Sonic Drive-In “24 hour” sonic was closed at 4:08 am

I went to the sonic on Westport road at 4 am, google maps said it was open 24 hours, and I doubled checked on the Sonic website to confirm that I wasn't driving half an hour for nothing. When I arrived at the sonic, the lights were on but nobody answered at the drive thru, and didn't answer the phone when I called. Thank god the food truck on the street next to sonic was open or I would've starved.

Sonic Drive-In food

Paid a lot of money for cold food that tasted like it was cooked days ago! Had all kinds of different things mixed together that we didn't order. It has always been a chance when going there but tonight topped it all. They need to be retrained and taught that nobody likes to pay high dollar for cold old food. It's a good way to lose a lot of business.

Sonic Drive-In drive thru service/rudeness

Today 5/24 we pulled up to the drive thru, set there for 8 to 10 minutes. Finally drove up to the window and waited again for someone to open the window. When they did we explained that we would like to order as we were never acknowledged at the drive thru. Instead of apologizing to us for our wait, she turned and made a comment to another employee about us. When asked did she not see us, she said she had alot to do and could not keep track of the camera outside. She took our order and told us our total. When she handed back our change she never even thanked us for our patience in waiting or our purchase. She came back with our food, handed it to us and slammed the window closed. Again, no thank you for your purchase. We go to the Sonic for their soft drinks but due to their rudeness we will not be going back. We live in a very small town and are willing to pay their high prices, but with that should come some appreciation for the fact that we go there. If there was ever an instance where employee training was needed it is the Sonic drive thru employees.

Sonic Drive-In service has gone down tremendously at the lamarque, tx sonic

I live 2 minutes away from the Sonic Drive In @4100 Texas Ave, La Marque, TX 77568. I often leave work and order a # 6 Chili Cheese Coney Combo with Sweet Tea. It usually will cost $5.45.

Yesterday, I ordered the same thing and when I arrived home, I noticed my tater tots were covered with chili and cheese as well as my coney. I just threw them away and went back today because the corn dogs were on sale for $0.50. I ordered at the sign and when I reached the window, she didn't have my order.

That was strange because the order was there. I had to ask for my receipt this time and in previous years it has automatically been given to me. I used to fill them out to get the free Route 44 drink. Today I wanted to complain about the service. The workers were arguing back and forth and the window was EXTREMELY slow.

Sonic Drive-In food not like adversited

I really think that someone from corporate office should come down and monitor this Sonic and maybe train workers. If you order a hamburger it is cold and taste like it has been cooked for hours or days ago. I would bet they cook meat in advance and just put burgers together as needed they are awful and Sunday's never have whip topping or cherry and hot fudge is cold and lumpy. Awful and if you say something they say well we are out of cheeries and whip topping Really? everytime for the last 6 months? I rate this Sonic a zero Crossett Ar 71635

Sonic Drive-In cherry limeaid

The wife wanted something cold to drink with ice. Her favorite is the cherry lime aid from Sonic! I ordered a med. & a small. Asked (And paid for) extra cherries! After waiting 15 mins and being the only auto pulled into this place. We got 2 class's of ice, hardly no liquid and not the 1st. cherry! It wasn't a big meal order, but $5.37 for 2 cups of ice!

Sonic Drive-In food purchased

My wife and I ordered two carhop specials, the worst I have every had. I believe they had been made for hours, they where cold and didn't even taste good, it seems it is hard too get any good service at the Seiling Gore Sonic. Until this situation is addressed and fixed I have spend my last dollar at the Seiling Gore Sonic in Seiling Oklahoma. I know it isn't Sonics food I have eaten in most Sonics in western Oklahoma and they always have good food and service.

Sonic Drive-In rude employee who yelled at me.

I went to sonic for the first time and the drive thru employee was yelling at me and usin. Awful words while I was trying to order my food. When I pulled up to the window she wouldn't accept my money because it was a split payment( which I understand).. but she then threw the money at me and slammed the window which I found very rude and humiliating. I have never been this disrespected by any fast food employee and for my first time going there I have a very bad impression and will probably not go back because of how they mistreat their customers. That woman should not work around people if she is going to yell and be disrespectful to them.

Sonic Drive-In drive through window service

Hello I am a customer and also big fan of sonic. Sonic is one of my favorite fast food places to go. When I was as in the drive through I'm line I was saying hello to the employees. I don't know if they could hear me or not but I said hello about 5 or 6 times. It got to the point I drove up to the window . The lady at the window had a real bad attitude. It got to the point I didn't want anything and I hated it because I love sonic she ruin my appetite. The sonic I was at was 1541 N 18th St, Monroe, LA 71201. I will be happy if this never happened again when I go back to sonic

Sonic Drive-In sonic double cheeseburger

I was at the sonic drive in at 3003 east parkway dr in russellville ar on sunday may 20th 2018. I ordered a couple of burgers and when the car hop delivered my order she read it back to me and the super sonic cheeseburger was wrong. I had ordered it with mayonnaise and no tomatoes and the fixed it with no mayonnaise and no tomatoes. She sent it back to be fixed the right way. When i got home my boyfriend took a bite and pulled out a square plastic bread tie inside the burger. I have had my food prepared wrong several times at this location and i am not very happy with the service. I don't remember the client number but i hope i have given you as much detail as possible. My order came to $18.73 and i gave the carhop the rest out of a $20. My name is janet hill address is 76 gillespie rd atkins ar 72823

Sonic Drive-In staff

I frequent sonic and normally have an overly pleasent experience because of the African American lady normal at the window. However my last experience was horrible. I had my two 11 year old children in the car to witness this and it was imbariaing. Let me start off by saying we came 10 minutes before closing which I never try to do but there was a need for it. Reguardless what time you show up to a business you do your job with respect. The was a young girl who was rude from the time we placed out order. I am assuming she was ready to go and upset not only did we come late we came also with a $30 order. The ordering it's self was unpleasant. once I got to the window she did not say a single word. She headed me my drinks which we ordered three. I asked what this was she said sprite, it was water. I rather frustrated did say well she sure is pleasent and apologized to my kids. Then she came back with the food handed me the bags and left. I needed ketchup which there was none and ranch. We ordered 12 wings and there weren2 ranches we wanted 2 more. I honked she did not come back. 2 more minutes I knocked on the drive thru window. I said if you would of spoken to me you would of realized I needed both ketchup and ranch. I saw the name in the receipt and asked if she was Angie she said yeah sure as she handed me ketchup. She said here is your ketchup and I gave you like 4 ranches you do not need anymore. And walked away. 2 minutes later as I was looking up the information on the receipt who to report to the manager came up. Can I help you I asked her why her name was because I was reporting this and she told me her name was alley. I said that's crazy it says Angie in the receipt and she would of let me report against another employee. Courtney was the manger and asked if I needed anything else I said no as I was trying to keep my cool. It was ridiculous and your staff at this location need some serious training and alley if that is even an employee needs to be fired. What she did and how she acted and in front of children is a joke. Once we got home the food was just horrible. We got the large order of cheese sticks and three had cheese in them. Pretty sure they are pre packaged which means they were over cooked and melted out? Not sure how that happens. 2 burgers were smashed and I am just concerned about this night staff. Truly hope something is done about this.

Sonic Drive-In wrong shake.

I ordered an M&M shake. The cup said M&M but yet they gave me an Oreo shake with chunks of Oreos. I do not like Oreo cookies at all. That's just a waste of money. If they didn't have M&M they could've just said but no they didn't give a care in the world . I could have gotten a different shake if that was the case. Every order was correct but this one. The person who made the shake should NOT have put M&M because they CLEARLY know they used Oreos. It's only common sense. And of course I am upset I'm a mother and I really wanted something sweet of my own for once but they had to ruin my night.

I called the store to see if somebody could come outside and take my order cuz I had been sent outside for 10 minutes pushing the button and nobody would ever answer and 1/2 she said what do you mean I told her well yeah cuz I've been pushing the button I've been out here for 10 minutes I am kind of hungry and I would like to order some food so could you come out here and take my order and she told me know and at that they should have had a sign on that store saying it's not working so people don't park there and sit there for like 10 minutes I could [censored]

I. Ordered a combo number 14 at sonic around 11:07 am saturday in Del City oklahoma i had asked that the drink be substituted w a sonic sunrise smoothie the car hop first said my order wud b 5.66 then they said it wud b 6.01 bcuz they had to charge me additional money for what was in the slush then they said they had to charged me 7.69 roughly close to 8 and this specific combo came w a drink... This was charging the customer twice! For a dtink it comes w n on a substition u only pay the difference I know bcuz iv worked for sonic! By far worst customer service expieriance iv ever had.. And the manager on duty during this time a woman... Had an attitude towards me and overtalked me very rude in general... Horrible to do to a customer... What if I was a secret shopper? Might want to look in to this sonic...

Sonic Drive-In milkshake

after i got off work wanted a milk shake figured i would go to sonic because i love the shakes pulled up to the drive through and ordered a american hot dog and said i would like a banana milkshake, young lady repeated the order size medium . before i pulled away i asked to make it strawberry and banana . she asked are you saying vanilla or banana . i repeated banana . gentleman comes out hand me my shake and hot dog, i place the shake in the cup holder give him my card . mind you as he handed me my cup i thought it was kinda light . as i was waiting i started eating my hot dog ... it was barely warm the bread was cold and the relish was too much . i was hungry . gentleman return with my card i drive off got to the interstate really noticed that my milkshake did not actually taste like a milk shake . tasted more like just whip cream with strawberry syrup. as i proceeded to drive home out of curiosity put my fingers inside the cup to see what it felt like .then pulled the straw out and licked it . cream just whip cream ..i was furious ... my drive to work and back home is any where from and hour to an hour and a half so i just paid for a slice of banana in the bottom of the cup and strawberry flavored syrup.
i am very Leary of returning to that sonic again.. .
i have enjoyed milkshakes from sonics numerous of times before .

Sonic Drive-In turtle master blast

I ordered the small turtle master blast and when I get it and get home I only have icecreamand nuts. No whip creme no carmel or any other items that goes on it. And the the put it a regular cup.

I asked the young lady what happened to the cut and she said they changed it. I know they did not because I purchased one last week.

This us not the first disappointment.

Sonic Drive-In food product/service

My husband and i went to sonic and i ordered the chicken dinner which comes with Texas toast, tots and onion rings as a side. When i got the food i had no onion rings. I pressed the button again and advised them. I did not get an apology or anything just a hold on. Then 4ish mins later a gentleman brings my "onion rings " ITS ONE ONION RING! One?! I went back to the building and i advised the manager that i only had one onion ring... she said and? I said why am i only getting one? She said it only comes with one... are you for real sonic! When has something ever came with just one of anything besides the main thing. One tator tot? No! One French fry? No! One potato chip? No! One ONION RING?!? No! Then please explain why we are getting one onion ring!
Not only was this outrageous... the service at this location was terrible! They have no effs and laughed at me when i said it was stupid!

Sonic Drive-In wrong order

We arrived at sonic at 11:40 am, we immediately pressed the button for service and was not answered for 12 minutes. There were not many cars at the sonic so they couldn't have been too busy. Once they finally answered, we ordered and proceeded to wait another 10 minutes for our food. When we received our food, the order was wrong. We called for them to come back with no response to which we walked to the front door and asked them to make the order right. The employee snatched the order out of my hand and took it back inside. The order was made wrong a second time. I will not be visiting this sonic location again. 505 E Boyd Dr. Baton Rouge, La 70808

Sonic Drive-In service / employment

One of the only factors towards me trying to be a manager at sonic in lake city FL. Is because my 4 month old son had s heart defect and requires extensive surgery that comes with expensive after care. Upon my being hired I explained that my full time job was a carpenter 40 hrs a week 12hr. So since was part time and I was training very hard. Note that I am an exceptional worker. Usually early. Taking extra shifts and tasks. The GM Mrs. Angela played with my schedule quite alot I usually called to double check the schedule. Until I discovered that managers only make 10hr full time. Well my 2 jobs give me 1100-1200 a week. So it was obvious from the start. So I let Angela know that I was staying just to help her out. I work like a manager but am a common employee. Rare to find. Well she began bring her family in to work. Her daughter Felisha was manager in under 90 days. Her niece is a minor working there, her best friends she lives with is an unqualified assistant manager then you have her son who just turned 18 and had an issue that complicates his ability to work there. Then there's her husband who as well as the rest have a different last name to stay off the radar. Who got robbed along with his wife Mrs Angela . He is very unstable, verbally, physically and mentally abusive openly. He also asks customers to keep the tips. The other managers informed me of her trying to let me go because I got hired to be the manager her daughter didn't want to. Once that changed I offered to put my two weeks in. She was Andy explaing that both assistant managers were needing to be replaced. So I stayed to help as a make shift manager. Got 30-35 hrs a week. So both jobs total 70-75hr a week. A ride a bike every day 7 days a week to commute. I don't just miss work or show up late, as little I made it was still monumental for my son. I got fired by her through someone else with her standing in front of me. Because I was a no call no show. The entire shift knows I don't do things like that, I started a new schedule recently from Wed. - Sunday 5-close. I checked the schedule Sunday and it was the same. Come Tuesday I was no call no show. Every single appointment for my son if made clear with both jobs. So I couldn't have known my schedule because I don't come in on my day off. I haven't even had a written up. I was done very wrongly and I just want my job back. My son depends on my ability to produce revenue.

Sonic Drive-In service, food quality

I waited over 10 minutes to even place my order, while others who arrived after me were served first. I waited an additional 15 minutes to get the food. The hot dog was a mess, the burger was cold, the cheese wasn't even melted in it. The fries were cold and covered in way too much salt. I was not pleased at all. Everytime I attempt to order food here, it is always a sloppy mess.
