Southpointe Properties / The company hasn't paid the owner and we wasted another sum
We have paid the secure deposit to Southpointe Properties. We wanted to stay there in June –July and when we got the approval that the property was free, we immediately transferred money. It was unpleasant when we arrived in the property and the owner asked to pay for it, because this company hasn’t wired money as they promised. So, we paid again and the company owed us money. We couldn’t reach them now in order to get the deposit back.
