I'm very disappointed!
I have purchased a swimsuit from www.southbeachswimsuits.com about two months ago and never even tried it on. I liked the quality and it looked awesome.
Recently I decided to go on a vacation and I wanted to take this swimsuit with me. I opened the package and wanted to try it on for the first time and found out that it was a bit too small. So I contacted customer service and asked if it still was possible to return it and get a replacement and they said yes.
I sent it back but never received another one! And now they are ignoring me and it seems like they decided not to send me anything!
I'm very disappointed!

They provided wrong order, but they haven't helped me to solve the problem
I ordered swimwear from www.southbeachswimsuits.com, but the website is real scam, ‘coz these jerks delivered completely wrong swimwear. The colour, size and design were wrong. I returned the order and waited for the further instructions from the seller, but this scammer hasn’t replied or provided money back. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?

Real scam, so don't buy from them
I ordered swimsuit from the company www.southbeachswimsuits.com. I placed the order several months ago, but these scammers fooled me. After that no news from the seller. No confirmation info, no receipt or even the reply to my emails. I simply wasted large sum for the order and delivery, but I haven’t received them. Real scam. These people are scammers and liars, who take money and provide nothing. Please post your comments about this company.
This complaint is an obvious "scam" Not sure who you are working for. If you received no confirmation you did not order. You are in fact the scammer - You didn't waste any large sum because you would not have charged if you did not receive the item. I am sure you are aware you can dispute any unauthorized charge with a credit card company and receive your money back. I am waiting to hear from you. You are fake!

Don't know what to do; I haven't received my full order
I ordered 2 swimsuits from the www.southbeachswimsuits.com. I paid money and got the package within several weeks. I was really upset, ‘coz they provided only one swimsuit and no note about the second one. I contacted the customer services and the rep told me to wait that it was mistake. The rep promised to provide the second swimsuit within couple of weeks. I waited a month, but still no delivery and I had no idea what to do next. I don't wish to do business with them anymore as a result
I ordered 2 swimsuits separately about a week apart. I received the first one and when it didn't work out I immediately sent it back and ordered a replacement as there was a 25% off coupon to use that week. The second suit didn't work out so I sent it back as well.They received both swimsuits over 2 weeks ago and I haven't received a refund for either. When I called to inquire as to when I would receive it the woman told me "within one billing cycle". I asked what that meant and she said "up to 30 days"! I wanted to order a new suit to replace these but as of now I have over $250 in swimsuits that I don't actually possess. When I tried to tell the woman I needed to order a new suit soon and asked if I could expedite the return process, she told me I had to re-order a new suit and THEN they would refund me my money that day. I don't wish to do business with them anymore as a result. I'm still waiting for my refund.
