I have had the worse experience with SB. I go into the office in January of this year(2018) for my first consultation to get information. I go home to think about it a few weeks later go back to the office for a second consultation but now with a different person I ask all the questions get answers and I wanted their special I saw on TV upon the consultation I find out out you have to buy three areas and get one free not what the commercial advertised but oh well.. scheduled the procedure for my birthday 2/12 put the deposit down of $500 than later find out the whole procedure was $8000. Get a call from SB to confirm my appointment they actually switched my appointment with someone else for a different time that day not happy. After 5 months no change to the areas I had done I still looked the same as when I went in and on top of that my stomach was swelling and very tender to the touch called them numerous times in regards to it. Their response was that I need to come in and have the venus treatment done and that I had a free one so I went in and after the treatment I was told that for more treatments it would be another $1250. And I called and complained numerous times demanding a refund and no one would speak with me not to mention every time I went in for a follow up I never saw the doctor only a nurse

They do state “it’s not a weight lose procedure”. I know it’s a lot of work, exercise and change in eating habits. I’m not sure how I feel about it. Going on 4 months post procedure myself
I fell for it too. They won't even talk about the problem I'm having with what they did to my face. The doctor told me at my 3 month check up that they had to do it again. I felt safe with that. Then when I went in to talk about when they could do the work I found out the doctor who did my face was not working there any longer. Law suits appear to be a normal day for them. They have another one on it's way. I was looked at by other plastic surgeons they both said ''That's not how you do this type of procedure'' I look a whole lot worse than ever.
Hi, I am Melissa. I had liposuction about 7-8 months ago. I had been saving money for this procedure for years. Finally the day came and I jumped in with both feet and signed up for this "Miracle" procedure.
All of the sales people, nurses and doc tor told me I was a great candidate for this and I would "just love" the results. Man was I excited.
After the procedures and to this day I I faithfully did everything I was supposed to do. Honestly I think I will continue wearing the compression garments for the rest of my life. I love them. However, I didn't love the results of my procedures. I am so disappointed and angry about this whole thing that I could just scream. I went in for my 6 months checkup a month ago and asked to talk with the director, doctor and nurse.Well I have been livid since day one of my procedure and was out to confront them about the "Facts" and "Truth" about the different procedures they use to steal peoples money. They told me the second biggest lie "You are only6 months out and your body needs at least another 6 months to stabilize and" then I would be amazed. "
Ha Ha Ha ------- I fell for it. I fell for the big bold lies that every staff member tells patients - You will be amazed. Well folks I am amazed.I am amazed that I paid almost a years wages for this "Miracle" procedure. I wanted 3 specific areas done and they talked me into four. They only did 2 of the areas I wanted done the most but you cant tell they did anything. I find myself wanting to hate everyone that tell people lies and get them to believe this truly is the miracle they are looking for.
This company, as a whole, sells the world a whole pack of lies from the beginning to the end. They show before and after pictures of a some random, hand picked actors and teach them to convince us to believe this is going to work. They strove to convince us into believing they had really changed from heavy or fat to skinny and fit all in one day. All in one day my [censored]. I didn't believe it and still don't so I confronted the doctor and director again. I asked them who long and how many procedure did those people actually have to look like they did. Honestly I walked into their office, sat down and asked them about the truth. went thru the procedures and came out thin, toned and beautiful all in one day. I wanted an honest answer but was shocked and livid when they told me the BIGGEST lie of all. l was hoping to get some sort of truthful response but what they said to me next absolutely stunned me. They sat there in front of me, looked me in the eyes and said "yes those people really did experience that much change in "ONE" day. I was SHOCKED! I was stunned. I had put my faith and trust in the hands of these professions. These people - who were supposed to be professional, or so I thought, had sat there and looked me straight in the eye and lied to me again.
I will never go back to them and I will tell everyone about my experience and hope that they will put some stock into the matter before they too make a decision to go have the "Miracle" procedure done and be a whole new and wonderful person when they walk back out the door when done.
Man, I would love to be involved in a law suit too. I want to just roast these people who seem to not have and respect for other people.
I would like to say thanks to you and all the other people who posted about this place. I am looking into getting a mommy make over and have been doing some research on companies. and boy am I glad I did.
I am so sorry to hear you guys lost your time, energy and hard earned money. That is not acceptable! and I hope enough people hear about this and take a stance enough to hugely impact the business. We all have families and at least ourselves to feed but we need to do business the right way. As a small business owner myself I understand how important it is to do a good job in order to keep business profitable; and I hope these comments will spark some flame up their [censored] enough for them to make a change and stop screwing with peoples money.
