My name is Raghu from virudhunager india.This is my sad story...I am from MCA batch.I got selected in the spectrum software solutions via campus Interview.They said that the salary package is between [protected] and 4 months training.During training period they said that they will offer a stipend.But...when i enter into the company i came to know that it is a project center and we didnt get any salary for that 4 months.I am unable to survive without salary.when u see their website they will provide a lot of software services but everything is fake.Their only source of income is as follows 1)They get some money from the colleges for placement.2)on selecting students they ask then to give 2500(for project trainee) 7500(for Software trainee)
They will teach dotnet for 4 months and ask us to go home.Now i am jobless...But the company is requirting freshers for that 2500 and 7500.so if that company come to your college please ask them to go out...or else verify whether the details said by them are true or not...Thanks...this is my complaint...

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
If you dislike any of the company policies or infrastructure, just mention the problems you faced but not like insulting the company.They offered me a job when IT industry was in crisis, though CTC was very low but at least a platform to learn ..
getting salary only after 6th of every month, no hike, no bonus-these things you should bare in Startups.
Even they have many problems to overcome.
Dont know what has happened to spectrum now?i think the founder Mr.saravanan has joined some other company in Canada.i heard he couldnt get many projects from onsite.even though i worked in many companies, still i consider the days at spectrum to be special.Only with few employees but everyone felt like we were working for our own company.no restriction nothing.

Guys, Dont believe Who says bad about the company.Now i work @ Cisco UK, I had put all my efforts in Spectrum software solutions when I was a fresher.Now i have become a core member of my Team.Everything is because of Spectrum software solution.Thank you spectrum software solutions.

In Our Concern There are more recruitment going on from [protected], First u well understand terms and conditions the offer letter, u be training employee for ur concern in training period there was no stipend provided, this term detaily in our offer letter, u will be training for six months only in between the four months u have taken 15days leave as per cum offer letter u exceed leave limit for training period (leave period for training is maximum 2 days per month ) u have not blame with us, last comments for ragupathy u have one of the employee in our concern, if we not give experience letter for u, so u blackmail like this, in ur college u should expense 2 lakhs for what, the term placement only, first u should file case to ur college and meet company,

Yes. The company is ###ing Fraud and they claim to operate from UK. They have a branch in Madurai(Main) and was in Coimbatore too. And Company's manager named Saravanan is the ### ###. They came off-campus, collected money ranging from Rs.1000 to Rs.7500. They said after training they will recruit and the suckers closed their branch from Coimbatore without any information. Angry and I too was a part of it. I will cut off the Saravanans nuts the moment I see him. Please don't be deceived.
