Sonic Drive-In food service

Sonic Drive In of Batesville MS has displayed some of the WORST customer service I've ever encountered in all my days. We made an order was shorted a medium soda, received no napkins, and was shorted a large order of tots (which she lady taking the order repeated back to me that came with the #3 that was order) and yes I asked and agreed to upsize to a large at an extra cost. We received NO tots at all! When I asked for the tots she said I'd have to pay for them. I said no, they came with the #3, at least the small size even though I'd already been charged for the large. They argued with me then finally sent some tots out with a message from the carhop that stated from now on, order tots if I want tots. I will never spend another red cent there. I was disrespected and made to look like a thief over a 99 cent order of tots after I just spent nearly $38. It won't happen again.

Sonic Drive-In service and not getting full orders of products!

They Bring out your orders of food that are stale only half-full when they charge you full price! Doesn't matter if it's french fries or ice cream you only get containers half full! And if you say anything to them .. they say I will let them know and close the window on you ! I guess that means you are stuck with what they give you ! They don't fix the problem they send you on your way !

Sonic Drive-In terrible service

Today i visited our local sonic at 2076 East Main Street Spartanburg, SC, 29307 a little after 8pm. i ordered a large peanut butter and banana milkshake with whipped cream. i was informed they were out of banana so i ordered chips ahoy as well. after waited in the dive-through for over 20 mins i received my milkshake with NO whipped cream the WRONG kind AND it was almost completely melted. Im usually not one to file a complaint because i dont have the time or patience but this is not the first incident ive had at this location. Just 2 days before i waited 30 mins for my carhop Just to get old tots. they were cold hard and had an odd after taste. i regularly see employees hanging out outside but it takes 30 mins to get an order at a fast food restaurant

Sonic Drive-In customer service

I visited two weeks ago at your location on 49th st n in St Petersburg Florida. While waiting for my order in parking space, a class of about 15 students walked up. I said to my my children that they probably placed their orders before coming. I watched as they looked to be ordering drinks. Fifteen minutes has passed from the placement of my order and the school kids receiving their drinks. I stayed cool because I know that irregardless of there order, our order had to be on its way. 25 min have passed and they(students) are now being served. I said nothing, only still displaying patience. 35-40 min have passed and a server whom I'd not seen walked up and asked if I had placed my order. I told her yes and what could be taking be taking so long. I push the RED button and was told that my order had been misplaced and that it would be taken care at that time. Totally annoyed at this point, mainly because my 5 year old is screaming because of hunger pains, I told her how unaccepatable this experience has been and amount of time lost. The attitudes were very nonchalant and unprofessional! I traveled twenty minutes away, bypassing several restaurants to patronize yours. Gee thanks

Sonic Drive-In everybody at that location

Hi i was at the Sonic drive-in on 5545 Leavenworth Road Kansas City Kansas 66104 on April 28 2018 around 8:30 pm I went there to order a few things like 3 blast it took them about ten minutes 2 get on the speaker so I can order then about ten to fifteen minutes to get my order and when I did all the carhoop said was sorry I was on break and I said you shouldn't go on break when you have alot of people waiting for there orders and then I ask for a manager it took him awhile to come and when he did come out I told him I was not satisfied with the service I got because you got people in there walking around sipin on a drink and throwing stuff at each other and the manager look like a bum off of the street and all he said was I could call the Complaint number and then walk back in. But every time I go there is a different manager there because I complain every time I go there that Sonic ant never ran right and it needs to be shut down because they can't get decent help or managers that cares or don't look young and they don't look like management material i go to that one because it is right around the corner from my house and also they had carhoops just walking around the parking lot talking I am writing this to make sure that a lot more people complain about that Sonic

Sonic Drive-In carhop

I have had one of the rudest carhops, her name is Camryn, multiple times now. My order was wrong one day and when she returned to give me a correct one, she was extremely rude to me about the situation. Other days, she has spoken very harshly to me and been unkind to my husband when delivering his order to him. I hope this issue will be fixed soon, so others will not feel as I do. Thank you.

Sonic Drive-In very poor service/satisfaction!

Dear, Sirs!
I live in Sherwood, Arkansas and I live by a Sonic on Hwy 107! I've gone there basically every day and sometimes twice for now 12 years! In the last 6 months, i have been experiencing VERY POOR service and extensive wait time on basic items! The staff changes all the time but a year ago the same people had been there for years! Needless to say the new crew is LACKING! I was there a couple days ago and I ordered a large cheese stick and route 44 coke! It took 22 minutes and I STILL WAS CHARGED the nearly $9! While I waited I watched AT LEAST 9 orders be delivered that were placed AFTER mine! Just thought u might want to know as I will be going elsewhere! Thank you, Mark A. Cooper

Sonic Drive-In food, wait time, customer service

I have been to the same Sonic 6 times and EVERY TIME it has been an awful experience. Cold food, wrong order, attitude, refusal of a manager to call me back, and more. If I were the owner of this Sonic I would fire the whole crew, managers, and maybe even myself, and start all over. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. My family, friends, everyone on my FB, and everyone I meet will def hear about their incompetence if they havent already.

Sonic Drive-In my pregnant fiancé and I are very sick and received very poor customer service

At the Sonics in Valdosta on 2537 Bemiss Rd, my pregnant fiancé and I ordered a cranberry slushy, a grilled chicken sandwich, and a Sonics burger. Instead the cashier, Tray, telling us that their was not anymore grilled chicken at the beginning, she told us at the window . She then proceeded to say that the slushee machine was down but it wasn't. We then asked could we get honey mustard and ketchup . We received our food 10 min after we paid for it and we didn't get any of the condiments we asked for and then presentation of the food was horrible. They just threw our food in the bag. As my fiancé took at bite of food, she noticed that the patty was undercooked and the lettuce was brown, so as my lettuce. My chicken sandwich was horrible . The fries tasted like they were cooked in old oil. Also when we received our food, the cashier did not say, sorry for the wait, or my apologies, she just said here and walked off.

Sonic Drive-In no ice cream or fry sauce

The Sahara and Torrey Pines location in Las Vegas did not have ice cream or fry sauce available at this location tonight. Also no hot dogs. These are the things we love coming to Sonic for. That totally ruined our whole families dinner plans. We come to Sonic to enjoy half price shakes and they did not even have any ice cream. Which we wanted a slush with ice cream in it, not just a shake.

Advertise shakes and floats and not even have ice cream to make them with funny that Jones and McDonald's has ice cream but sonic has none happen more than one occasion and what's bad it's in between 2 stores to satisfy my customers if I was the manager I would have went a bought some ice to make shakes and floats make the customers happy they lost alot of business on 5-6-2018 No ice cream what a joke for a restaurant

Sonic Drive-In very bad customer service at the drive thru.

Good afternoon,

On Monday April 23, 2018, between 10:00pm-10:15pm, I stop at the Sonic located on Solomnon Island Rd, Edgewater/Annapolis, MD, for a quick meal. The drive thru guy that took my order was very very Rude, and made me feel as if I was bothering him! He wasn't listening, and took my order 3 times before he got it right. when I asked him for a slushie for my drink, that's when everything went silent, I asked him if there was a problem, and he said no, (very rudely) "I'm just trying to take your order", after that last outbust I just told him to cancel the order, and I drove around the sonic to get a look at him to report this incident. He was a male African American, dark skin, small bush, could have been around 5ft 7in or taller. this is not something I normally do, but I felt this needed to be reported. thanks for your time looking into this matter. unfortunately I had to find somewhere else to eat.

Sonic Drive-In drive thru

Went through the drive thru, and the drive thru girl who was a young, small, short height, and had medium length dark hair was being snippy, like me ordering food was interrupting her day, as though taking my order isn't her JOB! I couldn't for the life of me understand why she was being rude, when I was being polite. Politely asked to speak with the manager, wanted to tell her that her drive thru associate had an unprovoked bad attitude. The women that came to the window was was an older, probably in her 50s light color, but frizzy hair, short height, mildly obese, with a mouth full of disgustingly rotten teeth who introduced herself as Anelle. Out here in Cuba, middle of Missouri that's usually an indicator of methanphetimine use. Anyway, She was also rude when I complained, and claimed the young lady was her daughter, and that she KNOWS she isn't rude. I was taken aback, and then realized the first girl was standing a bit behind her apparently manager/mother filming me! Terrible customer service, and blatant nepotism isn't a good look for a business in the customer service field. Highly unprofessional, especially when it's obvious that the drive thru associate knows she can be rude because her mom is the boss. Also the managers appearance is disgusting, and a massive turn off for eating there. If the manager Takes such little care with the tidy-ness of her appearance, then how well does she tend to the tidy-ness, and cleanliness of the restaurant?

Also, when I got my food home, it tasted like some one had literally dumped salt all over my sonic double cheeseburger, since I’ve had sonic many times, and my burger has never tasted like 20 salt packets before, I’m going to assume your manager also allows her kid to tamper with peoples food. Be a long time before I return to sonic, and if I do, it won’t be the one in Cuba, I also plan on telling everyone I know of my experience there tonight, since I also work in the customer service field.

Sonic Drive-In service

Saturday April 21 4:30 ish I stopped at Sonic drive thru for a large cheese sticks snack, then went to see my daughter.
Later, I needed my credit card, and it was nowhere to be found. After checking with my daughter, there was no receipt or credit card with the cheese sticks order. I called Sonic
#5212 and told them that I did not get a receipt or my credit card back. I was told it was not there and left my name and number.
I was eventually called back and was told my credit card was indeed at the Sonic. I drove 15 miles to get it. No manager met me at the window. Just a teen who asked for my ID. No sorry. No complimentary drink.
I guess I should just be rerelieved. But after searching my purse, my car and placing a hold on my credit card, I thought that I would have been treated better. It was the stores mistake in keeping my credit card.

Sonic Drive-In slow service

Everytime I go to Sonic drive in at Brownwood, Texas, the service is always so SLOW compared to the ones in Early, Ballinger, & San Angelo.

I don't understand this, because it is in the middle of the afternoon, around 3:00 and there are never very many people there.

I do not have any problems with the food as it is always good.

This is all I have to say about this complaint.. Just a slow Sonic drive in for food or what ever.. One time I waited 20 MINUTES for French Fries, I could have gone home and done that.. That is too long for a fast food place, especially when the place is not busy..

Sonic Drive-In drive thru service

Sunday 4-22-18 2pm frankford n marsh dallas texas 75287 I ordered a route 44 cherry limeade n she told me total n I said it's happy hour n she said no in 2 more minutes really my time is wrong? I donthink so! I will never go there again and I live across the street for 16 years I will now go to midway n trinity mills. Very very poor service n rude as hell almost every time. I work for schlotzky's 4 yrs now n we would never turn a customer away for 2 minutes employee time verse customer time. This location is out of control at night also

Sonic Drive-In rude management

I come to the north parkway location always to eat and it's a great place to eat it's always clean friendly and fast but with every good apple it's always one bad apple and his name is James and he is a manager he talks to his employees like they are crap I witnessed him numerous of times yell at his employees on the front line when they are busy making some cashiers turn red in the face I notice he only does it when it's a big crowd and he does it for embarrassment every he would yell at he will look with a smirk on his face to see if anyone is laughing his mouth has no filter and I don't think that is a good example of a manager I love the location but I honestly don't this James guy is good for employees especially if you work with school age teenagers trying to embarrass an employee is not good at all please look into this

Sonic Drive-In timing, rude, overcharging

I work at the hospital 3rd shift (12am-7am), I went to get my co workers and myself lunch for the night. I tipped the guy even the though my order wasn't large, I still tipped. I said "May I please have some extra marinara?" he says sure, goes on to the next car (which was fine) then goes inside then back to another car. Keep in mind I have been waiting awhile already. So I push the button and ask if I can have my receipt and the marinara she asks several times to repeat finally she comes out and asks again, I tell her what I need, she says sure... well my original carhop brings out my receipt and says oh uh marinara is.25$ Seriously? I just tipped you and you cant even bring me a lousy marinara? My problem is that I was told 2x already"sure you can have some" and never once told I would need to pay for it. I also had to pay full price for my shakes. The sign says after 8pm 1/2 price shakes. Does it also say until 12am? If not lets squeeze that in there guys! if it does and it was just too little to read let MAKE IT BIGGER! Finally my last complaint is charging me for wanting ranch and marinara with cheese sticks!

Sonic Drive-In signature slinger

Location: 8504 Main / Houston, TX 77025
Description: I purchased a Classic Signature Slinger and the meat and cheese were cold. I threw the ticket away prior to leaving the establishment; therefore, I don't have further information to submit. I'm not interested in a refund but the staff should be informed and take steps to prevent this from occurring. I work in the food industry as well and know that food temps should be monitored regularly.

Sonic Drive-In no one answered for my order for 40 mins

On Thursday April 19th 2018 I went to cherryvale sonic expecting to make a 40 dollar purchase and tip no one would answer the intercom. I pushed the button 3 times and it sat until it asked me to push it again so I went through the drive through still nothing I saw people who worked there standing outside when I pulled in worst customer service ever and there was only one other car in the parking lot might I also add I have spent a decent amount of money at sonic but I don't think I'll be putting my money into the hands of those who don't want it

Sonic Drive-In burger burnt for dinner meal!

My daughter went to Sonic drive in to order our dinner. She placed the order and after 10-15 minutes had not received it. She called back on the speaker to find out what happened with our order. After a few more minutes, the order came, she paid, and left for home. After approx 1 hr, I called to see what was taking so long?! She thinks that they forgot or became distracted. I work grave shift and do not eat past 6pm. When I opened my burger, it was burnt with black particles on it. I immediately called the restaurant but no one answered. I decided to take the burger back that morning when I got off work. I took it back and asked for mgr, a pregnant lady said she was one. I explained briefly what happened and she took the burger in to look with other employees looking at it. I also had given her my receipt. She said just a minute and came back with a burger in the bag. I told her I didn't want it, I would like a refund. She consulted with someone else and said since it was a combo and I didn't bring fries and drink, I could not get a refund. I told her to keep it! I was the victim, I was trying to order and eat a decent meal before midnight! I went without a burger, couldn't reach them that evening, took the burger back that morning but couldn't get a refund cause I didn't have the drink and I ate some of the fries! The fry carton was in bag with a few fries. The point is, I was given poor quality food, burger with burnt grill scrapings, told no refund . I was not offered a coupon for a later date to dine! I wasn't hungry at that time, I was hungry the night before! I was a fast food mgr for 15 years, at that time we cared for customers and attempted to comply, especially when we messed up an order!
