Sonic Drive-In didn't get a large order of tots in my bag

Ok so I went to Sonic tonight and I ordered a 5 pc chicken tenders meal, with a large order of chili cheese tots and and large coke and a shake. I didnt receive a receipt when he gave me my food, and I just wanted to get home and eat and go to bed because it was late. Well, I drive all the way home, which is about 25 minutes away, and go to eat and see there are no chili cheese tots in my bag, just a box of 5 tenders, a piece of toast, and 1 onion ring. I tried to call the restaurant and no answer. They are now closed because it's after 1am. I'm upset that I paid $12 for what I got.

Sonic Drive-In the store

Was in Benton Harbor Sonic April 5th 2018.
First off we pull in and this place looks like it is closed. The open sign was not even on.
Second, this pace is dirty as hell. The trash cans have food all over the tops and sides.
Third, the lady at the counter looks as if she is fighting to put a smile on her face for being in the worst job of her life.
No condiments in the dining area, no napkins no nothing. Order double bacon burger with no pickle and no tomato, what do I get... burger, cheese, bacon, bun and some brown butt lettuce. Got to twist someone's arm to get some ketchup for a burger or fries.
NEVER going back to this place. Will be letting everyone I know and already filed a complaint with the health department and the state of michigan. This place was terrible.

Sonic Drive-In food

I went to sonic at 4305 hixson pike and I orederd some cheese fries and they gave me cheese tots so i gave it back fir them to fix it. They fixed my order and after i ate them i found a piece of hair in my mouth that came from the cheese fries. I am very dissappointed because the lady had an attitude and i found hair in my mouth. I love eating sonic but dont think i would wanna eat there again.

Sonic Drive-In service

Sorry to inform I order at 9:36 pm on the 1st of April and it's 10:50 pm and I still haven't received my order and I paid for in full, by swiping my card. I had to call and remind them that I'm still waiting and that it's been over an hour, then when they brought the food out it was the wrong order, so now I'm waiting even longer. This is uncalled for.

Sonic Drive-In food and staff

The Sonic in newbern tn is terrible. I've had so much problems with that location. My drinks being flat or overly carbonated. My food being cold or poorly put together. I just had an experience where my burgers were actually burnt and the cheese was cold. The presentation of the food was less than poor. And even after letting them know what they brought out the 2nd time was no better. I don't want to have to keep putting money towards this establishment for the food and drinks to not be up to standard.

Sonic Drive-In will not answer the phone

The sonic in my town will not answer the phone. We are a small town and it is easier to order ahead of time and just pick it up on the way to work. I have tried several times this week to call and place and order and so has some of my co workers. This has happening in the mornings and at lunch time. My friend was at sonic this morning at the same time I was trying to call in my order and she stated there was only four cars there at the time.

They need to be able to answer the phone for order!

Sonic Drive-In way too long a wait and then order was wrong.

My husband and I went by the Sonic to get a quick bite before going to church. We ordered a pretzel twist without salt, a corny dog and a large Dr. Pepper. After waiting for about 15 minutes and no food we called back in they said it would be right out. When it finally came there was no corny dog, the pretzel had salt on it. The Dr. Pepper was RIGHT this was a very simple order. The delivery person said we didn't order a corny dog but we did. After this long wait we had to get to church so we took the drink and the salted pretzel and left. Not pleased at all. The Sonic was not busy with customers when we were there so I don't know what kind of party was going on on the inside, but customer service was not on the menu.

Sonic Drive-In service

I ordered $16.96 of food from the 1340 25th street sonic and did not get my tater tots or any catsup you would think that if you order $16.96 of food you would get all of it I will never go back to that sonic again I will let other people I know not to go either I think I should get all of my order replaced I have my receipt I am 20 miles away to go back and get it please help me out thanks. Sonic Drive-In service

I went to the sonic on 8126 lake june rd. Dallas tx 75217. On March 26 2018. I was ordering and they took someone's order I waited for 30 mins. An no food. I press the button again and they said no order was taken. They did not have any chicken, ice cream machine was down. And no medium cups. Instead of giving me a large and charging me a medium they charge me a medium and gave me a small. Can I please get a respond to this matter

Sonic Drive-In burgers and master shakes and the hops / order takers

Hi. Tonight was the date of the incident March 25, 2018, at the 193rd and admiral drive-in and the complaint is this: I ordered a Oreo cookie peanut butter master shake and that is not what I got. Now, what I got was a watered-down version with little to no cookie dough nor did I get any oreo cookies. Not to mention the person taking the order kept asking me to wait a minute ma'am, wait for just one-minute ma'am ! he kept saying rather exasperatingly as if I had interrupted something rather important he was seeing to in the kitchen? Ordering? Another person hopped on there and for her I had to explain not only the quantity of what I was ordering but what exactly was in the Oreo cookie peanut butter master shake and then the extra ingredient I wanted added. Cookie dough. I'm the paying customer and I was under the impression that when you hit that red button staff will be ready to take the order of the customer. All I wanted was some cookie dough added the item that was already on the menu. My daughters turned out ok and actually had in it what was promised on the menu. but I'm a bit disappointed. Not to mention not only this location in Catoosa, but then I used to go to the one on memorial in Tulsa every day for lunch but have sworn off that location as well because they don't understand what no sauce of any kind means. They could not, for the life of them, remember or get it right when I would order NO MAYO NO Ketchup no sauce of any kind. Now, I'm used to getting bad service in Oklahoma no matter where I go but ...Not Sonic. It always used to be the place we could count on for good to excellent service and the orders would come out correct and there would be no talking down to us just because we wanted something different added to a shake or drink. Isn't that what Sonic prides itself on is all the different kinds of drinks you can serve the customers and you encourage us to come up with something because you guys can do whatever the customer can dream up? Right? Isn't that one of the things the company has built its business model on? All I want is good service the next time my daughter asks me if we can get a treat from sonic tonight Mom can we? Someone needs to retrain the hops at the memorial location except the one girl, whose name escapes me, who should be training the rest of the locations. She's sweet, kind, and willing to go back and get it right. She's nice and the way she speaks to you doesn't make you feel like she's doing just to get a tip. She's a true treasure and just so I can give her a helpful shout out I'll go by there sometime this week and get her name to give you because she should be the manager or at least assistant manager. She does what no one in the catoosa location can or will do and thats try. It doesn't seem to bother her to actually do the job for which she's getting paid. And I'm assuming its not that great a pay anyway. She trys hard to please and she needs to be commended. Otherwise, I'm not eating anything but the chicken strip dinner as no one seem s to be able to screw that up so far.

Sonic Drive-In master blaster shakes

EVERYTIME my family and I got to sonic to enjoy a master blaster shake or any shake on the menu we are given a regular drinking straw. It is impossible to get the thick made ice cream through that tiny straw. Please update your straws to the wide ones LIKE ALL THE OTHER RESTAURANTS THAT SELL SHAKES! Try traveling from NC to VA with a 3 year old that was just given an M&M master blaster with a tiny straw that he can not suck the ice cream through and hear in a whining crying voice "my straw don't work". Please just update your straws.

Sonic Drive-In customer service

We stopped at sonic in Dover, Tennessee today at 2:20 ordered 1 large ocean water and 1 mini strawberry milkshake. We did not get out order till 2:48! They say they were backed up but I got out to check and there was only 4 other cars besides mine. That is not backed up and we should have not had to wait that long on 2 drinks. Then the carhop bring our order out and the total is 3.98 we handed her a $10 bill and she says I'll be back with your change. She goes back inside and of ten mins later comes back with our change. Now I get that a car hop should not carry large amounts of cash for safety reasons but seriously she didn't have $6.02 in change come on man. They are not doing their job in this location and something should be done about it. It is completely ridiculous that my family and I had to sit there that long over two drinks and our change. I have seen some of the other complaints on here and you have got to be kidding me. Sonic you have got to do better. This service was horrible don't just read this actually send someone to this location and get a handle on your rude employees.

My with has a medical condition that requires using ice daily. You increased your bag of ice to $3.26 a bag.
We go through a bag of ice a day. That now cost us about $115 including tip a month.
Does Sonic offer any programs that would help reduce our cost?

Sonic Drive-In the manager

She was very rude and used abusive language toward my friend I. I simply asked her if I was able to get a discount due to me working at a sonic nearby and she said no and she asked for our names so she could report us to the other sonic and she used very abusive language and yelled at us when we said we should get a 50% discount and was very bratty and b[censor]y. I will never come to this sonic again because of her and I want y'all to know how she treats customers, and I hope y'all do something to fix it.

Sonic Drive-In uncooked burgers

My boyfriend and I went to sonic yesterday morning around 11:30 and both ordered burgers. I ate mine entirely, and he only ate about half of his. He took me home and then went to work. The next morning at about 3:30, I woke up throwing up and having diarrhea. He woke up about an hour later the same way. It was the only thing we had eaten that day, and I know what food poisoning feels like vs the flu. Nobody else in the households are sick. I threw up several times and am still nauseated and he only threw up a few times because he didn't eat the entire burger.

Sonic Drive-In half price hamburgers

If I go in and order a half price hamburger on Tuesday's I save approximately $2.00. Being an old lady on Social Security I do this every few months. Yesterday I wanted to treat myself, so I ordered the half price hamburger meal. Instead of saving about $2.00 it was closer to $.50. Instead of a "meal deal" price, less half the price of the burger... everything is itemized at full price with only the burger at half price. I just think this is a poor business practice. I will continue to buy half price hamburgers only and save my $2.00 thank you very much.

Sonic Drive-In drinks

The sonic in Tacoma on s. Tacoma way

They always [censor] my vanilla creme Dr Pepper up! This recent time I was asked do you want ice cream I said no I want real cream as in I was a Dr Pepper with vanilla flavoring and real cream added not Dr Pepper and Ice cream blended which is what I got not happy will never be going back to this location again. I want new drinks cause I paid for 3 [censor]ed up drinks

Sonic Drive-In service

I have had terrible service at this location all three times I have been there. Today I waited 15 minuets after pushing red button and they never came on to take my order. It did say on the screen that the button was pushed and they would be right with me. This was at 2:00pm and there were only five other cars in the whole lot. The previous times I have been there my fries were ice cold and the hamburger I got was not what I ordered. We have a neighborhood page on Facebook and I see a complaint about how this is the worst sonic at least once a week.

Sonic Drive-In bacon classic

I went to a Sonic in Lebanon Tn. The one on E Main st. I ordered. A Bacon Classic . It came to me with burger black Burned as well as top of bun. I sent kit back only to be replaced by a jr cheese burger.. photos included .. This is the 3rd time this month I've had bad food from this Sonic.Last week I ordered two bagel pretzels and they were totally raw dough inside My biggest problem is every burger I have bought there actually looks like someone has sat on it, they look like nothing what you advertise.. I moved here to Tn from California and I was so wanting Sonic food but I must say I will probably not go back .. Thank You, Cathy Chandler

Sonic Drive-In ice cream

For several months in the summer/fall of 2017 the ice cream machine was broke at the Berberich Rd, Florence ky sonic drive thru. They got a new one a few mo tha ago, I know this because they advertised on their sign.
Today the ice cream machine was broke again. I'm not sure what is more irritating - the 5-10 minute wait or the fact they don't have ice cream.
The employees are friendly but extremely slow.

Sonic Drive-In not providing service

I press the red button to order my meal waited over 5 minutes before I left one car in the Drive-Thru and the other two cars in the parking lot had already received their food 3 carhops were inside at the time plus management and Cooks I used to work at Sonic when I was in high school and it never took us any longer than a few minutes to answer the buzzer it's unacceptable and I ended up going somewhere else to eat because no one answered
