Singapore Post (SingPost) important mail not delivered

I'm very mad because supposedly I should have received my acknowledgement card from ica for the renewal of passport but until now I did not received anything. I checked with ica, the card was sent 2 weeks ago. Whoever is delivering letters to woodlands 891a 2 weeks ago lost my card! Such an important card how could someone lost it... If I never call I would never found out...

Singapore Post (SingPost) parcel ambassadors moonlighting as loan sharks

SingPost delivered a parcel, which incurred GST.
However, they neglected to inform me during delivery and, instead, sent an email a few days later.

Tried to arrange for someone to collect it but their response time to emails is slow. So after a week, gave up arranging for a parcel ambassador to pick up the payment. I asked if it was possible to pay at the post office (they said yes, but gave copy/paste instructions that were not relevant to my situation, so I was still awaiting clarification).

The past two days however, SingPost sent "parcel ambassadors" anyway, without informing me beforehand.

They told the person answering the door that they were owed "$40, but never pay so long that it might be $400 now".

The "ambassador" never identified himself nor provided an invoice for the payment. He only threatened us by saying the money should be ready when he came back the next day.

Seriously, SingPost?

Singapore Post (SingPost) postman

The postman does not know how to operate the intercom.

He correctly dials my apartment number, but the intercom only rings once and then cuts off, so I can't answer it and let him in. We play this silly game each time he comes, he rings and hangs up three times and then I have to go looking for him around the condo complex to get my package from him.

The intercom works perfectly with everyone else who uses it.

He must be pressing another button immediately after calling.

He won't let me explain this to him. He either gets angry or runs away. On his previous visit he kept shouting at me telling me that he rings but I don't answer. He won't accept that he's doing it wrong.

My address is 78 Dakota Crescent, #17-17, 399945

The package he "delivered" today is tracking number: RN035388444GB

I would like you to speak to him and next time he comes get the doorman at the condo to show him how to operate the intercom.

This is happening every time I receive a package and the postman is too stubborn to try to fix the problem. It's like he forgets every time he comes.

Please call me on [protected] to confirm that you've received this and that you have spoken to the postman. Thanks.

Singapore Post (SingPost) mails not delivered

I have 3 items that were mailed to me on 21st April 2017, 26th April 2017 and 2nd May 2017. Up to now, I have not received any of the items. I have checked with the senders and have confirmed that my address was written correctly for all 3 items. None of the senders received a returned mail for any of the item. I have actually returned on a feedback to Singpost but no one had get back to me. I hope Singpost will check and get back to me. It is such a disappointment as I did not expect Singpost to provide this kind of service. Please get back to me at [protected]@gmail.com

Singapore Post (SingPost) undelivered mail collection.

Ref: Beat 6721, 3 May 2017, Bt Panjang PO
I understand that retrieval of undelivered mail is on the following day after 2pm. I also understand that mail undelivered by the local beat postman/post lady is normally available for collection before 2pm the following day. This morning I visited the BP branch around 9.40am and this young gentleman who was idle at his desk when I entered the post office (not a single customer at all at that time) told me right away that I should come after 2pm without checking as other stuffs would normally do, to see if the mail is in fact already there for collection or not.I told him that since a local beat attempted the delivery, the mail should be available, and he simply replied that it is not been scanned yet. This is a reflection of poor customer service and system inefficiency. I believe SingPost should abolish the next day after 2pm rule, which evidently shows the inefficiency of the undelivered mail collection system. In addition, the postman/lady don't even call the addressee when my mobile number is stated on the package. I actually had experienced that the mail was not available for collection even it was after 2pm the next day. Please don't push this feedback under the carpet, I let me know your corrective actions if any. Thank you.

Singapore Post (SingPost) item delivered but not to me

I have ordered an item from AliExpress and tracked an item until the delivery date which was carried out by Royal Mail. They even have a proof of delivery - a signature - which is NOT mine. It seems someone else has signed for my item and this item has been released to them. I asked my immediate neighbours but none took on a delivery. Usually when the postman delivers to the neighbour he leaves a notification card explaining which neighbour etc. No such card was ever left for me.
Tracking number: RB195928042SG
Says it was delivered: 18 April 2017
My mobile: +[protected]
The item price: $6.72

Singapore Post (SingPost) undelivered speed post parcel returned to sender without notification

The whole saga started with a failed delivery by SingPost. As claimed by SingPost Custcare, no recipient's contacts were provided to SingPost with the exception of the delivery address.
As with standard failed delivery (with no other forms of contact availability), the minimal follow-up activity would be a failed delivery notice and even this is not provided by SingPost.
Calling their call centre is not getting anywhere and email correspondences with the Custcare consultants was frustrating as they kept regurgitating SOPs without provided answers to simple questions. This is simply classic evasion!
At the point of writing, the parcel has been sent back to the shipper (without our knowing) and would now have to incur additional shipping charges to re-ship parcel to Singapore! Wonder if SingPost would pick up this shipping charge for their sloppy delivery service.
Since the Custcare consultants are not able to provide answers, we have made a 2nd request for their manager's contact details. Will await their classic replies again.

Singapore Post (SingPost) ingapore post is the worst post service ever

My package remains lost in a week.Last week they told me it was already in the post office for collection but today I went to the post office and it was not there. The customer service officer dared to tell me it was in the post office after I have been to the post office and found it false. I am about to leave singapore and they should compensate for my loss because of the late of package.

Terrible service. All singpost knows how to do is hide behind Indian call centers and hand wave their customers by. My package was registered to be delivered in 3-7 working days. Now the package says ‘arrived in destination country’ and has been there already 7 days in and of itself with no sign of delivery.
I call their call centers they ask me to have my recipient call the post center on their end (which in this case I cannot do) and then say that they require 18working days and have an investigation time of 60days. So my parcel has to be lost for nearly a quarter of a year before they will do any refund.
The parcel was stated cost 100bucks and cost nearly 40bucks to send over and the most I can hope to recover is 68dollars. Never mind the time or the stated cost or the hell I will have to go through.
Their Indian call centers will give you all the textbook replies but they can but they cannot do anything much because in truth, even the managers of the call centers have no way of contacting the actual Singaporean Singpost for help. Singpost just relies on their call centers for ‘face’ and has no actual support. Thus the more you call and get the same replies the more frustrated you get at the lack of action (not the call center’s fault, what can they do from India?). It’s utterly pathetic and irresponsible to say the least.

I would like to add on how bad SingPost is. For my case, I'm anticipating an item from Germany and after liaising with the German side they gave me a shipping number and told me it would ship from 7-10 working days. That's fine on their part. I email-ed them late so by the time I got their reply it was the 9th business day already. I tracked the package on the 10th day and it stated that item arrived in Singapore and is in 'transit to next processing center for delivery' and that was the day before which was a Thursday and I understand it may take up to 2 working days for this process. Since item arrived in Singapore on Thursday evening, the earliest I would expect would be the following Monday.

Come Monday, I tracked the item once more at 1pm, and the item status was STILL THE SAME. 'in transit to processing center for delivery'. 2 hours later, i checked again and it updated the status to 'out for delivery'. SingPost website doesn't state the exact timing if you track so I had to use a SpeedPost to verify as it states timing. It stated that it was out for delivery at 1429 hrs.

I told my told my dad who is at home to be on standby for a delivery incoming, but he told me that it was too late. There was a paper slip under my door informing me of a 'failed delivery notice' at 1215PM. This is really insulting, SingPost. Can you have the decency to update statuses IN TIME? Item was delivered at 1215 hrs and you update the status to be out for delivery at 1429 hrs. What the hell is this? How can I anticipate the arrival when you screw up the timings like this? I don't trust your re-delivery service for fear that you might pull off this stunt again so right now I will have to waste my time to go down the post office the next working day so that I can have assurance that I can get my item in my hands.

Just terrible, SingPost.

Singapore Post (SingPost) returned parcel for no absolute reason

I am writing with reference to my previous case (CAS-1327507-R3Y7Z8).

As stated in the case, I've posted an item out and have it returned to me a few days later. I would understand if the parcel is returned due to insufficient postage fees or the address was written incorrectly. However, I was told by the person attending my case that it was probably due to the fact that I did not indicate the 'To' and 'From' on the parcel, and thus the delivery person got confused and returned the parcel to me instead to the recipient.

After which, the person in charged sent me a link for the format of sending ordinary mail locally. However, may I ask, for the photos that I've sent in the case, where did I write it wrongly? Shouldn't it be obvious that the address underneath the stamp be the recipient (the 'To') and the address written at the back be the sender (the 'From')? The person in charged told me that I will have to pay for the postage fee again and post the item out as the stamp that was previously on the parcel can no longer be used. My question is, why do I have to pay for the postage fee once again when it is the delivery person's fault?

It is not about the additional $1.70 that I have to pay again for the parcel (even though I am a bit mad that I have to pay for the postage fee twice), it is about the fact that I wasn't given a reasonable reason for my returned parcel. Please do get back to me in this case. Thank you.

Singapore Post (SingPost) singpost failed to respond to lost parcel - cas-1258009-z0x3j5

Registered parcel CH013778037US sent from US and a declared value of USD$800. Item was left outside my door while I was out of the country. I replied to the postal person do not leave the parcel outside of the door but apparently it was too late. When I came back the next day evening, the parcel is no where to be found (why would i be surprised if the parcel is left outside unattended with a label stating the content is a tablet worth USD$800). This has been going on since March 17th. After multiple emails, sent Singpost screenshots of SMS history where postal person clearly stated he/she left the parcel outside of my door, multiple phone calls, still Singpost is not able to either locate the parcel for me nor willing to issue official confirmation item is lost. I already told Singpost customer service rep that I have had bad experience with Singpost in the past, so i make sure the sender purchased insurance this time. Then if Singpost cannot locate the parcel or confirmed with the postal delivery person indeed the parcel was left outside of my door, then I can proceed to claim insurance. Despite of multiple constant follow up for almost 1 month now, parcel is still no where to be found and Singpost still not willing to issue a confirmation to me that parcel is lost. You can refer to case number CAS-1258009-Z0X3J5 for all the details and evidence.

By the way, this is not the first time I'm having issue with Singpost, last October someone send me an iPhone 8 Plus and the parcel is "lost" too except I was lucky that time after couple calls to Singpost the parcel is miraculously "found". I lodge a complaint to Singpost on Sinpost's website, as expected Singpost sent me a condescending response and close the case. Case number for that time is CAS-831567-Z0C5B8.

It seems that whenever I have a parcel of value over $200 USD, the parcel will be "lost".

Singapore Post (SingPost) credit card bill statement and sp cheque missing from the mail for month of march 2017

This month a few of the letter from bank and SP have been not delivered to my address.
Check with the senders that they post out the letter in end of February, 2017
Couple of times this have happened.
Beside that we also received letters not attention to our address
It may be due to the sorting of the letters wrongly by singpost staffs and the letter may have sent out to wrong address.
All this mistakes have causes us inconvenience and pay penalties from the banks.
Please look into this matter seriously.

Singapore Post (SingPost) singpost speedpost

Sent a parcel to Hong Kong via Singpost's Speedpost. Supposed to reach the recipient within 7 working days. But 3 weeks later, for some strange reasons, I was told that the parcel is still at the destination's Post Office. Contacted Singpost customer service via email and was told to get the recipient to collect instead! How ridiculous.

Morever, this is very frustrating for me as Singpost did not even notify me of delivery failure.

Singapore Post (SingPost) parcel stuck at processing facility for 17 days

Dear Customer Service,
I am expecting the parcel with the tracking number: CO983766503RO. The parcel was sent from Romania to Singapore on the 17th of February and reached Singapore on the 9th of March - according to your own tracking records.
Today is the 26th of March, that is 17 days later and the parcel hasn't been yet delivered to me nor I received a formal notification regarding collecting the parcel.
I called several times the customers services located in India and each time I was told to wait another 2-3 more working days while they would solve the problem. In the meantime, I received emails documenting my complain and requesting absurdly to declare the contains of the package as well as to send a picture of the parcel I haven't received (!) . I am wondering if they understand that I am the recipient and NOT the parcel sender . A phone call with my family however, reveled that the package content doesn't not contain electronics nor liquids - as prohibited items - to justify this huge delay and failure of service .
My question is what explanation you have for this absolute miserable service and customer care for which people pay a lot of money ?!

Singapore Post (SingPost) wrong mail

I received a neighbour's mail in my mailbox today. For the past 5 years this has happened more than 5 times but usually I will just dutifully place the wrongly sent mail to the returned mail box but now I wonder what if the mails have fallen into the hands of dishonest people who would actually open the mails? Most of the time, these mails are marked private and confidential. I hope Singapore Post will look into this because like I've said, this is not the first time it has happened. The area I'm complaining about is the Flora Drive area.

Singapore Post (SingPost) acknowledge receipt of delivery

Date: 17 March 2017

I ordered some items from overseas and used an overseas shipping agent (4PX). When the items arrive in Singapore, Speedpost took over and was in charge of delivering it to my place. There had been 2 incidents whereby someone signed the delivery slip on my behalf when the parcel wasn't even delivered. Also, the courier just threw my parcel outside my house at about 2am in the morning without even notifying us! This is absolutely appalling and speaks volume of the internal controls that Speedpost/Singpost has in place (if any).
