Sonic Drive-In bad food and unfriendly service

On August 10th 2017 around 6:00 pm I went to the drive up at Sonic in Colby Kansas. I ordered 1 plain bacon cheese burger with small tater tots and then a foot long chillie cheese hot dog with large tater tots and a large cherry limeade to go. Got home and looked at the food and the bacon cheese burger with tots was fine but the foot long chillie cheese hot dog was all messed up. The foot long was sticking an inch out of the bun and there was hardly any chillie or cheese on the hot dog. The tater tots had a piece of chicken in it. Person that served the food was not friendly at all. Below I posted two photos of the food. I'm not looking for any refunds or free handouts, just to get this fixed so I can continue to eat there.

Sonic Drive-In premade food stored and waiting to be served to customers

I went to Sonic in Manor, TX located at 11215 US Highway 290 East on 8/9/2017 and ordered the #7 (footlong coney meal) with tater tots, sweet tea with lemon and a small chocolate shake. The person that took my order and brought my order out was very courteous and exhibited excellent customer service.
I checked my order before I left. my tater tots were cold and the bun to my coney on both sides was rock hard "no lie". I pressed the button and called for a manager to come out. I explained the situation. She took my order and brought out another that was fresh. I asked her to explain what happened. She explained the cook had pre-made the footlong before I arrived and ordered it and had it placed in the toaster waiting for someone to order it. So that is what is was served. I will never spend my money with this location ever again. There are very few food places in manor, TX but I will certainly bypass this place.

Sonic Drive-In service was very unprofessional by a manager

Pull up to the window at Sonic on August 9th between 8:53 am and 9:00am..my husband and I ordered the super sonic burrito meal and a sausage toaster meal..I asked the manager for a ranch pack she said that she is gonna charge me $0.25 well I used to work Sonic and I believe it was the first one free and everyone after that $0.25 she continue to argue with me we left it alone ask the manager for a receipt and she asks why! very rudely I said excuse me so she proceeds to write my tag number down and call the police on us .. I never got my receipt and never got no napkins or Mint or even any sauce for my husband's burrito

Sonic Drive-In drive in

Why was the Sonic Drive In closed in Clemson SC?
Will it open some where else in Clemson or Near y? we have enjoyed this Sonic many times and hope it is going to be opening again some where else close. If not in Clemson, Seneca SC would be nice.

Sonic Drive-In 83rd and union hills location

They do a half [censor] job on the food either ice cream or food not fully cooked and I'm getting sick of it something needs to be done about this location and I'm tired of getting ripped off on what I pay for and all employees are not friends or professional they don't smile and some are just plain down rude and I've been dealing with this for awhile .

Sonic Drive-In poor customer service and quality of food

My husband and I placed an order at the sonic drive in at the"Annaville" corpus Christi, Texas location today. Not only did we have to wait over 20 minutes for us to receive our order but when we did, the food was not only cold but wrong. Not to mention my shake was already melted. Now, when I went to return the food our car hop, Ralph was super sweet and willing to help. I told him we just wanted or money back because we were upset. I informed him that wanted to keep our drinks, even though they were melted. The mananger in charge, Jessiqua came out with attitude from the start. She told me that I needed to give back the drinks to give s full refund. I told her we would pay for them. She wanted to charge us oober $6 for the drinks. No courtesy for a discount for messing up our order and us being upset. So, I brought back the drinks and said to just give me the full refund. The manager was rolling her eyes. So, they gave me a refund but wouldn't give me a receipt showing they gave me one. I told them I wanted one to show that I got a refund and I wanted to receipt to show what I had ordered. There was an off duty manger there that was trying his hardest to offer me help but another manager came out telling me she could not give me a receipt due to their policy. The off duty manger told her to make me a copy and she raised her voice at him stating, "this is my customer, not yours. Let me handle it" . He was showing great customer service for the lack of food quality and customer service. She did let me take a picture. All I wanted was my money back and some type of "understand" or "compassion" for messing up my order. Instead, Jessiqua was absolutely rude and had lack of customer service. She doesn't need to be a manager.

Sonic Drive-In product and service

Drink was all carbonation and no soda flavor at all. Food was put into the bag without proper packaging.
When we called the store to fix the problem they picked up the phone and without saying anything, hung up on us twice. The restaurant was not very busy when we went, but food and drinks still came out as if workers were intentionally being lazy and uncaring of thier place of work.

Sonic Drive-In service

Terrible service. Waited 10 minutes and still didnt receive my order of 1 drink and only 3-4 cars. Not busy at all. Not the first time and will not return to this sonic EVER! I buy at least 1-3 sonic drinks every day, and have for years. I use to go to this sonic all the time but quit due to service problems. They either take way too long, forget to bring my order, or bring me sour tea! I started using another one with no problems but was close to the Nederland one today so i went there. 10 minutes after pushing the button i still had no drink (only ordered 1 tea) so i cancelled, let them know how mad i was and told them i will never be back! They have a great location but terrible service. I actually drive out of my way just for 1 drink because of their service!

Sonic Drive-In service jasper tx

I went to sonic drive inn in Jasper Tx today Thursday August 8 2017. When I got there I had a fairly simple meal. I asked for a number 3 mayo no onions with a large cheese tot, and a large fanta orange slush with vanilla. The person on the switchboard was rude, they tried to add an extra drink to my meal, tried saying my #3 order was $12, asked me twice how I wanted my burger, and then I waited 30 minutes to not get my order. I had to call back in so I'm guessing she didn't put my order thru. I told her I've been waiting a long time for my order on stall #35. She popped an attitude again, asked me how I wanted the burger again twice, then didn't read my order back to me. I finally got my food after having to reorder and they didn't do their job. I was wasting my gas and had to wait 45 minutes. I was on stall 35 around 4:15 pm. Very upset! Very poor service and thinkin bout not goin back up there for a long time.

Sonic Drive-In chicken sandwich

As a fast food establishment how can you possibly justify a TEN MINUTE wait on a featured menu item? If you have to cook chicken to temp I get it as a food service worker... But a ten minute wait during peak dinner hours? If product isn't moving fast enough to stay fresh then take it off your menu! Its not like I can call ahead to place a pick up order. Its fast food!

Sonic Drive-In bug in my slushy

I purchased my Route 44 Strawberry and Peach slushy during happy hour which in my location is between the hours of 2:00 pm and 5:00pm on August 2, 2017 from the Sonic Drive-In located at 2120 Sparkman Drive NW Huntsville, Al. I drunk a little less than half of my slushy that day and saved the rest for the following day without opening the top at all. On August 3, 2017 I took the top off of my slushy cup and was eating it and then realized there was a small white particle in it so I took pictures and took it out with my finger and placed it on a napkin to look a bit closer and realized it had ridges on it as a small insect would. I called the location I purchased it from and spoke with the manager explaining when I purchased it and what I saw. She told me to bring the slushy back for her to look at as well. I placed the creature back in it and drove to the location. The manager looked in the cup and stated, " It looks like a pulp from a strawberry." I began to explain I took it out earlier on the napkin and can tell its a type of small insect. She stated, " What would you like me to do? Give you another one?" I said, " There should be more done about this because hopefully I don't get sick or it happens to anyone else." She stated, "I can give you another one." I told her, "That's fine and I'll report it." She did replace it with a brand new slushy in a new cup, however I feel more should have been done or she should have been more concerned because if any illness approaches she or her store could be held liable. I have usually always had good service at this location no issues with the quality or taste of any products I have purchased. I feel there needs to be an inspection with either the strawberries, food products, food preparation process or cleanliness of this location to prevent any further issues as such or even a year's worth of free slushes would be greatly appreciated.

Sonic Drive-In the service and management

I was just there and I'm so unhappy I will NEVER go back. First off the manager that was there. A short man dark hair about 40-45 . I ordered a milkshake. When it came to the car with the rest of our food. I realized there was a small tine drop off whipped cream. He was out front waiting on a lady that was really unhappy with her Service. I waited my turn and got his attention. His attitude right from the start was not professional. he sounded very rude and all I did was ask for more whipped cream. I said there's like no whipped cream on here can I.. before I finished he said it's right there. Which I realized there a a drop. I said does it look like the pictures all over the place. He ripped the cup out of my hand and said what is the shake? I said all I want is more whipped cream you don't need to remake it. He went in side a put another drop on. I'm sorry it happens so often that it looks one way in the pictures and on your commercials but in reality when you get there it looks nothing like that. I know it's just whipped cream and I know he was probably not have a good day but come on. I'm so not happy with the service and management at the stelzer Rd location I may never go back. You really need your food to look like the pictures. And you need your managers to treat the costumers right.

Sonic Drive-In package delivery

Our package delivery person does not check to see if we are home first, to deliver our packages. At least 5 times people have been home when we get the delivery notice that says "No Answer" as to the reason it wasn't delivered. Today both my husband and I were home and no one rang or knocked on the door. Often we need the package that day, but have to wait until the afternoon of the following day to pick it up.

My dog will bark to alert us, as well, if the doorbell rings or someone knocks. She didn't bark at all this morning. I do not know if there are different people in south Lethbridge who deliver packages, but the person out today is not doing their job. Please rectify this. Thank you.

Sonic Drive-In employees

The sonic on hwy 61 north in vicksburg is really pathetic if you aren't being waited on by a rude employee your getting something you did not order! or if you order it a certain way they wont do it some people dont like certain things or are allergic to certain things. It never fails we always give in and try to give chance after chance and today (one of several trips for drinks etc each week) is order a burger with no lettuce and guess what was piled high on the burger! lettuce i am so over the rudeness at this location and receiving the wrong stuff in my order. I will always give a bad survey as long as this is happening. Get some people that want to work no one wants to be approached by a frown or someone that does not say thank you back! rude rude rude

i am or should say was a regular custermer.. 2 times a day friday sat
and sunday.. and everyday throughout the week, on the way home.. they never get my drink right ..i all ways ask for lite ice 6 times in a row i have sent the drink back to much ice... that sonic has lost my bessness..average of 10 plus dallors every time thats over a hundered every week.. hate to not stop there because its close to home.. they refuse to get my order right i have no problem stopping eles where.. wendys just down the street has no problem with lite ice, or mcdonalds etc... keith hatton

my drink.. i am a regular custermer..i send over a hundered dallors a week.. it is close to my home.. because this sonic never does as i ask for light ice.. and i have sent yhe last 6 drinks back ...
this sonic will not have my bessness anymore.. other fast food places will have no problem when someone askes for lite or no ice.. thats sad. [protected]

Sonic is downright shameful!
Is this how Sonic teaches young folks to post when they are "bored?" This person needs to rethink what he says on Facebook where thousands of young people see and take from a lot of things they see and read. I have blocked this from my facebook. I am a Christian and up until now have always supported Sonic Drive-In. This is just ludicrous. If he is this bored maybe you ought to let him have a permanent vacation or at least retrain this individual and the others that have decided to make their comments read and seen by others. I hope you get this type of thing resolved. My church members and our young people will seek to go elsewhere. I honestly hope this young man learns from his awful comment to be seen by millions of people.

Sonic Drive-In service/lack of service.

I was at my local Sonic this afternoon (Howell, NJ). My family and I have been there many, many times. After today, I will probably not be going back. I pulled up to the drive thru, the car of me sat there for 10 minutes with no help so I went to a box instead. Only 2 other cars in boxes. Took 5 minutes for a response to pressing button. I ordered 4 shakes and a hot dog. After 20 minutes, I pressed button again. I asked about my order. I got a really nasty response from your employee. She said, " You gotta wait. We are very short handed and I can't get to you yet!" I told her to cancel my order that I needed to leave. Next time my family wants shakes, there is a Chick-fil-a a half mile down the road.

Sonic Drive-In former employee

Hi, I am a former worker of Sonic and I have had a very repulsive, unprofessional, and emotionally distressing work experience. It all started yesterday, when I arrived to work I was meet with no working boxes, I told a manager several times but no one gave me any help. I then proceed to continue working when an in and out signal. I then got a call from a stall event though I was working at drive thou. I did not understand proceed to tell a manager when I then had a in and out reception of the person. The manager told to me go out and take the order face to face even though I was only suppose to be on drive n thou. I then went out to tell the woman that the box disconnected and if I could help her. She then went to tell me that someone had cursed at her, and that it was me. I told her that the boxes were not working that could not have been possible since I was unable to hear her in any way, shape, or form as my box was not working, which why I came out to take her order. The manager gives me another box and tells me to go on drive thou again. In this situation, I was yet again unable to hear or have any connection with anyone. I was then pulled aside and abruptly taken off box. A few minutes later, I was on break. I then went to sit outside to be talked to by a manager to tell me that I was taken off box because of a complaint by a customer that an employee used cursed while being in connection with her. She said that the exact sentence was, "what the hell". Something I infect had not said or would have been able to say as I was not even in full connection with the woman. She then told me that a lot of wrong orders came in and that they were my fault since I worked on drive thou. I then told her that the boxes were unresponsive and often in and out, something that I had made her aware of. She told me she knew and that it was there fault and that she would try to fix it. The manager, Rush, then told me that I could leave. The next day I arrived to a completely rude and emotionally hurting work place. Rush, the manager, was so rude with me the whole day to the point where I physically could not breathe.She could so much emotional distress that I suffered from a fully panic attack once leaving work. She used every thing I did to single me out and bully me. She first commented on my uniform saying I did not have a hat, when I was not provided with one. She commented on me not calling out orders, when I infect had been until she told me I was too loud and to stop. She made me leave a busy drive thou order station to pour milk into the milkshake machine, and then proceed to yell at me for making a mess as I was trying to take an order. She yelled at me for not making drinks fast enough when told me to make drinks and take orders and told employees not help me when there over six cars at the drive thou. She screamed at me for trying to add sprinkles to ice cone, being a new employee I was unaware that there were not sprinkles. She screamed at me for taking an order and trying to add cheese, stating there was no smoked cheese, when I infect made a mistake and told her the woman just wanted cheese of any kind. They kept me to 11:30 and when I told the manager I had to leave as my only form of transportation was here. He yelled at me for leaving. I have had the worst work experience. The employees, especially the managers, are completely unprofessional and have cause me great distressed and have triggered me to have a fully panic attack twice in one day. My resolution would be to have my check infect mailed to my house so I no longer have to be in contact with anyone from that restaurant. The restaurant is also completely dirty as there are flies everywhere and they go into the ice sometimes. The manager sticks his hand into the communal ice for the drinks and no one wear a hair net or gloves of any sort.

Sonic Drive-In onion rings

I went to sonic(3308 N Main, Roswell NM)and purchased Combo Meal(this was take-out). When I got home I could not believe what I saw. My onion rings were hard as hell and burnt. How could you allow your service workers to sell such disgusting food. I also am a manager of Taco Bell here in Roswell, NM and this type of service is highly prohibited. We the people work hard for our money and expect to get high quality food!

Sonic Drive-In chicken sandwich and fries.

My chicken sandwhich is soggy and old and tastes burnt. And it is also not how I asked them to dress it. The fries are cold and soggy. Also half burnt. The person who took my order was short and rude. I asked for ketchup and did not receive it. Very dissatisfied. I eat at sonic at a minimum of four times a week and I have never gotten this quality of food.
