Souq.com / no delivery and no returns for many days

Dear Concern, I have placed an order for Lenovo ideapad on 29-09-2015 but till 8th october-2015, status of item is ready for shipping. Even when i call customer care regarding the order they are simply telling compalint booked. On 8th of october i have given a complaint for cancellation but no response from the customer service and no money refunds. Since we made the payment from credit card due to their delay i am facing penalties from credit card. Kindly refund the amount ASAP. My order ID is [protected]
