Despite placing my order on 25 October and paying extra for 7 day shipping I never received my order. I hadn't received a confirmation email, so I messaged them to ask about it. I have sent several messages to customer service and every time I received the one and the same answer. They answered me with an auto reply messages stating they are very busy to respond and will contact me later. But they never contacted me and never replied to any of my emails. I send them emails everyday as I want my order! Stay away from this company!
