NOT roger Parziale which he used to obtains lease on a property, permits and licenses from the City of Salem and the sate of Ma. When his lies where exposed and he was evicted from the property for non payment of rent and for health violations, he started to bombard me with some of the most horrendous accusations if have ever heard. Many of with are a mirror image of everything HE has done in his life. After being harassed by him for days, being called a thief, slum lord, pervert, lier he wants me to give him keys so he can go on with business! Here are wants and war rents out on him as we speak by state and local agencies. Looking forward to court. I am still waiting to be "sued" by Roger. I was awarded a judgement for over $8000.00 against him in court, he never showed and claimed he was never served, a lie.He continues to send vile emails to me with vile masked threats and making obscene remarks about my wife, disabled daughter and women who i work with. All this from a man whos ability to handle his elderly mothers, who he told me died in Dec 2014, government checks because he was stealing the money ! Nice guy! Roger was arrested hiding out in RI on Ma warrants for Perjury, ID fraud, witness intimidation, fraud and many more. Anything this ### has written about anyone else is false and one can not believe a word out if this low life's mouth

This guy who wrote this is named FRED MATTEI who works for TACHE REAL ESTATE in Salem Mass. Fred told me stories about when he was in Vietnam and him and a few army buddies would have sex with Vietnamese children as young as 5 years old. He told me he has kiddie porn on a private computer he has hidden. He has sexually harassed employees at the sub shop and made oral sex requests to me. Now he has denied all and is smearing my name. This guy got away with rape, fraud and larceny. Who is he and why does the city of Salem do nothing? He claims he gets a free pass in Salem because he has dirt on city officials...please get help you sick man and stop ruining other people's lives
