Souq.com / no refund
I had paid for an iphone 6 with facetime at souq.com in saudi arabia (order number: [protected] placed on 03 January 2017). Then i immediately cancelled in 1-2 hours before the item was shipped. I recieved a confirmation email that the money has been refunded back to my credit card and will be available to me in 5-7 days. But It's almost 2 weeks now but NO REFUND. I sent an email to souq.com asking for my refund, but there is no reply from them. When will i get my money back ?
