Ordered the free trial. Knew that to cancel the trial had to call within the 14 days.
Difficult to reach and not a free number. Put on hold 3 times once cut off, finally reached the company. Left 2 messages to have the call returned. No return call either time.
There is a 15% restocking fee to return the item. If I had used it at all I could not return it and would be charged!
Thank goodness had not used it.
Did not receive it for 5 days.
Also ordered the Bright Teeth trial. Used it called a toll free number and was finally able to cancel that one, did not have to send the unused product back. However the customer service person was not a primary English speaker and had a scripted talk he had to completely go through.
Won't do this again and certainly should have done more research before ordering. Although would not have found the 15% fee for returning.
