Souq.comwrong delivery and poor refund policy

My order information are:
Order placed on: 24 November 2016
Order ID: #[protected]

Items delivered not what i ordered, returned them and still not received my refund (very slow process of follow-up)

Items sent to wrong city by SMSA Express and still status shows that it is in that city. No one is there to inquire from SMSA that why they sent to wrong address.

I requested for refund but around 2-months nothing have happened till this date.
I conveyed my concern to both SMSA and SOUQ but complain is not resolved yet.
