Spectrum Home Furnishings Company, Farmingdale, NJ. and greatchandeliers.com on ebay: You should stay away from this company like the plague! Reasons?

FRAUD, UNLAWFUL PRACTICE, MISREPRESENTATION, CHARGED FOR ITEMS NOT RECEIVED, INCOMPLETE ORDER, to name a few!

I would like to post a complaint about the Spectrum Home Furnishings Company / NJ (they are located in New Jersey but also do internet business and they have numerous company names and websites, all of which I will try and list here.

Here is my horror story... of the "top ten (and more) list" of "Things that are sure to happen to you if you buy from Spectrum Home Furnishings":

This company is full of dishonest people that are in business solely to rip people off, in my opinion. They probably laugh all the way to ther bank because there is always the next sucker to rip off as they do business on the internet, including ebay auctions, and they also have ads in most major decorating magazines. Although there are consumer laws to protect us (and they are directly breaking some of the NJ laws) they seem to know just how to get around it. Meaning, they know how the credit card companies work with complaints against them... which is almost stacked in their favor as it takes months and months of keeping track of the complaint BY THE PURCHASER because credit card
companies give 1-2-3 months for them to resolve the issue etc.

I can state this because of my nightmare experience with this company. I am STILL dealing with trying to get my money back for these misrepresented and broken junk that they call chandeliers! To top it off the people there are rude and crude! I read all the complaints already posted by others on complaintsboard.com and I has similar experiences with their nasty replies during phone calls etc. Wish I had known about complaints.com before I bought from Spectrum! Well hopefully MY complaint will steer you clear away from these dishonest people. I am simply amazed that they remain in business though...since they are breaking many laws, namely many in their own state of NJ! I suggest writing to the officials there. I certainly plan on doinf that.

Spectrum is located in New Jersey but also do internet business and they have numerous company names and websites, all of which I will try and list here.

I ordered over $4000 worth of chandeliers from Spectrum and received lots of grief over a 9 month period... and I still do not have my refund.

I ordered 11 chandeliers and 4 sconces for a new home I was about to move into and they had to be delivered and installed by a specific date. They were promised to be delivered completely assembled, except for the largest 50 inch high one, which they said would require minor assembly... but what I received was an entire shipment of 6 inch high boxes! When opened they contained frame parts only, no crystals whatsoever.

To save time we had the shipment sent directly to the new home to be installed, so you can imagine our shock when we saw the tiny chandelier boxes! They jeopardized the purchase of our new home because the lighting fixtures needed to be installed in order to close on the house! We had to run out and immediately buy temporary fixtures (like light bulb sockets, and some other inexpensive lighting fixtures, oh just lovely in our new home!) We spent over a year trying to get reimbursed for the misrepresented chandeliers etc.

Well here is my story in a nutshell, and also info. you can use to write to authorities to stop Spectrum from doing this to anyone else!

I did not receive what I ordered regarding:

1) QUANTITY (charged for items I did NOT receive: charged for 2 chandeliers
and 2 sconces not received).

2) INCOMPLETE ORDER (parts still missing),

3) FRAUD (content of materials misrepresented)

4) UNLAWFUL PRACTICE both regarding content of materials (as mentioned above) and Spectrum stating that chandeliers would arrive "fully assembled" , when they arrived completely UNassembled) without indicating such at time of sale or in any advertising or website info. (breaking NJ laws 56:8-2.4 and 56:8-2). Here are the New Jersey laws that Spectrum is in violation of NEW JERSEY LAWS:

***Spectrum shows a picture of an assembled item but customer receives an unassembled item (in hundreds of parts) and they do NOT state either on their website or telephone that item needs assembly. (Even when customer is placing order and they are asked if the item will arrive assembled, they say yes it will.) There is a NJ law that states "56:8-2.4. Advertisement of unassembled merchandise as assembled in picture or illustration; prohibition It shall be an unlawful practice for a person to advertise merchandise for sale accompanied by a picture or illustration of the merchandise in an assembled condition when it is intended to be sold unassembled, unless the advertisement bears the notation that the merchandise is to be sold unassembled".*** Spectrum misrepresents content of materials that the chandeliers are made out of. (For instance, stating that a chandelier is 100% murano/venetian glass or 100% solid cast brass, when it is NOT):56:8-2. Fraud, etc., in connection with sale or advertisement of merchandise or real estate as unlawful practice The act, use or employment by any person of any unconscionable commercial practice, deception, fraud, false pretense, false promise, misrepresentation, or the knowing, concealment, suppression, or omission of any material fact with intent that others rely upon such concealment, suppression or omission, in connection with the sale or advertisement of any merchandise or real estate, or with the subsequent performance of such person as aforesaid, whether or not any person has in fact been misled, deceived or damaged thereby, is declared to be an unlawful practice; provided, however, that nothing herein contained shall apply to the owner or publisher of newspapers, magazines, publications or printed matter wherein such advertisement appears, or to the owner or operator of a radio or television station which disseminates such advertisement when the owner, publisher, or operator has no knowledge of the intent, design or purpose of the advertiser.

5) Spectrum refuses to answer my calls (or speak to me, once they hear who is calling, and refuse to answer my emails any longer.)

6) Spectrum refuses to supply me with a detailed list of exactly how many chandelier crystals of each type, for each chandelier, go on each fixture (SO I COULD CHECK THE ORDER and INDICATE WHAT WAS MISSING). They refused to send this info. despite numerous requests.

7) Spectrum refuses to supply me with assembly instructions and diagrams (I was not supposed to assemble these in the first place though!)

8) Spectrum claimed week after week that they shipped missing chandelier crystals but I never received anything.

9) Chandeliers took 5-6 hours EACH to assemble (NOT including adding hundreds of crystals, that were missing anyway) ….NOT the few MINUTES they CLAIMED assembly should take! Therefore if I were to ship these back the shipping of these large items would cost MORE than the cost of the chandeliers themselves. I would also need to charge them for all the labor in assembling these.

10) This was NOT an internet order, it was a telephone order, so ALL guarantees were made over the phone by Spectrum. We did look at pictures of chandeliers on the internet to discuss chandelier order but ALL guarantees were made verbally by salesman "David" at time of order.

11) If we are required to adhere to their internet website company policies (not mentioned to us via the telephone order) then their policy regarding orders via the internet website states: "WE GUARANTEE OUR ITEMS WILL ARRIVE TO YOU IN GOOD WORKING ORDER". How can these items arrive in good working order if they are NOT assembled (as shown in their photos and item descriptions) and not even WIRED? (also all crystals missing and items missing etc!) IT IS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS FOR THE CONSUMER TO BE WIRING THESE COMPLICATED CHANDELIERS THEMSELVES ESPECIALLY WITHOUT INSTRUCTIONS! But since the nasty company employees (I spoke to someone named Steve and they refuse to give last names) refuse refund AT ALL, the consumer has no alternative, being stuck with these hunks of junk!

Here is more info. on this company who operates under many names:

Spectrum Home Furnishings, Inc.
[protected]
or Spectrum, Inc.,

Address on shipping box:
510 Squankum Yellowbrook Road
Farmingdale, NJ 07727

(They also have a location in Atlanta Georgia because they mistakenly sent me a box with that address on it! This scam could be nation wide!)

online site is "great chandeliers.com" but others are:
http://www.freedomcrystals.com/
http://www.greatchandeliers.com/
http://www.greatchandelier.com/
http://www.spectrumhomefurnishings.com/

also selling on ebay under "greatchandeliers"

also they have ads in almost every major decorating magazine...so beware!

Check ebay feedback comments from customers (ebay bidders) who were also sold fraudulent merchandise (not assembled etc.) and complained.

My experience with these people was a complete nightmare and I hope others
are warned NOT to deal with Spectrum at ALL!

Please beware!

I am soooooo glad there is a place like ComplaintsBoard.com to expose these dishonest rip off people!

I ordered over $10, 000 of chandeliers for a home i built and it was the worst nightmare ever. They will always answer the phone when selling you something..its David who goes by about twenty different aliases depending who he wants to pretend to be. After you pay, you are screened and not taken care of. They didn't ship all the stuff, lied and said they did. In the end my credit card company credited back the money and David got angry and emailed me, I responded you ###ed me over, now don't you dare ask me to take away the disputes. You only respond when you can make money or try to stop the credit card from taking money back. I got the money back and threw the crappy broken unassembled chandeliers in the trash.

DISPUTE ALL YOUR CHARGES JUST TELL THEM DAVID has 20 ALIASES promised a refund and you never got the refund for the items arrived broken.

I too was tricked by this company. I spent about $5, 000 on worthless candelbras from this company. Only about half my purchases came in working condiiton (mind you they still needed a few hours of assembly, each).

Its been over 9 months and I am still working with them on replacement parts, reorders, etc. They have a super long lag time, their items are very faulty, and customer service is slow and lacking. The product is very inferior, dont expect anything of good quality.

Thank you all for sharing. I was about to purchase 2 chandeliers from this company, but based on your experiences I will take your advice. Oh by the way I found Gallery802, spectrum home furnishing etc. under the name The Gallery on Amazon.

I am updating my post, it's only fair... because after all I finally got my refund from Spectrum Home Furnishing, (after many headaches thou) and not only they gave me a full refund but and extra $20.00.
So right now I am on my way to find a chandelier from a local store, where I can see what I am buying... I've learned a very valuable lesson > these things you can only buy directly at a store.

I too was ripped off by this company. I ordered a chandelier and authorized 153.00 on my card. A day later i started reading some of the complaints about the company and immediatly called and canceled my order at *:30 in the morrning before anything had a chance to clear on my card. I went to the bank the next day to ee if there was any way i could make sure the payments did not go through. Apparently 445 minutes after i called the company to cancel thay not only cleared the 153.00 to come out of my account, but also a payment of $48.00 and another for $105.00 totalling 2 paymants of $153.00. These are bad people in buisness to rip people off. i am currently trying to dispute the charges but likely will not have any luck. With all of these complaints, you would thing the BBB would do something about these folks.

I'm also a victim of these scams I ordered a gold chandelier that they showed on the Internet, when the candelier arrieved at my home I was shoked it was nothing liked they pictured it in the internet, the color was a scary orange, and something that was suposed to be round was shaped like and egg, after many days of trying to get an autherization from them to return the lamp, finally I got the authorization, the next day I returned the lamp and paid the shipping out of my own pocket, but I never got a refund, the chandelier they sent me was cheap looking and made in china

I am shocked to read all of these stories. I have bought several chandeliers from Spectrum since 2001 and have always dealt with David with no problems whatsoever. I once was sent the wrong size and simply called and he apologized and rushed me the correct one and had the wrong one picked up.

Home Spectrum Furnishings is CRAP. And so is their service. I ordered a chandelier that arrived very damaged - broken...and it also did not have the necessary parts for hanging the top tier of crystals. The quality of the chandelier was CHEAP and CHINTZY. I wanted to return the item and they wanted to charge me a restocking fee, as well as pay for shipping. That is ludicrous. Why would they want to restock a broken, damaged item? Then they told me to take photos of the item so they could see the damage, and said they would get back to me. So I sent photos, and they never responded. I called to ask about it and was told they would get back to me. They never did. CRAPPY SERVICE, and BAD QUALITY CHANDELIERS. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!

The nightmare began in early October when I ordered a chandelier from their alias website Gallery802 . The quality of the chandelier is so poor - You can easily bent the frame, all the beads are cheap plastics, none crystal as they advertized. Worse yet, you can't return anything you bought from them. Customer service is rude and has no clue. I ordered another light fixture from them in late October. One month later, the order is still sitting there as of today. After countless tries with their customer service, I can't do anything but gave up. They use Spectrum Home Furnishing, Gallery 802, Gallery 87, etc. as aliases. Buyer beware, stay away from these guys!

I am probably the latest victim of this so-called "company". They have various web sites and hawk their products to unsuspecting and honest customers who "think" they are getting a lovely lighting fixture only to find that it comes:

1. in about a hundred pieces that you have to put together...even the wiring.
2. scratched
3. not as pictured (finish)

I ordered what I thought was a lovely chandelier only to find out that it was a piece of junk. I called to send it back and was told "no refunds" but since I live in NJ I could "drive to Farmingdale and get a refund". Then I was told that I could send it back for a 25% handling fee. So I figured that something is better than nothing since I could NEVER put it in my home. It was all very sleazy. I called...complained...then I was told the "manager" was only there between 5 and 7 pm (how odd). Then I called back and got a shill who wanted to sell me into keeping it and then said I could drive there (no way)...then put me on hold...then got back on and I said I could send it back but I had to pay for the postage..both ways...and they would charge me the 25%. Then they said they would send me an email with this information and ...get this...when I agreed to it they would send me the "secret" address on where to return it ... along with the return authorization number. They also said that "once it is opened, they can't sell it to anyone else because it is used". They have to be kiding...it was in a million pieces and scratched! And on top of it when I went to FedEx, they only charged me $11.00 to send it back and this sleazy company charged me $35.00 shipping. The best part is when I was telling the lady at FedEx about my experience she said that "they handle a ton of returns to this company".

And also, when the box came it looked like they took it out of the garbage and threw the stuff in there.

The whole operation is sleazy...

And my credit card company was no help...they said I had to deal with them... ugh!

so buyer beware and DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

i had a similar experience, it only started yesterday but already today they withdrew $300 from my card. i had placed an order yesterday and gave them card details but emailed them later asking them to cancel it. all of a sudden i get a text message saying that some "spectrum home furnis farmingdale" was authorized to take this money. this name was unknown to me, i found a chandelier on www.gallery803.com, and apparently they also have a shop on ebay.com called gallery804 (4, not 3). so when i googled spectrum it i found this site and was quite shocked...

i emailed them directly but no reply (whereas before they would reply within 20 minutes), calls are not answered. im going to the bank first thing tomorrow to try and cancel the transaction.

my advice: no-matter how good and cheap a chandelier you see on gallery803com or their ebay shop, STAY AWAY!

I ordered 2 firelaces from Spectrum Home Furnishings @ $455.00 apiece on 4/3 and 4/4/10. A 10 day delivery was given and still I have not recieved delivery. An email was sent to them but the email could not be delivered due to no such email address exists! The fireplaces were ordered from Ebay under the name of Digitalkingdom with a 5 star rating. Now my fun begins with the credit card companies to try to get my $910.00 reimbursed to me!

I purchased a mini-chandelier from Spectrum Lighting on 11/30/09 and received it on 12/10/09. The item did not match what was on their website. The color was completely off, even though I called before I ordered the item and was assured that the colors were soft pink and light green. What I received was a burgundy and forest green mini-chandelier. I returned the chandelier on 12/11/09. It was signed for by Fazi at 11:28 a.m. on 12/17/09. I have been attempting to get credit for this item ever since. I have called Spectrum at least twice a month, and each time I was assured that I would be credited within a couple of days. On 1/20/10 at 1:05 p.m. (PST), I again called Spectrum and talked to Jennifer, who, as in my previous conversations with Spectrum, assured me that I would be receiving credit within a couple of days. This did not happen. On 3/1/10 at 9:30 a.m. (PST), I again called Spectrum and talked to Gina, who, as in my previous conversation with Spectrum, assured me that I would be receiving credit within a couple of days. I hope that I have not been deceived once again. I should receive a credit for this item on my credit card ($87.70 minus $19.80 re-packaging fee, for a total of $59.40). In searching the internet, I discovered this website and learned, unfortunately too late, of the numerous complaints about this company. I wished I had checked this website before ordering the item.

What each of you dissatisfied customers need to do is file a complaint with the Office of the Attorney General in the ´State of New Jersey. The Office of the Attorney General will respond to each of your complaints. You can contact them via the website or phone. You will receive a complaint form in the mail, which you fill out and mail back in. They also have a complaint form on their website. Your complaint will be fully investigated. The Office of the Attorney General will do AT LEAST 2 things for you: 1) Determine if the vendor is in violation of the law. If so, the prosecutor will be notified. 2) Assist you with due compensation, which means you get your merchandise in a timely manner or your money back. Furthermore, the Office of the Attorney General can suspend businesses from operation and levy fines.

I have complained to the Office of the Attorney General in the State of New York and the State of Michigan. In both cases, my complaints were investigated in a timely manner. One was only for fifty dollars and the other one was for several hundred. If you have spent several hundred or even THOUSANDS of dollars, the Office of the Attorney General will regard it as a very serious complaint. So, please send your individual complaints to them, along with all pertinent documentation such as date of order, proof of payment (cancelled check, VISA statement, or bank statement), date of delivery, etc. The more information you include in your complaint, the quicker the Office of the Attorney General can complete their investigation.

As for the person who spent four thousand dollars on merchandise and did not receive what was promised, you need to contact an attorney because you suffered significant monetary damages. An attorney can file a lawsuit on your behalf and request both compensation and punitive damages, which a judge will likely award to you if you present a strong case. Secondly, your attorney can advise you if the judge is likely to award your attorney fees. I would highly recommend that you consult a reputable attorney regarding your terrible experience. An attorney will commence a period of "discovery" and if there are other complaints, your attorney will find them. Places to check include the Chamber of Commerce, the Better Business Bureau, and the Securities & Exchange Commission (because Spectrum is incorporated).

GOOD LUCK! And thank you ALL for your honest posts. I was planning to buy some things from Spectrum because I really love their website, but after reading about more than one horrible experience, I will take my business elsewhere.

PLEASE LISTEN TO THE PEOPLE ABOVE! I am SHOCKED Spectrum even took the time to respond to their complaint when I too was someone who made endless calls without any customer courtesy and ultimately avoided all together. In this country when you have complaints about a purchased product it's handled professionally, timely, and with mutual kindness. I purchased several furniture pieces from this company about 7-8 years ago; 2 accent tables, 1 chaise lounge, and 2 curio/china cabinets. Accent tables were fine, chaise lounge was broken, and the glass was broken on all three panels of one cabinet and the other cabinet had bowed glass which consisted of the front and side pieces busted due to VERY POOR packaging. Spectrum REFUSED to replace or even take any responsibilty for the pieces. I was shuffled from one man to another for about 3 weeks, put on hold numerous times without response. It was clear I was not going to get any help, then I finally threatened legal action. I was then offered a mere $50 off my next purchase in an attempt to make amends on all the money I wasted on them. I had to repair the chaise (discovering in the process the cushion was nothing more than some type of grass stuffing-not even a cushion which explained the stinch it had), we replaced all the glass from my own pocket for one cabinet and as for the other with the bowed pieces; it still sits without its glass because I had to find someone who could manufacture the shape of the bowed front and s-curve of the side panel to fit the cabinet and it was going to cost me roughly $800-1000 to replace the glass. Spectrum DID NOT try to help or work with me. I even told them I would take the loss of everything else that was wrong if they would just please send me the two bowed pieces of glass at my expense for shipping just to have a functional cabinet that I could use. Guess what- NO CAN DO. It was at this point my phone calls were no longer taken or excepted. It has been several years since this awful experience from this company and no- I never even tried to redeem $50 because I was not prepared to go through another mess or spend anything else on them. I feel $50 was laughable at best when the least they could had done was sent the two glass pieces to be able to use the cabinet that's a complete loss for me. I can't believe in our country of the USA they are still being permitted to do business. Someone needs to run them out and close their doors forever because they are sitting in their office laughing all the way to the bank at all of us Americans who trust that we are receiving products as advertised from a business who MUST BE liscensed to operate in this country and resale their product. How stupid are we- the consumer- to have assumed we would receive our purchased items undamaged and complete from a business being permitted to operate in the UNITED STATES of AMERICA. Angry? After having many years to think over all the money I loss-ABSOLUTELY! Please to anyone who reads the stories and the many more floating around the web- (don't take my word for it research it yourself) Buyer beware. I now wish I had pursued legal action. I decided not to b/c of all the fees it would entail. Maybe if I had, it could had spared some other country men from being duped.

Identical experience with Spectrum on two occasions. Initially, ordered 2 chandeliers from Great Chandeliers, with "guaranteed" delivery in 7-10 days. Only after numerous telephone calls did shipment arrive more than 6 weeks later. Product was fine, service was non-existent, as was cooperation.
Not having learned, and because the quality and price seemed reasonable, we ordered from Gallery84 (another Spectrum name). Order was for 1 leather sofa and 2 leather recliners. Sofa was pictured as a single piece. Order placed 12/16/08, for about $2, 200. Again, numerous telephone with promises to call back. Never received a return call. Finally shipped 1/21/09. Received 3 cartons; turned out to be the sofa only, and it was in 3 pieces needing assembly. Never received the recliners. Spectrum blames UPS, does not take responsibility, does not return telephone calls, etc. They shipped via a wholesaler (Coaster of America) who may simply have omitted loading the chairs on the UPS truck. As best I can tell, Spectrum has never contacted Coaster, has not offered to further investigate, or replace the chairs. We have never asked for a refund; would simply like to receive the chairs. This is very likely to go to litigation as: err once, shame on you; err twice, shame on me. As others seem to have similar concerns, and we can afford it, someone needs to act on behalf of clients (customers).
Respectfully,

I've been trying to find out the status of an order that I placed weeks ago and get nowhere. After reading this negative comments, I'm a bit upset. I really love the lamp I ordered and am anxious to get it. e-mails get no answer so I intend to call tomorrow and cancel my order. I don't want these people anywhere my checking account from what I'm experiencing and from what I'm reading.

This company goes under many, many names and changes all the time depending on when the states catch up to them. If you want to buy a chandelier on the internet you will probably be led to one of these scam sites if your not careful. The company is run by indians or arabs. Can't tell which yet. The product is inferior and bought largely from mass producing chinese or other asian import companies.

Their customer service people use catch phrases familiar in the asian and middle eastern languages when translated to english. If your pregnant and complain they blame your dissatisfaction on your "prepartum issues." If your a dissatisfied male buyer they'll blame it on your wife. "Oh your wife not happy? Not our fault!

They seem to be smirking at you on the phone and in emails because THEY ARE! They know how to get around the business laws but it is only a matter of time before the FBI catches up to them as they are working on them right now.
Stay far away from this company. They could be a terrorist funding front.

My problem with Spectrum mirrors much of what the original poster lists:

I ordered two chandeliers, one smaller $400 one and a larger $1000 one. When the order finally shipped (late of course with the customer service reps lying to me about status and shipping estimate for weeks) my order was incomplete. The smaller of the two chandeliers was complete and actually was as-advertised. The larger of the two was missing all of the crystal, one of the arms and other assorted pieces. I initially gave them the benefit of the doubt because they shipped one good item and one that was simply missing pieces. Trying to get the missing parts shipped, though, was yet another exercise in frustration. Same lies told to me about parts being ordered, status, shipping, etc. When we finally got some pieces shipped, they shipped only a few of the requested parts, but most of them were the wrong size and we were still missing the entire set of crystal! We're probably 6 months or more after the initial purchase at this point.

At this point, I had enough and filed a dispute with my credit card company. Like the poster says, the odds are stacked in favor of the vendor and that went back and forth several times. I reopened my dispute with my credit card company several times because they closed the cases without input from my side when the vendor shows them a shipping invoice with some boxes shipped to me as "proof". I have to tell them every time that I am not disputing having gotten NOTHING, but that what I got was INCOMPLETE. Each time you open or reopen a dispute, it takes weeks or months for things to wend their way through the credit card company's bureaucracy. So, we're now a year or more beyond my order date and still missing parts. Eventually, Spectrum tells the credit card company to "have the customer call" and they would resolve the issue with the missing parts.

That begins the current stage of this whole fiasco. It's taken weeks of calling them every day with a new story every time. The customer service reps make up lies to suit the situation, here's a sampling:

* Your order was put in
* We have some of the parts, but not all of them, and are waiting for all parts before shipping.
* Our parts department closes at (random time), call back tomorrow.
* Our shipping department closes at (random time) call back tomorrow.
* Here's a your shipping number: (two random shipping numbers, probably from the old order)
* I ordered the parts, they should ship soon. Asked for a shipping number, they of course can't get it for one reason or another.
* Parts ordered, but takes (random amount of time) for our system to update with tracking information.

Forget trying to get them to call you back. I tried to get them to show some sort of responsibility, but I can honestly say with a clean conscience that each and every promise made to me by the customer service reps was a complete and utter lie and never followed through on.

I spoke with Jennifer and Hope mostly when calling Spectrum's customer service line. Every time I called, they would forget my situation, ask me about my zip code, look up the order, and just read back to me what I'm missing. Then, proceed to make up a new story about why they can't get any information to me or that the parts are "on order". I really can't fathom how people can work for such a dishonest company and get irate calls from customers all the time. I try to be calm and have not yelled or abused the customer service agents, but it's really hard when every word coming out of their mouths are complete lies.

At this point, I just want the whole problem to be resolved one way or another. One thing they have going for them is that if I dispute with the credit card company again, it'll take months more and take up even more of my time. If I finally get something shipped from them, it's likely going to take weeks/months and will likely still get the wrong parts. I can't just drop the whole thing and chalk it up to a "lesson learned" as these ### will have gotten ill-gotten monies for providing completely dishonest service and incomplete products.

DO NOT BUY FROM SPECTRUM, THEY WILL COST YOU MORE IN TIME AND FRUSTRATION THAN YOU WILL EVER SAVE WITH THEIR ADVERTISED CHEAP PRICES THAT ARE REALLY TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE.
