I purchased Antminer S9 Bitcoin miner last 8 May 2018 and Spent $1050 US Dollars along the process but I was scammed by your seller. He did not deliver and asked me to pay anything more.

The series of incidents as below.

On April 29th 2018, I inquired about his post in Alibaba for the antminer S9 bitcoin miner available at link: http://www.alibaba.com/product-detail/New-in-stock-Brand-New-Ready_50025035139.html

A certain Mr. Romanov Igor ask me to add him his WhatsApp number: +201157693465 then he chatted me in WhatsApp.

We chatted in WhatsApp and I was so eager to buy and have a try of the Antminer s9. I save my hard earned money 1 month salary and bought bitcoin to pay him.

5ft May I spent $85 US Dollars bank charges to send money to my bank in my country to be able to buy Bitcoin.

7th May 2018, I got the money as reflected in my bank account

8th May 2018, I bought bitcoin and lost $35 Dollars exchange rate. In the same date, I contacted Romanov Igor so I could pay his Antminer S9. I sent payment to his bitcoin wallet address: 1KxNxs5BdwSeWGtPAyHkSEFDxiAHJd59Fw and my payment becomes live at this link in block chain https://blockchain.info/tx/a1e246b2f1a509eb551922d2e0962dbeb7f3834a0bd5a690459065dcdd723b5e

9th May 2018 I receive his message of he said online tracking of the shipment but my confusion was his record shows earlier shipment time than the time I paid the bitcoin and it starts me worrying secretly.

9th May 2018, he messaged me again and said his team sent 7 units of Antminer S9 instead of 1. My worry is getting stronger and stronger because I could really fell that this is it.. This is a scam. How comes he would be able to send 7 units it is very expensive of $950 USD as he said so the value of the whole shipment is $6, 650 US Dollars.

10th May 2018, Mr. Romanov Igor asked me another $350 US Dollars for he said insurance. He wants me to pay $350 US Dollars for the 7 units Antminer S9.

It is not a usual process of shipment. I already read so many complaint about scam that they would ask insurance and stuffs so I refused to pay.

I asked him to return my bitcoin but he did not.

He did not worry of losing the $6, 650 US Dollars shipment as he said 7 units are in there. A very clear that I am scammed and he just let the said on-hold shipment for already 6 days now from his demand that it should be paid within 48 hours without thinking the big lose but cared to ask me another $350 USD for insurance of all 7 units. Note I only ordered 1 why should delivering me 7 units then ask for additional charge for insurance?
