Sonic Drive-In double cheeseburger

Last Thursday evening I ordered a double cheeseburger from the Sonic in Keller, TX to go. Once home, the patties where very hard and cold. They obviously had been a warming drawer way too long and were awful, not up to Sonic standards at all. I was hungry, and I ate only half the burger before I could not stand to put in my mouth. I got a stomach bug, diarrhea, and felt awful for the next three days. Tell your operators to monitor there beef and when they make a hamburger to make as if they had to eat it themselves.

Sonic Drive-In lack of customer service and no supervision

On feb 10th at 2537 bemiss road valdosta ga 31602... on multiple occasions going thru the drive thru the black girl her name was ebony was very hostile and rude, this last occasion we had gotten our food and was missing some chili cheese tots and some regular tots when we went back up there with receipt in hand she basically acccused us over trying to get more food and being dishonest... another lady came out and diffused the situation and gave us the missing food... iv never left a bad review at a fast food place before but this is a small town and we have values and it really leaves a bad taste in mouth knowing this girl is working at an establishment that deals with the public... very bad for bussiness sonic!

Sonic Drive-In banana split

After coming home and anxiously waiting to eat my banana split, I was very disappointed. I had eaten the end with the strawberry and then went on to the chocolate part. I went to take the spoon out with the chocolate and there was something hanging from the spoon. I took a napkin and pulled out a long strand of hair. Of course I threw the rest of the banana split away. I do not complain very often but now I am not sure if I want to continue eating at your establishment. Are not hairnets enforced? Sorry for the complaint.

Sonic Drive-In respect from managers and other coworkers

I have been working for multiple sonic drive ins since the age of 18 and this is the only sonic I have worked at that has disrespected me so much that I am pushed to the point that I have to call my husband in tears because of my managers and coworkers disrespecting me.. I have always enjoyed working for sonic but this location has been the worst sonic I have ever worked for and the most disrespectful towards myself, and my family.. I have tried to tell the store manager but he does nothing about it and says that its my fault.. I did not know where else to go so thats why I am making a formal complaint.. I would really like to talk to someone about this matter

Sonic Drive-In manager

I was waiting to see if our supervisor was going to do anything about one of our managers judy head getting physical with a coworker of mine. As usual she did not get in any kind of trouble. I have been working at this location for a long time and judy has gotten physical with several employees.. All of color. She is a white lady to better make sense. Several complaints have been made towards her to our supervisor about her being physical towards us, throwing food at us, cussing us out, calling us [censor], and [censor] you.. Yall are all worthless, hurry the [censor] up.
On her really bad days not allowing us to drink water. I have to stand up now and hopefully make a change. I witnessed her get physical with one of our best employees. She is hispanic. She has always picked on her.. I believe she may be racist she will bring snacks for everyone to eat on but as soon as she goes to get one she will snatch it from her.. Which is so unethical, this coworker of mine has expressed her concerns with our supervisor but of course he ignores it. Back to the point she made some fudge said it was for everyone I told her try a piece as soon as she did. Our manger came behind her shoved her and than grabbed her from behind trying to take the piece of fudge away from her hand. My coworker told her do not touch me again and she immediately went to our supervisor and told him that she will not touch her again. Yes, he spoke with her but that is as far as it went. Knowing if any employee were to have shoved him they would have immediately been fired. She is way out of hand. And they are allowing it. Bully is the only word for it. Please please do something! There are cameras! It happened feb. 7 between 12:00 -12:20 lunch run.

Sonic Drive-In service

Went to the sonic in Bald Knob Arkansas, pushed the red button, and the button activated sign showed on screen. I sat there 12 min, watched three of the 6 cars that were there have the same bad service and leave. I mean if you are short handed at least have the common curtesy to let people know. I love both the Sonics in Searcy Arkansas, but honestly have always had bad service at Baldknob. I will never be back to the Baldknob sonic. February 7 at 7:15 pm is when this happened.

Sonic Drive-In health hazards

Desperate for help. The breakfast manager, Judy Head, has been allowed to disobey safety hazard rules for years. She claims the supervisor, Michael Morse, knows about it and does not care. Which, in fact is accurate. Not only has employees brought it to his attention but, so have other managers. Michael simply brushes it under the rug. The owner Lou Morse has witnessed her cigarette ash tray within 10 feet of the kitchen and on several accounts refused to say anything to Judy Head. Judy wipes her mouth with kitchen rags on whatever station she is working on and proceeds to clean her station with it. She leaves her hair without being tied up until the next manager comes in. There has been several occasions where customers and employees have found her hair in their food. The auditor from NSF also found her hair inside one of the sanitizer buckets. When brought to her attention she argues back denies it and responds with, "Where's the DNA?" The other main issue that is disturbing about the breakfast manager is her being allowed to smoke her multiple cigarettes during breakfast not even 10 feet from the kitchen and as an order comes in she handles customers food without washing her hands. There have been several complaints of customers getting sick. Enough is enough. The customers that come through there are so kind and we receive a lot of the elderly. Some of the employees that have been working there awhile have developed a more so personal relationship with them because of that they know that some of the customers that come through there are allergic to either cigarettes or cigarette smoke. The majority of the employees are indeed afraid to speak up due to the several attempts of trying to bring awareness to the supervisor. The breakfast manager and supervisor have more of a friendship type of relationship rather than employee to employee relationship. The fear comes from if one were to speak up than they would get into trouble or fired. A video has been attached hopefully to bring attention to someone with higher power to bring a stop to this. It is disheartening knowing why some of the customers are getting sick after eating food at this location. Thank you so much for your time.

Sonic Drive-In sonic app

Hi, my name is Monique, I have a complaint about the Sonic App. I have been signed up for a while and last night when I submitted my Credit Card info and saved it I was logged out. I have tried to log in multiple times and either I put in the wrong email or password. So I asked clicked on forgot password and then put in my email [protected]@yahoo.com and it says the there will be a temp password sent to me and I never received it. I've tried many times and ways to log in but nothing, since I put in my Credit Card info. Please help.

Sonic Drive-In yakima sonic food and employees

So i went to sonic which i love love love and i got a chicken stip meal it was a refrigerator cold so i figue everyone has a off day so i called and told the manager then again i go back to give it another shot i got wing poppers and asked for ranch she was extremely rude and insisted it was a dollar for ranch for my wings which was fine but she was rude. So i come back ANOTHER TIME and i got cold chicken again and i had had it so i called the manager and she laughed at me. It was miserable and stupid and ive worked in food so if they wete having a night they couldve said so then she continues to tell her co workers and hang up. Sonic Drive-In hair in food

Ordered a Jr. Breakfast burrito and a Lil Cheesy potato burrito. I was half way through my first burrito (Jr. breakfast) when I felt something strange in my mouth. When I removed it there was a 4 inch hair that was cooked into my eggs. I have attached several pictures of the hair that was in my food. You will notice it on my receipt. I will also post this on your social media sites and I feel this was highly repulsive.

Sonic Drive-In I bought a gift card as a christmas gift, it was not loaded. balance $0

I stopped at the Concordia, KS Sonic in December 2017 to buy a $50.00 gift card as a Christmas gift for my in-laws. I paid with a $50 dollar bill. I guess I should have checked the balance before leaving. My in-laws just tried to use the card last Sunday January 21, 2018 and they were told there was no balance on the card. I proceeded to bring it home, register it on line and checked the balance. It also said $0 balance. Apparently the card was never loaded. VERY DISAPPOINTED! We all love Sonic but that's $50 we are out unless you are able to settle this. Thanks so much for your time and attention to this matter.

Sonic Drive-In my drink

I went to the Sonic on Memorial Drive and I asked for a cranberry juice and the lady told me that they didn't carry cranberry juice but I went to the same Sonic less than a week ago and got a cranberry juice from there when the car hop came to the car I asked her about the cranberry juice and did she take my order she didn't take my order but she told me that they did have what I wanted and got what I wanted straight but the fact that we only ordered 4 drinks and it took us 20 minutes to get them really got me heated

Sonic Drive-In half price cheeseburgers

I was liking the half price shakes I always get a text for half price days so I went to the sonics in Aurora Colorado and went through the drive through the guy said I have to buy a number one to get half price cheeseburgers these people were hustling the customers total bust don't even want to go near a sonics again family and friends either I even was at a Walmart and the check out service member said she was disappointed also she wanted a half price cheeseburger

Sonic Drive-In unprofessional management

Hello, I am currently an employee at store# 3771 ( Lamar Alexander Parkway, Maryville Tn).

I have worked for sonic now for roughly 6 months & have worked extremely hard to work my way up & do my part to make it to car hop to only be treated very unfairly by the management staff who is currently in control of hiring. There have been many of my days taken away from me & given to other staff because there, it's all about favorites. I don't mean that in a way of, I "Think" they have favorites. I've seen it happen, I have watched co-workers who have quit, & later come back to work here (because there be job didn't work out) take back their old schedule that I moved into (because they quit) & my days be taken away right in front of my face. The employees tell the manager what days to give them as car hops & he accommodates. Then the ones who were originally suppose to have those days are just cut.. That in no way shape or form is professional & I was always raised that you work your way up in the workplace, it isn't just handed to you.

I'm an extremely hard worker, I come to work with a smile on my face ready to work & enjoy the job but, then I get my hours cut & shifts taken away from me because certain people are managers favorites & when I say they don't hide it, I mean that to every sense of the word. I've considered quitting & going somewhere else where I'm more appreciated as a worker but I truly love my job there & thought that just maybe this manager was a professional one. I don't feel that anybody should have to worry about being treated this way in the workplace. I am hoping that by sending this email that someone there at cooperate would possibly talk with the manager at my store in hopes of getting my shifts given back to me rather than taking them away because their favorite employee came back to work there. That's extremely unprofessional & not fair. I can't imagine that anyone there at cooperate would want this to continue.

Sonic Drive-In why I am on the non-rehire list

I use to work at sonic in the past and as long as I work at sonic on S post oak. This sonic been in robbery three time since I been their the second time it happen the manger blame it on me. Which I had nothing to do with. So I guess the GM, and supervisor.. Believe the manger... I were shock when it happens. At first they were going to fire me and then.. The GM just took me off the schedule. As I told her I be paying rent... She didn't care a week before she hire two dudes.. To replace me and my brother... I never thought racism will exist in situation like this. So I had quite... And had to find another job at jack in the box.. I'm still upset about that... If I had the money I will have took them to court... When your powerless... You get no hearing.. But when you have the power. You can take advantage of any situation... Just like they did me.. If you ever been in sisuation like this... Pray... And wish for the best... Cause hatred, and racism... I don't condone (god bless me Amen)

Sonic Drive-In discontinued croissonic breakfast sandwich

I travel in my RV full-time and have stopped at numerous Sonic Drive-In's across the USA. I enjoy the CroisSONIC® Breakfast Sandwich but most of the Sonic's I've stopped at no longer have this on their order board, and when I asked about it, I was told that they no longer serve this item, even though it shows up on their website.

I ordered the Breakfast Toaster which is the only other Breakfast Sandwich available and found that more times than not, the bread is hardly toasted and is very soggy.

The quality control on food temperature is lacking, as many times I will be waiting 15-20 minutes or more for my order, (even when there are only 1 or 2 other cars) and now, not only is the product soggy, it's cold; which tells me that my food was sitting for quite awhile before I received it.

I used to go to Burger King for their Breakfast Croissant Sandwich, but liked your CroisSONIC® Breakfast Sandwich so much better because you toast the croissant. If individual Sonic's are randomly allowed to discontinue this item, then Sonic has just taught me that it is a waste of time to stop at any Sonic, as menu items may vary, and are not consistent.

However, based on my experience of driving through every state, I know for certain that I can stop at any Burger King in the US and get a hot Breakfast Croissant and not have to worry if it will be on the menu or not.

Sonic Drive-In Food request

I go to the sonic near my house frequently and it seems that my order is wrong more times than not, and I have to wait upwards of 20 minutes for my order. I ordered a chicken sandwich today with no mayo and extra pickles. When I got home and opened it, it had mayo and no pickles. I frequent this restaurant because I enjoy the food and it isn't convenient. I just thought you should know.

Sonic Drive-In employee

There is one individual employee at the Seneca Kansas drive in that literally NEVER lets me order what I ALWAYS get from every sonic I have ever been too. There is only 3 things that I actually order off the menu and I get them the same way EACH TIME. I order a peanut butter shake and add in cookie dough bites. Therefore I pay the 60 cents or whatever it is for the add in candys so it shouldn't be a problem for me to get them the way I want. Which is just in a shake. I order it as a shake because the shakes are so thick that you have to eat it with a spoon anyway, and I like it that way. And I don't like ice cream at all. I just like shakes. But it's really frustrating how there is only one employee in the whole building that is always there that tells me he can't do that. So.

Sonic Drive-In ice cream

1-7-18 went to sonic for ice cream took them 15 minutes to bring the order, ice cream was melted, asked the car hop to take it back and redo please, I was told " that is how we make shakes" if you want them thicker, order the cluster ones, they are only 2 dollars more, but they taste better...so I have to bye what they want?...that is crazy...she took them to redo...a manger came back 15 minutes later and said, when ever you want a thicker shake say so when you order. We took our shakes and left...come to find out they were the same one at the beginning...we got home and put them in the freezer for a while. what a rip off we got just melted drinks...will never go back to SONIC!

Sonic Drive-In I am complaining about closing before advertised closing time

This makes the 3rd time I've been to Sonic in Many, Louisiana and they stop selling food early. They say they close at 11p.m. But when I pulled up to order they say they are only selling drinks and ice cream. Notice the time I send this, and they won't serve me food when I hurried to get there after work. I'm very upset about this situation. Please get this resolved so people like myself won't be disappointed anymore.
