Thanks for your response. After almost 20 days I got the tablet. Most important thing that I feel that its like mental threat to order somthing through online website. First customer has to beg for the delivery and now what I get its like waste of money.
I got defective item. This is what I got through online shopping.
This time I will not call to your customer many times to beg because I already faced so much difficulty in so many days. Only requesting you once to collect your item & refund my money at same time pleaseeeeeee...

So I hope that you will understand my concern & will take the neccessary step.

Really their service is very bad. i ordered one tablet on 4th July & made the online payment... still awaiting for delivery. After making so many calls they picked the phone & given the excuse that they have some problem with supplier & somthing happening with supervisor in warehouse... Really unprofessional response from them... i am just trying to confirm what is process to make the complaint in Economic Department.

BUT STILL AWAITING MY REFUND...
UNNESSARLY BLOCKED MY CREDIT CARD MONEY FOR MORE THAN ONE MONTH.

Souq.com is full of cheating website. I ordered a cellphone and i received it, it was totally a defected Item, i returned it back and it has been more then two week I'm still waiting for refund and there is no one reverting back to me.. NEVER SHOP FROM SOUQ.COM you will regretttt...

Souq.com is asking for the front side copy of my Credit Card.?
I bought some items a couple of days ago.I paid through credit card . Now they are asking me to send the filled up Confirmation Form along with the Passport and a front side copy of the Credit Card used.
Is Souq.com fake? Should i send them what they asked for?

The souq is number one online fraud they are not refunding money i order for xtouch and they are sending out of order then after i send back the item through aramex they are not refunding money so they are making the peoples kindly request dont make order with souq i am thinking to publish the news also news paper against this site.

I bought Samsung galaxy from Souq.com and now after 02month its not working properly. I called them and they told me we dont cover warranty. Call centre Agent Mr.Justin said if you want to shop from us ok otherwise no problem if you dont.

Never purchase any thing from souk.com . Recently i purchased a set of watches and next day i found the dial pad is scratched and time is delay 6 hours. I went to the souk.com office at panasonic tower and they sent me to their warehouse at shuwaikh for repair. I went to shuwaikh warehouse and they said to call souk.com service for replacement, and when I call souk.com service they refused to replace or repair this item, and what is the reason they are saying is it is already more than one month . My advise to all never purchase anything from souk.com .Their service is very bad .

i bought topaz diva diamond earring.i received topaz earring but with different specification as advertise in souq deal.the picture as advertise is totally different from the actual item.the one i paid for is microscopically tiny, exact for an infant ear.I'm very much disappointed because i didn't hear any explanation or any feedback from the seller nor the souq.

I purchased a mobile phone bundle offer in Intex brand. When i received the material one phone is working another phone not working.. I really don' t know what to do? i have sent the mail with my order ID to Souq.com. But now two days..there is no response still now. I am really disappointed about on line purchase.

Can you sent anybodies the procedure to replace the mobile or refund the money with return of product..?!?!?

my friend bought xtouch mobile which was delivered after 1 month.then that mobile starting battery charging problems in a week itself.then mobile stopped auto rotate screen.it said camera is 5mp but its worst than a vga.no replacement, no call attend, no response.he realized finally he was fooled by souq, com, so are all of you who are paying by credit cards.always order on "cash on delivery basis".If they dont deliver withing the said time, khallas cancel the order.if they bring some defective piece or incorrect model, khallas dont accept it, if the courier man argues, ask him to get lost.This way u can save your hard earned money from losing to souq.com

Unfortunately, I have made an online purchase from Souq.com and paid SR 633 as they summed for three products via VISA credit card on 4.3.2013. The amount had been debited from my account but Souq has not been provided any purchase order number or payment confirmation towards the purchase so far. I have forwarded many complaints regarding this matter and as requested today - 11.03.2013 - to refund the amount debited from my account they have given a Ticket tracking number (#305746) to quote the number when contact their customer service but when I called to their customer care No: 0146649, the system says the number has been changed to [protected] but nobody is responding from this number also. It is ridiculous to have an online business with Souq.com where the people making their customers fools. Please may I have a solution upon the problem. Anyway I want to cancel the purchase and need to get refunded the amount.

Souq.com is the worst online shopping with credit cards. I have paid Souq SR 633 - as the amount summed in their page - on 4/3/2013 via VISA card to purchase two x 1 TB Imation external HDD, a hand sewing machine and a head strap light. As I clicked for the final step of payment the amount had been debited from my account but Souq has not been given me any purchase order number and payment confirmation so far. I tried to call them to their customer care No. 0146649 and got a system reply that the present number has been changed to [protected] and tried a lot to contact them but nobody responded. I am really fed up with their service and send complaints many times but no response from their side yet. My last complaint done today 11.3.13 - to refund the amount and received a Ticket tracking number (#305746) to contact their customer care number but what is the use of their ticket tracking number if they are even attend the customer care telephone. So please don't try to buy any product from Souq.com debiting credit cards...!

Just now i received my order. I order imation apollo M100 portable hard drive hard drive 500GB. I was shock. You delivered to me WD 500GB. This is not the first time. Last February 27, 2013 i order Acer aspire one AO756-2899, intel celeron 877, 11.6 " 320GB, 2GB RAM but you gave me Acer aspire one 722 which is not my order. What is this? Why you are not informing your customer that you don't have the same item as the ordered item and still you are posting it on selected items. Thank you.

Just to share with you my experience with Souq.com as a Seller!
I sold an item, as per souq policy - they release the money to seller after 4working day... When my item was sold and delivered, after 7days, I sent this question to souq...

How do I get paid on Souq.com?
When your item sells, Items prices will be released to you based on one of the following conditions
- The item got delivered to the buyer, and the buyer left a positive feedback on the item.
- After 4 days from the item delivery date, while no feedback left from the buyer on the item.

Souq is playing games with their Seller! They are breaking its own rules. This is not a good sign for success. Soon you guys will not grow if you are not are the first breaking the rules and poor commitment to your users!

SOUQ..COM IS A LIAR.

I had called the souq.com for nearly a month and souq.com does not have solution. They only give reason and you'll have to suffer for the "No respond from the Seller Policy". I am dealing with souq.com, not a seller. Made a complain on the site & they will respond after 29 days.

13. Buyer Protection

Souq.com has a "Buyer Protection Program" which seeks to assist buyers to ensure their purchase is protected against fraud by any sellers on the Site. If a buyer has purchased an item by way of any of the Souq SafePay processes and never received it or received an item worth significantly less in value compared to what was described by the seller, the buyer may seek protection under the Buyer Protection Program. The Buyer Protection Program involves reimbursement by Souq.com to the buyer of the value of the item only. To be eligible under the Buyer Protection Program a buyer needs to file a complaint with Souq.com within 48 hours of receiving (or not receiving) the relevant item. Souq.com will investigate the matter and if it has been determined (by Souq.com in its sole discretion) that the seller has intentionally defrauded the buyer in relation to the item for which Souq.com has reimbursed the buyer, Souq.com may limit, suspend or withdraw the seller's access to the Site and/or the seller's membership and Souq.com may charge the seller for Souq.com's costs in reimbursing the buyer and for any handling and shipping (in accordance with the Fees & Credit Policy . Souq.com reserves the right to take such further steps as it considers necessary including without limitation legal action. This conditions are useless and more days I wait for refund. Below is my complaint & no respond policy.

I too agree that WOW deals are cheating. Today it appeared just 5 minutes and each time it says one different kind of error. No one made real purchase and finally "sold out" appeared. All WOW deals are fake and just creating traffic.

Its very risky to buy used mobile from Souq.com as they sell mobiles from US and other service provider, they might also be stolen.
I bought a Blackberry mobile 9650 and it was blocked from Verizon wireless US service provider, now the mobile is useless for me, i never got my money or replaced, kindly contact me if u need any proof ash17mar@gmail.com

i buy a mobily BB@work router on 14-01-2013 offered with 7.2 mbps speed and 17 months subscription, but available speed is max 1mbps, and also i got a message today that u need to recharge within 3 days to keep the service. i feel it now as am looser .i did not search for the souq.com cheater as i do now before i make an order

I agree with you all, this is the worst shopping experience I have been through. Advertisments & sellers in Souq are decieving, I ordered 6 items, all of them were of extremply low quality fakes and different from pictures in the website. Exteremly delayed delivery time, most of the companies Souq is dealing with is virtual company with no actual physical address or working phone numbers. For your own sake, never buy from this website no matter how tempting is the offer..

OMG! I've got same problem guys! This site is really ###! I place an order last dec. 17, 2012 for 3 items worth almost 400saudi riyals, souq.com send an email to me that the estimated delivery date will be on dec.22 to 26, 2012, tru ARAMEX, unfortunately until now i didnt receive any items, i twice called aramex but according to them they didnt received yet my order and they advice me to contact souq.com to ask again my order and i tried calling Souq.com number 4664906 but it was answering machine advicing me to call their new number [protected], the bad thing is when i tried to call the new number surprisingly it was a residential phone number...i send already 4 emails tru their site but until now i didnt receive any reply...Shame on u guys from souq.com...every single penny that we spent is from our sweat and blood...

I have placed an online order with Souq.com UAE on 11th December 2012 and paid the amount through my credit card . Delivery was promised within three business days. Till now I have not received the delivery of my order. I have reported them the delay in delivery and till date I don't have a proper response from them for the delay in delivery. They mentioned in their reply the item wass not ready with the seller. If the item was not ready with the seller, why they accept the order and promise the delivery within three business days?I am fed up with Souq.com for the order placed by me. Therefore please don't place your order with Souq.com and pay the same with your Credit card.

I ordered a sony xperia on the 15th December to gift someone for christmas and today is 24th December and did not receive the item. The money was paid by credit card and the amount has been withdrawn very quick. I tried to contact souq.com the only land line they have but the phone is not working. Wrote so many emails but no reply till date. I smell someting fishy and have reported the matter to the consumerrights in uae. They are pursuing the matter.
souq.com is too unprofessional and I believe they use the fund for their business turnover and after chasing try to refund the money.
People please be careful with this vendor.

souq.com was much better in 2011, ones they got the best online shopping website in the middle east and their "every thing" is going down, the DOD seller's rate in 2011 was 94% positive, now its 81%!

i faced different issues with different products, i ordered 2 watched long time ago, received them after 23 days, ordered 2 pieces of jewellery and after 2 weeks i got an email that its out of stock (when i ordered sales was 23% sold), 11 days ago i ordered Magic Hanger - Save On Space X 8Pcs/Pack, Delivery estimate:18 December 2012 - 23 December 2012, but no call yet, on the 17th of Dec i ordered 2 more items and the Delivery estimate:22 December 2012 - 26 December 2012, the good thing that i pay on delivery, so IF BY ANY CHANCE THEY DELIVERED BOTH ITEMS IN SAME DAY I'LL PAY 1 SHIPPING ONLY AND WILL DEDUCTS AED16 FROM THE TOTAL PRICE!

and i also totally agree with you guys that the customer service never respond, the number they have at their emails is on answering machine, the other number is not working!, when i started facing problems with them i sent complaining emails but no replays at all.. complains were send in June 2012, we are at the end of Dec now and no replay yet!

i'm calling Consumer Protection Department now and complain against souq.com
