Sonic Drive-In customer service/messed up order

For starters that cashier that took my order was not nice when taking my order then when I get to the window and pay I found that she rang my order up incorrectly and when I try to tell her I can't get her attention once I finally do she pulled me forward and when bringing my food out was very rude and threw my food at me and walked away I don't complain much because I work in fast food and I understand sometimes things happen but I will not stand for this and I will no longer be going back to this sonic location

Sonic Drive-In manager, owner

Went through the drive thru at Sonic's in Nags Head, NC on Wednesday October 25, 2017 and ordered a Orange ice cream slush, I was Stunned! As I waited on my order there was a man yelling and cussing at a employee, I could not believe what I was hearing, this was certainly verbal abuse ! I can not believe that a owner talks to crew member's like this! I got my order and asked the employee his name and they said that's the owner his name is Jason and he's always like that. I believe something should certainly be done about this before you have a law suit.

Sonic Drive-In food and service

My order took 6 mins after the board said order was on its way. I get my order and then it wasn't made correctly and instead of them making my sandwich over they came and got my sandwich corrected it and steamed it and brought me same sandwich back to me. This is at the Rayville, Louisiana location on October 25, 2017 Time was 9:10am to 9:30am. Poor service

Sonic Drive-In service

I was in the drive thru yesterday and it took over 28 minutes to get a #11 and a corn dog. I feel this is totally unacceptable but I already paid for it and my son wanted it. I practically waited by window without being told what the hold up was or asked to patiently wait. I was just sitting there without knowledge of what was going on. The line was completely backed up by this point and I was furious.

On 11-02-17 at approximately 2 pm a friend and I went to sonic and made a small order. Upon receiving our order the girl that actually brought our order was very rude. My friend made a comment that to her telling her that she should change her attitude when she goes to the next car. She replied and told us to wait right here. We said ok. She never came back. The name on our receipt said Takita but that is actually the person that took our order not the person that brought it to the car. So I proceed to get out of the car and go towards the building to find out her name. Well apparently the girl had already went inside inside and said something about what happened because the manager met me at the door and asked me what the problem was. The young lady was standing behind her and I told the manager I was wanting to know the name of the girl behind her because so I can make a complaint about how rude she was. Remind you that nobody in the facility wore name tags. The girl then started to tell me in front of the manager that I was cursing at her and that is the reason she acted the way she did. Neither me or my friend cursed her at any time. At this point it is started to get loud. About that time another female who does not even work there, came up behind and told me that the young lady was her sister and I that I was not gonna curse at sister. Now the sister, who does not even work there, is trying to fight me. The manager is just standing there and the female who wanted to fight had someone with her who is calling 911. Had I not had to get my child at school at 2:45 I would have stayed. The place is running like a circus. I never did get anybody's names due to the girl trying to fight me. The manager pretty much never said anything else, she just let the sister of the girl that actually worked there pretty much take over and that is when I proceeded to leave. Now mind you the the girl who is trying to fight me is the one calling 911. Go figure! I do not know the store number but it is located in Selma, Alabama and there is only one Sonic in Selma. Sonic Drive-In drive-thru person

I went through drive thru and the employee Angel Brown was very rude when she handing my change back and she thru the coins in my hand. She slammed the window in my face. This is very unprofessional and something needs to be done about it. Another employee did see it and I did talk to the On-site manger and she told me that she would take care of it but I think that your personal problems should be left at your home and not brought to your work place.

Sonic Drive-In milkshakes

Last night about 9:00pm I got shakes for my family, a pineapple, a chocolate and a carmel. Within 2 hrs we all got the runs, what the heck do you guys put in your shakes?
I really don't like seeing my family getting sick from your products... it's to bad to because you have ok food...
The one we went to was:
1760 E Pine St, Central Point, OR 97502, We will not get milkshakes there again...

Sonic Drive-In employee practice

I visited the Sonic in Riverside, MO, 2707 NW vivion Rd, at 7:36pm, Oct. 22nd, 2017. I ordered a chili cheese tot and a drink, total was 6.43. The girl at the window was less than cheerful, no greeting, no smile, and then St the end she had the audacity to ask if I wanted my change! Omg! I was so shocked, I still don't know what to think, other than I am severely offended and put off by this employee. The receipt says her name was Brittany. I hope this is not something the Sonic company endorses and this will be handled in a serious and hasty manner. Thank you for your time.

Sonic Drive-In shake

I order me a medium strawberry classic shake, & when I look down there was a dead FLY in my shake. It look disgusting, like it has been sitting cause it was smashed. I even took a picture. Because thats gross. Im usually satisfied and love yalls food but I'm disappointed and grossssssed out. Was the shake premade? Like i dont understand how u can serve people in plain filth.

Sonic Drive-In the manager at the sheridan, arkansas location.

The manager, Whitney at the Sheridan, Arkansas lication should have been fired a long time ago. She is cheating and taking advantage of her staff, including secondary managers and emoloyees. She is cutting hours and money off thier paychecks, decides to cut money out of thier tips whenever she decided she needs to, won't provide pay stubs to verify the pay rate and hours they should be getting, and she tells these teenagers they are "crew leaders" and will be making $9.50 an hour but never actually gives them the raise. So, you have all these kids thinking they are being paid to take on more responsibility and in reality she is working them like puppets and cheating them all out of money. It's very shady that Sonic doesn't provide it's employees with check stubs of any kind, so the employess can see they are being paid the right rate and hours. This woman will continue to do this as she has for years until someone calls her out and exposes her. She is awful at her job. In every way. Inventory. Scheduling. Hiring. Etc. No, I am not a ex disgrunteled employee either. Never worked thier. However, I live in Sheridan and our Sonic is truly awful and it starts with her. I will keep on exposing her and talking about this Sonic and it's cheating, crooked manager until something is done. Those kids do NOT deserve to be cheated that way.

I would like to retract my following statement. You see I only posted this in anger and most of this is not true. Now I am being threatened with termination for shedding my employer in a negative way on social media all because I was written up because I did not show up for work as scheduled simply because I told them I would not make it. They told me no, that I had to show up however I did not. So I was written up, and I posted this in retaliation.

Sonic Drive-In poor manager service / irate and hostile

Good evening,

Today, I went to sonic in chino valley and ordered one large sonic blast with Reece's and one concrete custard snickers and paid $14.11 and gave the waitress a dollar tip.. Luckily, before leaving, I noticed my custard concrete was too thin so we hang to push the red customer service button to asked them to please remake. Unknowingly, the waiter that came out to see what was wrong saw it was the manger and didn't want to remake it by telling me that the machines can't take the thickness. So I told him that I've had the concrete custard before and it was much thicker and he begrudgingly took it to make a new one. Now we have to wait another 15 minutes for our remake while the other is sitting melting, as we were taking them home to eat. So the waitress, who delivered it asked if it was better this time around and it appeared to be so I gave her another $1 tip. We got home and my husband was eating his sonic blast and said that instead of getting the Reece's, he received snickers...problem number 3 now. Three quarters of the way eating it, he said it tasted like custard but in looking at it, it wasn't as yellow as mine, so I figured he was wrong because I know I had the remade custard in my hand. As I ate about half way down, the concrete custard started to get softer and softer but setting up...it wasn't good and had a weird consistency. We decided to fix them together so at least we could finish and get our money's worth. While I was mixing the sonic into the custard, I got to about 1/3 of the way to the bottom when I noticed the bottom was a yellow color and looked like the custard only it wasn't mixed together. So after that, I decided to call the store and ask what they could do to help us. I called and spoke to the manager, Marquees (spelling), the same waiter who tried to tell me that the machine couldn't make it thick so he remembered me too. I explained to him that the sonic blast was made with snickers and not Reece's and my concrete custard was now funky and instead of saying come back and I'll make it right to give good customer service, he became very defensive and argumentative. He kept interrupting to tell me he told me the machines couldn't make it that way and wouldn't let get a sentence out of my mouth to even give a rebuttal until I told him he had a bad attitude and was rude and not giving good customer service. I told him if he kept talking to me with an attitude, I won't be coming back. He then not only didn't resolve this issue, he proceeded to tell me good, don't ever come back here. So now I spent $14.11, let two tips, and two inedible items. So, hence, why I'm contacting the Complaints Dept. I'm in total shock, and is a business owner, I would want to know if one of my managers didn't know how to manage and gives poor customer service. I will never go back there now because first off, both items were made wrong and second off, I was told by the manager to never return. I'm a 51-years-old consumer who can't ever remember being told to never return to an establishment. I am bewildered that this is kind of customer service I was offered. We have been to that location at least ten times and only half the time our order was correct but because they are so close to our house, we still enjoyed stopping, however, I won't be going back there and will just start buying ice cream across the street at Safeway. No hassles there and at least I will get what I paid for. I am attaching a pic so you can see how much is being thrown away, not to mention the fact that they actually made three items and NONE of them were made correctly. Thank you for taking the time to read my complaint. I hope someone notifies the proper people that may want to know that the manger there is unprofessional and not trained properly to be a manager.

Sonic Drive-In frozen custard concrete

So I order these this summer and always got the large. They were my cheat meal when I would get them. Several times I would get them and they would be made just right. Than 2 times they were made horrible with only cookies on the top and sometimes the chocolate was not always mixed through. I would complain and they would offer my money back. I didn't take the money I just told them I wanted made correctly. Each time I went back it was made correctly. One time when I went up and order I said now make sure the cookies go all the way through. The manager got on there and told me that sometimes the cookies at the bottom of the bag where just crumbs and they would use them and you would not promised on what the picture looked like because it was just dressed up and fake the picture they would show you on the sign. Even though some of them where made just like it. Finally the straw that broke the camels back is I went and got another and again no cookies in it and chocolate not all the way through. I once again called ask to speak to manager and this time I did want my money back (each one of these was 7.00 dollars) because I done with going there anymore because they can't be consistent. The woman I spoke to was rude and said that Wendy's always makes her burgers different. They would not give me district manager phone number nor owners phone number (told me owner just picked up his profit checks) Called main customer service line 3 times and still no one has called me back. This company is horrible to there customers and they are way over priced for the food and quality you get. Never again. (Sonic use to be a wonderful place to eat when I was a kid I don't know what happen to it.)

Sonic Drive-In drive in

So I pulled up at about 9 no big deal, but the screen went back to if you want to make an order press the red button... So I really don't know if they had my order or not...25 minutes later my order came out and the girl had to put in a special code to complete my order ...i really don't know how much time is allowed for people to wait but 25 minutes is a little long..i could have ordered a steak dinner by then

Sonic Drive-In slow bad service

Good evening so the family and I decided to go eat out tonight instead I’m mad and still hungry. We went to the Middletown NY Sonic on Route 211 the worst service everybody is rud slow lazy and full of attitudes. To include the manager like seriously these are the people you hired. Seems like you have a bunch of drug addicts work and making food. The drive through hopper could barely keep their eyes open. Listen I’m in law enforcement I know when people are on dope. I made sure I took my family out of this drug infested business you have who knows what the owners do for a living nothing but
Illegal activity seems like the may be cooking other than burgers and shakes . Will contact my department on any where about . Good day please don’t contact me.

Sonic Drive-In advertisement not taken down

I stopped at the location 4504 Challenger Ave. Roanoke Va today 10/19. I seen a sign, actually 2 signs saying Hotdogs for a dollar. I didn't pay attention to the date. I ordered 6 coney hotdogs. The guy came back and said "that was yesterday". I didn't say anything I ordered something else but after I left I thought about it. I have work in customer service and I have worked retail. If we was to leave a sign up of a sale it didn't matter if it was over with we had to give it to the customer. Management should have removed those signs the end of that night or before you opened this morning. I never got a notice about it and I have the app on my phone. It is just irritating to see a sign still up because the date is much smaller that everything else on those signs.
Just wanted to give you an FYI that maybe someone should take the sign down as soon as the sale ends.

Sonic Drive-In sonic drive in dothan alabama

I stopped at a sonic in Dothan Alabama with my daughter and two grandchildren who wanted blue oceanwater and cheese sticks very badly..I pulled in and hit the button and 20 mins went by and we still had not gotten waited on! I was very, very upset I had never had that happen before and I'm in all the time some times 3 times in a day.. my grandchildren were crying and very unhappy because they could not get what they wanted..after waiting that long we left and went to McDonald's and I was not happy because I don't like their food...so to say the least no one was very happy and I was very put out by sonic that day..and we do not live in Dothan Alabama so it was not likely that I would be back later that day .so on that visit to town with my grands was not the joy it should have been and they are 2 1/2, and 3 1/2 man we're they upset..

Sonic Drive-In getting what I ordered

I hate to complain but as you see on my receipt I ordered three chili dogs and I trusted sonic to have the three chili dogs in the bag, but when I got home I discovered there where only two, I live with a starving college boy who was hungry for two chili dogs and I also wanted one so now we did not have enough for the both of us if you can see my dilemma

Sonic Drive-In service

I will not be visiting your Tascosa Road location again. The manager Megan is very rude. I asked about another employee (Marie.) She then proceeds to trash talk her. Marie is very friendly, and always helps others. I went back to the office and several of my co-workers feel the same. I guess you can’t teach manners. I think they make the perfect team. I also ask Marie about Megan. The answer is NEVER rude. She talks about how she (Megan) is going to college and will make a great business owner one day. She might need to take an etiquette class.

They really shouldn't be discussing their coworkers at all and you shouldn't be asking about them either. They work in retail and communications with customers should be related to the business.

Sonic Drive-In not having order replaced as promised by manager

I visited the Bonner Springs KS Sonic on 10/12/17 at 5:08pm. I ordered 2 carhop specials; 1 with bacon and tater tots and one with grilled onion only and onion rings. When we got home, I noticed that they did not give me my bacon which I had paid for. I called and spoke with the manager on duty and she even remembered the order. She apologized and said that she would replace the entire order next time that I was in. We can back on Tuesday 10/17/17 around 6:10pm. When I told them what had happened, they could find nothing in their book and they sent a man out to my car telling me that the manager that was on duty that day was inside and she did not remember ever saying that she would replace an order and she wrote nothing in the book so for the most part they accused me of lying. To say the least, I was very pissed off with the whole situation for not being believed and indicating with the wording being said that I was lying... For $7.41 cents... I said some not so nice words and left.
I have been losing respect for Sonic through the years anyway due to no consistency between locations, but to be called a liar in not so many words takes the cake!

Sonic Drive-In someone spitting in my cup

I've written, emailed and spoke to two people at the corporate office and still haven't had any type contact from anyone to address my complaint of a Sonic employee spitting in my cup. I have video footage that is going viral on social media of the complete negligence of the drive in management who tried to cover up the whole ordeal. Sonic Drive-In bacon/cheese croissant

Went to our local Sonic in Gravette, Ar. on Sunday Oct. 15th. It was between 8:30-9am. We ordered a sausage toaster, a bacon/cheese croissant with the bacon well done, 1 coffee and a Rt 44 unsweet tea for which we had a coupon for. We were on a limited time schedule and it took awhile to get our food. When we did get it we headed to our appointment. The only thing that was correct was the toaster sandwich. The tea tasted very old ( i get tea at this Sonic all the time so I know what it is supposed taste like. It was undrinkable. Our coffee was cold and the worst part was the croissant. Not only did they make the bacon well done but they cooked the egg so long that it was hard and rubbery. It was dark brown instead of yellow. We drove back to Sonic and asked to have the sandwich remade. My husband said he could deal with the cool coffee and since we had a coupon for the tea I didn't ask for a new one esp if it was going to taste bad again. The car hop came out a few moments later and asked if I wanted the egg well done. That is when true frustration started. I told her that I only asked for the bacon to be cooked well done not anything else on the sandwich. We were so late by this time that I just asked for our money back. What a horrible experince. I don't know what was going on that morning with the workers/management but it needs to be looked into. By the way we ended up being half an hour late for our appointmen. Not cool!
