Spar International store

To whom it may concern
Bloemhof residence conerned group:
On 11 january 2019 a notice of meeting was put out to clean the town. This meeting took place thursday 19 january 2019 at 19:00. Several people attended the meeting including some businesses but spar which was identified as one of the main poluters in town did not attend.
The angling resort "die hoek" then asked me to contact spar. As the owner was not in the store I met with his son and the next day I stopped the owner in the street and told him about the problem of refuge and plastic wrappery materials blowing all over the entrance of the resort which is 300m from the river side. They blamed the street children and manisipality for this.
My wife then posted pictures (on facebook) of the refuge blowing to the riverside. The owners wife responded to it by saying it is the street children.
Then I posted rhe complaint to spar and the regional manager then contacted me. The owner of the spar then contacted me by phone (which I recorded) telling me that I have time on my hands and that I must come and pick up the trash. The fact is I am staying next to the river for 3 years now and residence of die "die hoek" cleaned up spars refuge because this lands in the river and this eventually kills fish/wildlife alond the riverside.
We as residence are concerned about the welfare of the river as we recieve income from tourism.
The world fresh water angli g championships (22 countries around the world) are presently staying at "die hoek" and bloemhof.
A meeting was set up by spars regional manager for wednesday 6 february 2019 at 10 o clock in the owners office. The owner did not pitch up.
Since then I have taken new fotos of spars refuge on the 8th of february at 6:30 am and it shows that the problem has not been resolved.
Wrotten food in plastic bags outside of the store. All of the homeless children are eating that food and what if one of them got ill who would be held accountable?
1. I would appreciate it if spar could send me their refuge holding policy as wel as the environmental policy.
2. Also I would like spar to set up a meeting me, the owner of bloemhof spar and spar management

Spar International trash at the back of spar. it is at the entrance of die hoek holiday resort

We have a clean up operation in BLOEMHOF. We are the host for an International angling competition next week.
We asked Spar Bloemhof twice already to please clean up their trash at the back of store since it is situated at the entrance of Die Hoek where international guests are staying.
We also suggested that they remove their trash on daily basis as other businesses in Bloemhof do.
After two weeks they still did not respond.

Spar International food poisoning – spar robindale, johannesburg/spar s. a

Dear Sir

We refer to AIG Attorney's - Whalley & Van Der Lith Inc - letter of 29 November 2018, ref Kyle Mills/ng/A0054/1069:

(Well done Spar SA on all your Christmas promotions throughout the country - all in an effort to get a greater market share and to draw customers in to your stores. Millions were spent on this marketing campaign! Your various efforts were definitely commendable.)

Yet Spar fails to try and keep their trusted customer base. It is quite amazing how many people have heard my story - word of mouth! - and now tell me they won't go back to Spar. Keep it up Spar! Further, it is also quite amazing that friends send me messages joking about Spar samoosas and pies!

Spar can't even apologise for the hurt and pain this has caused us, or even push their Insurance company to clear this matter and threaten to take their business elsewhere.

Yet another Spar store owner offered me R50 000 (fifty thousand rand) in cash and said he would take it off his monthly payment to Spar head office, as he was upset at Spar's handling of this genuine matter. I declined. Other Spar outlets, who all know the story of Robindale Spar, say that on investigation by Spar head office, it was confirmed that the Robindale store owner was obtaining various supplies from non- standard suppliers (again I was the first person to advise Spar head office about Robindale's suppliers).

As a suggestion, Spar head office should have a budgeted fund available for matters of this nature, where their own Insurance Brokers and Insurance companies fail them. Sort out the customer and tackle the Insurance companies afterwards and out of the limelight - which Spar SA, Spar Robindale, Insurance Zone and AIG Insurance Company are about to face. (Always keep your customers satisfied.)

NB: During our first phone call and again the first time we came to your office we asked you, Mr Kyle Mills, who you represent? You said, your client is AIG Insurance Company, and due to this fact you represent Spar SA and InsuranceZone indirectly. So, your point 9 of your letter of 29 November 2018, is contradictory.

It is out of due respect to you, Mr Kyle Mills (attorney), my dwindling respect of Spar SA and no respect to AIG Insurance, that I have not gone to the media yet. So, Mr Mills, let this be the last of the correspondence and emphasise to your clients to bring finality to this matter and pay due respect to me and the final figure I have tabled please.

Your letter of 29 November 2018 - point 3 - refers:
I approached attorneys because all my attempts to meet with Spar's customer care representative, the insurance brokers and Insurance, to sit round a table and negotiate a settlement which they declined outright, even with Spar's insurance brokers, Insurance Zone, getting all the telephone recordings of the several complaints, including my complaint recording and that of a certain Mr Clements who had complained to Spar SA customer care line earlier the same day (5 May 2016) and the telephonist referred to me as Mr Clements, by saying, "Mr Clements you called earlier this morning. You don't have to call two or three times a day to make the same complaint." I responded by saying that I am not Mr Clements, I am Patrick Galbraith.

NB: I was the first person to advise Spar SA that the new franchise owner of Spar Robindale (from 1 March 2016) was obtaining various supplies from non¬ standard suppliers. After having gone to hospital I called Mike, the good's receiving manager at Spar Robindale, and asked who supplied their samoosas. He stated "from some Indian in Lenasia, Johannesburg" who obviously didn't worry about health control - hence the Ecoli bacteria that we were both infected with. Within 4 months - in July 2016 - this same Spar Robindale was featured in an ENCA Checkpoint TV programme facing complaints and we were advised on 14 November 2016 via WhatsApp by Mrs Lesley Pieterse of Spar SA that "we have completed the claim documents on Carlos Rodrigues behalf as SPAR DC was awarded bond perfection on Robindale SPAR beginning of November."

Why was Spar SA awarded bond perfection in 2016 in such a short time - 8 months?

VIP - It is compulsory in the United Kingdom, that any person affected by food as we have, must notify the health department immediately so that action can be taken.

My wife and I went to hospital to get better not to worry about reports which were furthest from our thoughts and that of the casualty doctor, Dr Monteith (whom I rate as the best casualty doctor in Johannesburg), who said, at a later date when we asked about the pathology tests, these tests are very expensive and his job is to make us better and that he never requests these tests (as noted in your point 6 of your letter of 29 November 2018).

We take umbrage to your wording and the insinuation thereof that we and Dr Monteith are being untruthful, by you stating "you have failed, refused and or neglected to provide" your offices with test results. We gave our full consent in writing to AIG and Spar to liaise with Dr Monteith and provided you a copy of the entire hospital file. AIG then didn't even bother to call Dr Monteith. Why not?

AIG refused meetings and were looking for points to avoid recognising this valid claim, to a point where even Insurance Zone (brokers) were upset where they wanted to present all the additional telephone recordings as suasive evidence to the food contamination - we were obviously the worst affected. NB: Not once has AIG been willing to settle or even to sit at a table and negotiate. (I requested Insurance Zone to save our recorded telephone calls for the record.)

Subsequently Spar SA advised us to no longer communicate with either AIG or Insurance Zone.

Spar SA then had their area representative, Mrs Lesley Pieterse, call us to advise that Spar SA will offer us about R7 000 (seven thousand rand) which was about our medical expenses only (which is not for our account but to be refunded to our medical aid, plus interest) and to sign our rights away with certain documentation being presented to us. We declined and Mrs Pieterse asked how much we wanted? (refer our email of 28 August 2018 - point 9).

How are we to know what is reasonable and as a result of this we had no other option but to seek legal assistance. Spar SA and their Insurance forced us to seek legal assistance - your point 4 of your letter of 29 November 2018. We at all times said we didn't want to go down this route feeling that Spar SA and their insurance would present us with a reasonable offer based on historical records.

We stated that at all times we have made all our documentation available at the request of anyone from Spar SA or any of their appointed representatives.

Point 4 of your letter of 29 November 2018
When we appointed our attorney, we were not to know she was pregnant and neither did she advise us - we only discovered this after she had left for 6 months maternity leave. By this time all that was established was that a reasonable claim would be R115 000 plus interest, which was presented to Spar SA and not once did our attorney present us with an offer in response. At our first meeting you stated that your file was very thin and showed us and then said you couldn't understand why the communication had stopped for months, and all that was in your file were your monthly correspondence updates to your client - so your point 4 is also questionable. All that was requested in your Mr Charl Odendaal's letter of 6 July 2017 to Mouyis Cohen, point 8, were again for bodily fluid reports and pathological tests as you again have requested in point 6 of your letter of 29 November 2018. NB there were no negotiations.

AIG and your contempt for our honesty or the severity of the entire matter, your point 6 of your letter of 29 November 2018, you at all times try and paint your client as the angels in this matter which they are not and who have gone out of their way to avoid debate or show willingness to resolve this matter, which is still the case. (AIG requested our written consent to speak to our doctors which was given and to date they have not contacted the doctors. Why not?)

This matter stagnated and on my attorney's return she was dismissed in February 2018 due to her incorrect explanations and advice and we have corresponded directly since and discussed settlements.

I felt very saddened by the method you employed in starting the negotiations - which at first I didn't realise what you were doing. The only good thing you did was to get the discussion off the ground. In your mail of 2 August 2018 you offered us R20 000 based on a 1980 court case, which you did not attach to your letter as you stated it was in point 4. You also stated that AIG won't cover our legal costs - had AIG sat down to talk to Insurance Zone - Spar's brokers, my wife and I there would be no legal costs.

(But this is exactly the way all insurance companies are working such as in current media broadcasts - Momentum - who quickly, within one (1) week resolved the claim and paid out the full quantum. Bear this in mind - this is your final chance!

This offer I declined and on 4 September 2018 you offered R27 500 which I thought was the start of negotiations, so I reduced my claim of R115 000 to R95 000 in your offices on 18 September 2018 when you advised your mandate was R30 000 which is where the offer is and should have started.

I felt very hurt that you were prepared to turn this into a process of an Egyptian market style negotiation instead of being honest, as you have at all times said your allegiance is to your client, AIG - by the same token my allegiance is to myself and my wife, who Spar Robindale nearly killed - is it a joke?

I have been very open and honest in all our dealings with this matter between Spar, Insurance Zone, AIG and yourselves. You, however, I feel have been nothing but devious. Please start to negotiate like honest gentlemen to finalise this matter. Your method reflected in the increments is nothing but shameful. Tell me the truth from the start - don't let me figure out your plan and your cunning methods. Put all the cards on the table - as we have done - and this matter will be finalised.

NB: To remind you what you, Mr Kyle Mills said: that in court my files must be open and you are entitled to all our documentation, therefore by the same token if you don't want to negotiate, I want all the telephone recordings from Spar's Customer Care centre and Insurance Zone and all the reports and documents to the awarding of bond perfection on Robindale Spar at the beginning of November 2016.

We gave you our memory stick to copy on to your laptop and then the balance of documents to photocopy which for the first time left our hands in your offices, and we have not looked at the documents since till recently when we wanted a certain important document and it is nowhere to be found. Fortunately it was saved in our cloud. We still have to now go through the entire file to see what else might be missing!

The question now is, how do negotiations go - and you have no right to tell me to find another attorney - your Point 8 of your letter of 29 November 2018. An attorney is purely in it for themselves - so it will add more costs, just as I was pushed to do by Spar head office's representative, Mrs Lesley Pieterse, and then you say you won't pay my attorney's fees. (The reduction in value I have now tabled is far greater than the attorney's and medical costs combined.) So, more fees plus court - bigger settlement and more wasted time - which attorney will have to refer to me anyway. So, Mr Mills if you can't negotiate pass your file over to someone who can!

I have stated to you directly, "the truth is not defamation" and neither will anything I state be unsubstantiated either, just as you have now done in your point 6 of your letter of 29 November 2018, so before putting pen to paper please ensure your facts are justified and correct, failing which you will be taken to task in the appropriate forum and time and our rights are reserved.

Your point 8 of your letter of 29 November 2018: You note that you would like to finalise this matter. This is mutual.

So how do we finalise this - NEGOTIATE HONESTLY as follows:

We started at R115 000 You started at R20 000
In your office I went to R95 000 Now you go to R40 000
We go R85 000 You go R50 000
We go R75 000 You go R60 000
Final offer R67 500 Final agreement R67 500
Plus nominal interest R75 000

Show real willingness to negotiate and don't play games like you have done. This is how I work. Please tell AIG to come to the party. Neither party wants this to continue (now close to 3 years).

If you are not prepared to negotiate and pay my final figure of R75 000 all in inclusive of nominal interest, then I will proceed with what I must do after your next response and you can prepare to take me to court (on some trumped up facts) where I have nothing to hide and nothing to lose either as the truth will prevail and you will then be forced to make your files and all the recordings available and each and every complainant will be called to give evidence and will also probably be granted a claim settlement. NB: at your own client's expense (as all my facts will be the truth and substantiated and the other complainants will come forward, or when you are made to open your files, they will be contacted.)

Show serious willingness all round and this matter will be resolved.

If not, the short-term insurance industry is going to feel the bullet where, like Momentum have changed the industry because of one person - a claimant who took them to task.

Recently, the Ford Motor Company's South Africa CEO lost his position over the fires in cars. The Momentum CEO apologised on radio and paid out the next day. Now Richard Spoor Attorneys have been given the go ahead to lodge a class action against Tiger Brands etc iro listeriosis. On 7 January 2019 and 9 January 2019, Food Lover's Market and Woolworths SA respectively, were featured on Radio 702 and spoken about the entire day - which had their management reeling, all covered and pushed by the media - where all at first denied any issues, which is where we are in this matter!

Finally, the saying goes "if you wish for something hard and long enough, in many cases it comes true." This morning, Monday, 14 January 2019, a large Spar franchise holder owning in the region of 24 Spar branches, was featured negatively on 702 Radio. The public are growing weary.

Your choice - AIG and Spar must now show real willingness to want to finalise this matter and come to the party.

THE GAME STOPS HERE.

All the best for the New Year.

Yours faithfully

Patrick & Rosemary Galbraith

Spar International inhouse food

Referring to our note to you of 16 November 2018 entitled "April 2016 - Contaminated food from SPAR inhouse delicatessen nearly killed my wife and I." (Food Poisoning)

We have not heard from Spar International - is this the standard practice of Spar worldwide?

This is not SPAM MAIL.

Attached is a copy of a brief letter dated 22 March 2017 to Mr Graham O'Connor, CEO, Spar South Africa, telephone number +[protected].

Four (4) samoosas have cost us over R20 000 (twenty thousand rand) in this matter and Spar's insurance refused to have meetings or make an offer that led to these expenses and nearly three (3) years down the line, through Spar's attorney's, confirm it was food poisoning and have now come back with an offer of R30 000 (thirty thousand rand) which is in no ways reasonable - refer current attorney's letter of 22 November 2018, attached. Certain Spar dealers offered R50 000 (fifty thousand rand) because of the bad handling by Spar South Africa and after research our then appointed attorneys claimed R115 000 (one hundred and fifteen thousand rand) plus interest from 2 June 2017 - which is what we now want due to the cavalier way that this has been handled.

This is not a joke. We are preparing documents to open this through the general media which I have been holding back in doing hoping for an adequate and fair/reasonable offer from Spar, which is obvious they are not prepared to do and have no feeling for their customer's feelings and well being. We re iterate we both lost about 20 kgs in weight in 2, 5 months from 1 April 2016 to 14 June 2016.

I will give you one (1) more week to respond failing which we will proceed to the media.

PS As stated originally, we have 2 inches of correspondence for your perusal at your request.

Spar supermarket Beef Texas Steak almost killed me with food poisoning
Video can be seen here https://youtu.be/rjiP-lNune8

This is not the first time i got food poisoning from Spar meat in a sauce!
It seems that spar puts their meat that is close to going off in a bag a sauce.

This is shocking!
What kind of health and safety is this?
Spar should be ashamed of themselves !

Spar International ola ice cream choc pie 6x70ml

Dear Sir/Mam
I purchased three boxes of Ola Ice Cream Choc Pie which comes 6 in a box from Starwood Superspar in Phoenix Durban South Africa. Whenever I purchase cold stuff I carry my cooler box. When we opened the first box, the ice cream was sour and spoilt. The other two boxes the ice cream was stuck to each other and the box. We opened the second box where the chocolate coating was cracked and the ice cream was not kept in the correct temperature which is the negligence of Spar.

When I went to return the ice cream and complaint, I was spoken to in a rude and abrubt manner by the Manager Mr Kevin Ramsamy. He refused to exchange the ice cream and point blankly told me not in a very nice manner and tone that he cannot help me. This is not the way to speak as a manager.

I visit this Spar quite often and noticed many a times, items which should be in the refrigerator, lying on the floor.

I could have phoned Ola directly who would have sent me a voucher but I felt it was the negligence of Starwood Superspar to replace me with the above item.

I await your reply.

Thank you.

Spar International rude and inconsiderate behaviour

Incident date: 12/09/18

My wife and I own a business in Costa Teguise, Lanzarote, and live nearby in Apartamentos Tahiche on Calle Las Olas. Our apartment is situated directly above the Spar supermarket.

Imagine our distress last night then when, after finishing another 12 hour day at work, we were just getting ready to go to bed (around 10.15 pm) when a deafening drilling sound started coming from downstairs, making the floor and walls of our apartment vibrate.

We went downstairs to try to speak to someone at the Spar, where the drilling was taking place, however the staff were reluctant to come to the door or speak to us, eventually saying it would be finished in '10 minutes', and refusing to get the manager. We were obviously upset and annoyed by this attitude and the fact that we had been given no prior warning or any explanation.

The drilling continued for another 15 minutes, and was then replaced by an almost equally loud sound from a large truck parked outside which had cables running into the Spar store and was clearly trying to sort out some issue with the drains, as evidenced by the sound and disgusting smell coming up through the pipes into our bathroom.

We went downstairs again and this time caught sight of the manager who waved us away dismissively, all the while talking on his mobile and then walking away. One of the workmen then walked over to us and in an aggressive manner told us to be quiet and if we had a problem to call the police (we did call the police who were no help whatsoever).

I find this behaviour totally unacceptable, not only the rude and aggressive behaviour of the staff but the total ignorance and arrogance of not bothering to tell residents in the same building that major repair work was planned and thinking that 10.30 pm is an acceptable time to carry this work out!

This was not an unexpected emergency, as we had heard drilling going on at 9am on the 7th September, directly behind our bedroom wall to the drainage pipe, so this work had obviously been planned to take place after 10pm so that the Spar didn't have to close - they are happy to wring every last cent out of English customers but play the 'no speak Inglese' card any time there is an issue.

As an outcome I would like someone from senior Spar management to visit this poor excuse for a store and give the staff, in particular the store manager, some much needed training in customer service and just general good manners. I would also suggest a thorough deep clean of the premises, considering the fact that we saw workmen trudging through the store with filthy boots and gloves that looked like they were covered in excrement.

I thank you for your time and look forward to your response.

Kind regards

James O'Leary

Spar International cheating the customers out of money.

This is only one of the many lazy price tagging and advertising that is done in this Spar.
The" Go Nuts Cocktail Giant peanuts " which are marked on the price tag under the item, say that you are purchasing a 100g bag. when checking the bag, the bag is only 80g. When taking the 80g bag to the till and they scan it, it shows you buying 100g. I showed the management this and they agreed that it was wrong and would be fixed. One month later, I checked the same pricing and nothing has been changed. That's called theft.

If nothing is done about this, I will escalate this complaint.
I am more than happy to help with bring things like this to Spars notice but when they don't do anything about it, it becomes an offense.
I am willing to discuss this if contacted.

Spar International broken plates

Dear Customer Service,

on this Tuesday (26.06.2018) we bought a plate set in your supermarket in Lignano Sabbiadoro, Italy. The box was intact, so we thought the plates are OK inside therefore we didn't check them one by one. After shopping we travelled back home to Hungary by car. While we were travelling the box was in a safely place between clothes. The next day - at home - we opened the box and took out the plates. We were sad to find that two small plates were broken. Because we live about 700 km from Lignano we cannot take them back to the store.

Every year we visit Lignano and we always shop in your store because there are a lot of Mediterrean style things (like this plate set). So far all products were OK.

Our mistake was that we did not check the contents of the box before we bought it, but we would be very grateful if you could send to us two small plates instead of the broken ones to make our kit complete.

I attach the bill and the photos about the plates.

Thanks in advance,

Spar International unethical behaviour

I ordered a cake in Moodley's spar Craigiburn, and when i came to collect the cake it was not what i have asked for in terms of the colour and the design. Also it was not fresh it smells of cooking oil and when i bring it back after i have payed a full amount for it they refused to refund me. I then left the cake with my money and the slip with them. One of the workers in their bakery told me they have eaten the cake without refunding me.

Spar International macaroni and mince food poisoning

I recently went into the super spar retail crossing in strubensvalley, where I purchased macaroni and mince for my daughters and i, we ate half of it for lunch and I gave some of the mince to my doggy. Both my daughter and I tasted a "funny" taste, but thought this has to do with the recipe. That night we both had the chills and runny tummies, the chills lasted one night but the diarrhea 3 days. I was very week, but decided to take the macaroni left in the container back to spar and asked the manager to have it tested and come back to me with the results - which she never did.
The food affected my dog as well, I saw blood on the tiles and his bottom was full of blood. I rushed him to the vet, they told me he was also poisoned by the food and this had damaged his colon causing it to bleed. Not only did my daughter, dog and I endure pain and discomfort, but I also paid r67 for macaroni and mince (which should not have been on the shelf) and had to pay medical fees for my daughter and I and vet fees for my dog. I am most of all disappointed that the manager of this branch never even came back to me with test results or an apology.
If spar is ok with selling rotten food I am quite happy to never purchase ready made meals from them again.

Spar International hunt's bold bbq sauce I bought is expired

Good day, so the sauce i have purchased was on 27th May 2018 and the bottle says best by Jan 2018. I know sometimes people say sauce wont really go off so quick and all that but i do not think it is very good for a stores image, especially the Spar i bought it from in Bedfordview. It is one of the most well organized Spars.

Spar International expired food stuff sold to me.

On 9.3.18 I went shopping to Spar Supermarket at the Arcades Shopping Mall in Lusaka, Zambia. Amongst other food stuff, I had bought a Packet of Biscuit. When I opened for Break-Fast on the 12.3 .18, It did not taste good, so I looked at the Expiry Date on the package (Box) and noticed that SPAR had sold me an already expired food product, The same day in the afternoon I went back to Spar and first straight went to the Biscuits Department (Shelves) to find out whether only my packet was expired or were other packets of the same type were also expired.to my surprise there were several packets still on the shelve with expired dates having passed (for which I managed to take photographs whilst on the shelve), I quickly brought this to the attention of the Store Manager,
So far they have only given me an acknowledgement of my complaint on their Headed paper (Letter-Head)confirming the same / incidence (the original copy of which I still have in my possession).
Now I am having hard time getting it resolved.
How are you able to help me?

Spar International unfair treatment

Hi. On the 16th of December 2017 at 20:27 I went to Protea Spar in Queenstown to buy butternut. When I arrived there getting in with few people in front of me, I went to the butternut area. I started to look for a price and couldn't find it, I then called for help. Instead of getting help, a man who was wearing a name tag named Keith came and asked me what am I doing inside the store? The store is closed. I couldn't understand because the doors were opened and I was not the only one in there. I asked him, why only me? If the store is closed no one should be inside, he started shouted and toldo me to get my black assume out of that store and called the security tof through me out. As I was out of the store, there came an old lady who talking to me, as I tried to pay attention to the old lady, this Keith guy came out of the store and statred assaulting me, saying I should stay away from his mom! I layed a case of assaultimate against him at the police station, also if spar is not going to do anything about his behaviour, I will take further steps against the company. I feel very humiliated and unfairly treated. I do not want anyone to ever go through what I went through that night. I will be waiting for your response and hoping it will be soon enough. I thank you fir your assistance. My cell [protected] Kholeka Madubane

Spar International food quality

I have been buying from this Spar franchise for nearly 14 years, the past few months none of the fruit can possibly be bought due to the quality, the pasts two weeks I bought a second packet of mince of which had to be discarded yesterday, take note that there is nothing wrong with my fridge or refrigerator, the meat was so off that it was not of cooking quality. There were previous times as well where I bought orange juice, upon opening it it was rotten, this was taken back, the owner of the shop upon complaining only said I can take something else of the shelve, and I saw him putting that same rotten bottle back on the shelf, take note this is some time ago. The same goes with milk, long life milk, none of the stuff with expiry dates are removed as well from the shelves that I have noticed, there are always fleas in between the open fruit which is un hygienic to humans, my previous complaint was not even answered, what are you going to do about this problem?

Spar International chicken soup off and managers attitude

On Friday17-11-2017 my husband and son went to Spar at the Square in Boksburg on Rietfontein road and bought chicken soup. Myself, 2 sons and daughter in law had the soup. Saturday morning the 4 of us had the runs and cramps. On Sunday my 2 sons were vomiting. I went to Spar this morning and the managers attitude was like I was talking nonsense because he apparently also had the soup on Friday and there was nothing wrong with him. He did not try to make the situation better he just aggrevated me even more. I will not buy anything from that Spar ever again
