Sonic Solutions / Locked files, don't open!

I have been charged for items that were 'locked' and do not open with the code numbers provided, as follows:

1. - 01 March '08 - £ 54.97.

2. DRI'Sonic Solutions- 03 March '08 - £ 17.88.

3. DRI'Sonic Solutions- 03 March '08 - £ 17.88.

The charges are for software that I am unable to use, as the files cannot be opened. (I will be happy to return the files if instructed how to do this).

    Sonic Solutions - Misrepresented Upgrade & Lack of online support!

    Four month ago I purchased a new computer which came with a lot of Basic programs. The software from Sonic Solutions was one I was using. I soon found out the Basic version would not do what I wanted do clicked upgrade in their help box. This open a page on Internet showing me, Digital Media Studio v7 Deluxe which I purchased. When I installed the program it kept saying the version you have might be newer than this one. My thoughts were, how can it be older than what came with computer and I hit upgrade. Well, I said install all. This software upgrade, down graded every thing to do with Sonic & Roxio. So I had to redo my computer like it came out of the box and only install MyDVD 6, Which upgraded what came with computer. I have had trouble with software since it was installed. I went to, support and could not get on support. I finally called Toronto Canada, talked with Tech support, who informed me I would be charged for phone help. I explained about no support on Web and was told I needed a pass word. I had registered my product and no mention of pass word. He said you would not know it! But I can give it to you, which he did. I had to call again to tell them it would not log me in by my registered e-mail, Tec tried and did'didn't work,, Supervisor tried and didn't work. Finally after and hour on the phone they said theirs worked to try again. After trying to log on for over and hour it finally went thru. I got my question filled out about problem and got a reply today. Followed their instructions to the tee and still the same problem. So, I went to web site today, tried for over two hours to log in and could not..No way to ask for more support that is suppose to come with software..Thank you, Bobby

    I purchased a dvd decoder software from Sonic. The website said that it would be compatible with Window 98 and my Windows Media Player. It did not work. They said they would send a confirmation email of my transaction, and they never did.
