After visiting this Computer Repair shop, it has dawned upon me that the owner, Chuck Laini AKA Choukry Laini, is a con artist that seeks to con everyone out of their last penny regardless of their financial situation. This evil manipulative person - Chuck - does not have the company registered with the Secretary of State nor pays his dues of taxes to the State. He does not charge Tax, does not accept credit cards, does not issue refunds and after further investigation it turned out that he was married illegally for his citizenship papers from an African American woman.
After entrusting this individual with my PC for repair, I was originally quoted $140 for the repair. Following 3 weeks of phone calls to try and get my PC back, I finally paid this con artist a visit. To my surprise, he demanded $430 for me to get my PC back in a worse shape than originally dropped off. When I inspected my PC before picking it up, it turned out that he had replaced my memory (RAM) with a smaller sized piece and my Hard Drive was replaced with an old, DUSTY and used HDD which he claimed was new!
I left him my PC and will start filing papers for small claims court.
STAY AWAY from this con artist.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

HELLO, I AM CHUCK'S EX-CLIENT ! ANSWERING TO THE LAST COMMENT FROM KHARA ALAIK.
WELL, the first time that I brought my laptop to SOS COMPUTERS, Chuck found out that I was a student from Sacred Heart University, and he new that I should be struggling to pay school, so he fixed my computer FOR FREE. Lately, I got a new laptop and he charged the necessary to fix my computer, by the way, it was so great his job that I didn't need to fix anything after that. He is such a great worker that I told all my friends from scholl to bring their computers to him. He has many customers from the University. Students are very stubborn and always chose the BEST !
And another thing, this is not about competition. Its about being honest with customers and providing the service they requested. I do not make up any lies. I listen to my customers and they tell me everything thats happened to them. You do not have to listen to me, but listen to my clients, who are Chuck's ex clients. They will tell you everything he's done and how he manipulated them into using his service.
1st off. Yea we were sued. But since you know it all, have you read google lately where it says COMPUTER GUY FOUND NOT GUILTY? Oh yeah, guess you choose to read what you want to read. Unlike Chuck, we are honest people. We've been here for years and NEWS FLASH, we're still here genius. I haven't gone anywhere...So when you get a minute, come on by you piece of ###. I'd love to meet you just to prove you wrong.
2nd, Chuck ...Dick...Shukri...whatever he goes by these days...Hmmm, so he's not married for papers? Very cute how you try to deny the fact he isn't illegal...3 years of not paying taxes, screwing people left and right out of cash deals, not registered with state, illegal installations of Windows (I've witnessed), opens up when he feels like it, yada yada yada, the list goes on...Wow!...You support this crap huh? Interesting...lol...
I have a petition complaint form filled out with all of his previous clients who were screwed out of money and had their stuff stolen..Trust me, it's long...And they def. return to me for repairs after what he's done to them..He will be shut down SOON...No worries. lol
AND it pisses you off that I am an AMERICAN CITIZEN born in this country, and I'd rather be at peace with some illegal thief deported? Ohh thats right, because you are probably fresh off the boat yourself. LOL. Here's some advise, get a life.
So do yourself a favor, if you're going to support a "Cause"...make sure you know what you're debating about before you open that stupid fawking mouth of yours.

These complaintes was made up by some failling competitions, who got into a spitful attitude to hurt this business.

so who should be stopped ? plus this guy is an american citizen how could you be so arrogant to ask for a deportation of an amercan citizen that what pissed me off, it's too personel with this guy I have had business with this company and I did not see any of your complaints yes he does not accept credit cards but he accept checks even though it makes him I think more at risk for bounced ones, but he does it, so terry I met you in you store and I know how you dealt with your customers with no respect, so knock off !
This man is faaaaaaaaaar from honest. He is nothing but a crook. Stay away from him. Its true. He was going under an LLC name when he wasnt even registered with the CT Secretary of State. He only registered in May 2008 which means he was conducting business for 3 yrs illegally.
He hasn't paid sales taxes to the state of CT nor was he a legite business. He's installed infringed copies of Windows and Microsoft Office on customers' computers...He only accepts cash with no refunds and he even stole accessories and ac adapters from previous customers after keeping their machines in his store for over a month. He charged my girlfriend $200.00 for supposedly changing the cpu on her Toshiba laptop. Yet the laptop was still shutting down. When she took the laptop to a Toshiba Authorized Center they told her the cpu was never changed. The supposedly "original" cpu that he gave to her in hand came out of an HP laptop. That was the cpu he told her he had changed.
He needs to be stopped and maybe even deported!
Shame on any one who is trying to besmirch Chuck reputation.
Chuck is a hard working person, honest and faithful to his clients. His seriousness and hardwork are well known that he is still in business and very busy. Chuck is not only a computer guy, he is a blessed person, works hard to feed his family and his parent. Thank you Gary Brown for you investigation.
It's an inaccurate testimony or complaint, I did my own counter-investigation and found out that this company is well known in fairfield county spacially in bridgeport, trumbull and fairfield towns, it has being in business legally since 2002 and has never had any small court incident what so ever, registred under the state and federal laws since then, I also did fix my pc in there and was delighted to deal with the manager, freindly courtious, and competent . It sounds like some competitors who are trying to besmirch this small business reputation, moreover the doubt about the complaint in the above attracted my attention when it became personnal matter "illigal mariage and yady yady yada ", probably because it was doing better than them, as matter of fact this company is very busy which is echoed by the customer's fidelity to the company.
