Sony Vaio Notebook / Lousy delivery service!

I ordered a Sony Vaio laptop on 11/27/06. I was told all of the components were in stock and that the item would be delivered by 12/14. The item has still not been assembled. I asked for assistance and was told there was no way to find out why. I asked if they would change delivery to overnight and they said no. I submitted 3 e-mail complaints and they were unresponsive. Lousy service.
