(female) proceeded to tell the employee serving me to " turn the ovens off And do not take anymore orders, we shouldn't have taken theirs." I felt like the most unwanted customer!

i go to the speedway every morning 3950 ward blvd in wilson and the young lady name keyona is always friendly and she all ways give me good customer service i think the company should know that she is a hard working lady and is very nice i dont know how the company works but i think she said be rewarded for always showing good customer service

I was in there this morning buying food and the girl in the back with red hair didn't have no gloves on then the other chick at the register I asked if I could talk to a manager she was nasty and very rude and ignored me I been coming in there for years and never dealt with nothing like this

I don't kno what type of business u guys r running but I dnt like it at all it's nasty up there floor never mopped old food your employees just stand around very unsatisfied

She's supposed to be setting an example for her employees not doing the opposite

Manager at speedway gas in hendersonville tn. The new one across from Thornton. Very very rude.Pump would not come on so I hit help button on the pump.She came out with a chip on her shoulder. I'm going to Thornton now.

Cashier doesn't talk clearly and ask me if I'm "woke" yet. Super rude.
