Hi Guys,

ISSUE 1 : SALARY PENDING :

I am Ex- Employee of SPA Computers Pvt Ltd, . I have worked for the company for 3.6 years, until MARCH Second Half- 2010, Company was in financial problem from JULY 2009 Initially salary are credited by 6-10 of every month, From JUNE 2009 onwards salary was credited by 2 Components... 60% of salary will be credited by between 10th - 15th and remaining 40 % will be credited by 25th- 30th of every month...

Day By Day it started to get worst by extending salary 1 component for 15days then 30 days ...like that they have started to keep back logs of 3 month salary pending by MARCH 2010...When i have came out of the company by MARCH -2010 they have not given me the salary for JAN/FEB/MARCH / ...

CURRENT DATE:: 3 MONTHS SALARY PENDING : Rs: 85, 000

ISSUE 2 : INCENTIVES

SPA COMPUTERS will detect every month incentives based on the amount from our salary (Some things around 10%) of basic pay...which they will promised to give every 6 months once(at the time of joining this company)...which they have not given me or to any one else for 3 years ...until i came out of SPA COMPUTERS PVT LTD, on MARCH 2010... they have not returned my incentives .If i make a phone call or even send mails they are not even lifting or replying...

CURRENT DATE: 3.6 YEARS Incentives PEnding : Rs : 2.35L peding

ISSUE 3 : LTA / Medical

AS per govt law they have detected LTA/ MEDICAL for the time i have worked there...around 3.6 years... rs : 15, 000 ..Every Year...IN this Early once they have to return the LTA/MEDICAL which they have to return (APRIL Of VEry year ) During the FORM 16 TIME) ...I have submitted the bills and vouchers for the past 3 years ..Not only me most of the people in SPA has submitted that ...they have not returned the LTA and Medical ...

CURRENT STATUS LTA MEDICAL Pending : RS : 15, 000*3 ====45, 000
On all of this after many mails and phone calls to them they are not responding to my call or mails, , , i am planning to take leagal

And 1 more thing this company is detecting both the EMPLOYEE PF & EMPLOYER PF from our salary...which is not supposed to do...

SUMMARY OF THE AMOUNT PENDING FROM THEY...which i need to get

SALARY == Rs : 85, 000 ;;;INCENTIVES == Rs : 2.35L ;;;LTA/MEDICAL = Rs : 45, 000

I need my money back...kindly let me how to proceed legally with this company...

I agree with all the people mentioned above. We all including Company management are the victims of recession during that time.
However i would say, "Something is better than Nothing". Atleast they provided good work environment during my tenure. I appreciate for that.

hi am ex-employee of SPA, SPA computers management are worst they didnt release my dues 3 month salary/LTA/Madical/Variable pay ist around 90000/- please advise to all never ever join SPA

Hi, I completely agree with this complaint as i was also one of the employees of this fraud company during between 2008 and till Jan 2010.
Issue1: They don't pay salaries in time. And always linked to their business risk. For example lets they don't get business for 1 to 2 months and then you won't get the that month salary
Issue2: They don't pay performance variable although they will assure every year end.
Issue3: They don't pay you LTA and Medical, although its part of your hard earned money and also reflected in your payslip.
Issue4: You got some offer and you would like to quit this company they don't let you...and at the end they don't pay you pending salaries.
Issue5: If you want to get it settled by court they will try to blackmail you by IP theft.
