Sonic Drive-In food

OMG, went to the Sonic in Capitol Heights today at 12:13 pm, Check# 1001736 and Ordered #2, waited about 15 minutes. (I am thinking this will be better than the last time, getting fresh food). They did not have any ice cream, (how funny is that, every time you come into this establishment machine is not working). The receipts were not printing out of the machine, okay no problem. When I got my burger the below is what I got! There is no way and they should be ashamed of themselves to try to feed someone what I received. There were other customers who saw my food and walked out! You want me to pay 9.00 for this. I would not feed this to my dog! I asked for a refund, I asked for the Manager (she never came out). I really wanted to ask her if she would eat something that looked like this, or even feed this to somebody she cared about! I waited another 10 minutes before I got my refund. The customer service is horrible at the place, they give you anything, no pride at all. I am done with Sonic! As long as it took for us to get one in our area and they feed you like you are inhuman. If nothing is done I am going to FDA, this is pathetic! There is no way you should be feeding people food that looks like this. Y'all going to make someone sick!

Sonic Drive-In different things

i went 3 days after the opening. went thru drive-thru. ordered the #1(cheeseburger) I wanted a cheeseburger with ketchup and mustard only nothing else on it, tater tots and diet coke. I read the screen while the person took my order. it said exactly what I ordered. got to window, paid and left. I opened the bags and the tater tots were nice and hot, crispy and had a great peppery seasoning to them. I unwrapped the burger and it was fully loaded(onions, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, no mustard, no ketchup, buts lots of mayo covering it. you know how Wendy's has that slogan Where's The Beef? that should be your slogan couldn't even see the burger. I had to take a napkin and wipe everything off, then I took a bite, couldn't even taste the burger all I could taste was mayo, even though I wiped it off. I waited a week before I went back. I ordered a #4 texas burger. I said no lettuce and tater tots and chocolate milkshake. got the burger got what I ordered but the onion were in big chunks and that was all you could taste was the onions, tater tots were horrible, it looked like somebody dropped them in fryer and took them out right away. they were very oily(greasy) not crispy. I did have one that was crispy but it didn't have no seasoning and the same for the soggy ones. milkshake had way to much whipped cream, sipping through the straw all you would get is whipped cream. another week goes by and a friend wanted to eat at sonic and I told here it hasn't been good and I told her other people have complained about their food. we still went, she got chili dog, onion rings. I got a texas burger with just bacon and barbeque sauce and the tater tots, she took one bite of her dog and was chewing it then she spit it out it was cold and the chili didn't taste right(not good)her onion rings weren't onion rings but an onion ring. it was a big gob of onion rings stuck together and some of them didn't have breading and what did have breading was very little. my burger had bacon, barbeque sauce and big chunks of onions on it and usually the texas burger only has one patty. this one had 2 patties and in between the 2 patties was half an onion. somebody took an onion cut it in half and stuck one half in my sandwich. tater tots were crispy, but room temperature and no flavor. I just went today Sept. 19 and this time I went were you parked and they bring your food. I place my order. texas burger no onions, no lettuce, tater tots and diet coke. the girl brings my order, very disappointed when I find out they don't leave the tray on your car. they bring your food in a bag and hand it to you. any way I pull out the tater tots ice cold tots, not crispy and no seasoning, burger was cold and very pink in the middle( the cow was still mooing), and it had onions, lettuce, pickles, bacon, and two slices of rotten tomatoes on it and one little dot of barbeque sauce and the cheese was not even melted, it looked like somebody just took the cheese out of the fridge and plopped it on the burger. will not eat there again. I go there hoping my meal will be great and all I get is disappointments.

Sonic Drive-In cooking of product

On 9/18/2018 8:34pm, at the sonic in festus, mo 63028. My receipt reads, 136 davyn, st1 dtl1, chk 616, and receipt id# [protected].

My family, and I went through the drive thru to order a late night dinner for ourselves. Customer service during this time, was good. After we get our food, we get home and we are all hungry and ready to eat. My husband's and my daughter's food looked good. I opened my dinner of 3 corn dogs and tater tots. All 3 of my corn dogs were burnt from being fried to long. I tried eating one, and it had that burnt flavor to it. I was not able to eat the other 2 corn dogs. I had to end up making me a grilled cheese sandwich at home. I was extremely confused, as to the employee who had not only cooked the corn dogs, but also the employee who bagged the food, and could look at the burnt corn dogs and with no concern that they were given to a customer. I was/am completely baffled to why this was considered good food.

Sonic Drive-In bacon melt slinger and fries

called today to complain about horrible, burned to crisp, burger. The bun was dry, cheese wasn't melted. Fries were rubbery and c old. The manager I talked to hung up on me several times and laughed at me. IS THIS THE BEST YOU CAN DO? That employee needs to go. Rude scum bag. $7.75 down the tubes. NEVER again will I go to Sonic. 9/17/18. employee 142 Bryan. 2080 Miller Pkwy, Milwaukee, Wi. Sonic sucks.

employees rude, food sucks. Stay away from sonic in milwaukee, wi. Burned to crisp dry meat, dry bun, cheese wasn't melted. Awful. Couldn't eat it. Fries were soggy and cold and had the taste of burned grease. Called to complain and the manager laughed at me and hung up repeatedly. Customer service sucks. Obviously Sonic is desperate for employees and don't care what they hire.

Sonic Drive-In experience

I am an avid Sonic go-er and this experience was so horrible that I might not ever go back. For starters, the lady who took my order was very rude and kept interrupting me. I only ordered a drink and a small order of Cinnasnacks. It took nearly 15 minutes and my food was cold when I bit into it. In addition, my Dr Pepper tastes comepletwlt flat and they would not replace it. The server was unapologetic and snapped at me. I was completely appalled and just left as is.

Sonic Drive-In 12710 state highway 249 houston, tx 77086 united states

I just came from Sonic and as I unwrapped my burger at home, I was very disappointed that the lettuce was wet it seemed like welt old and the mayo and ketchup was way overboard. I had stopped coming to this sonic in northwest Houston long ago cus of their food was sloppy as they prepared our food and onion rings were. Way over cooked. So today I came and was more disappointed bc there was no one on line but one car behind me..as they attended them first for whatever reason they took long with my order! Never again will I have service from here...ugh! And no I had to throw away my cheeseburger! Lesson cost me $7.03..

Sonic Drive-In customer service

My friend and I went to Sonic in Pittsburg, CA. I could not get the store #. I was so looking forward to enjoying one of your hamburgers/cheeseburgers. I ate at one of your establishments in Texas. Well, we ended up very disappointed that we went. She is from the southern states so she was also looking forward to going. We placed our order and wanted to wait outside. The air conditioning was working too well (too cold) for us. Well, the table was too dirty to not clean it up. So I went back inside and I asked for a towel to clean the table. The young lady at the register said she would come out and clean the table. I told her she had too many customers and I could easily clean the table up myself. She gave me a towel and I went outside to wipe the table. The towel was a handywipe. Which to me is a disposable wipe. After I cleaned the table, I threw it away. So someone in the restaurant, sent a customer out to ask me for the towel. I told him I had thrown it away, he said that they told him that was their ONLY towel. Then someone named Mercedes came out to tell me off about the towel. She said that was their only towel and that they would spray sanitizer on it. Then she went on to tell me I was out of order for cleaning my own table. I thank God that I exhibited self control. I want to tell you that I will NEVER go back to Sonic AND I will tell all that ask me to NOT go there either. This a Safety and Sanitary issue. As a matter of a fact, I think I should and will report this issue to the health inspector. This is NOT a safe place to eat!

Sonic Drive-In service nacogdoches tx

I pulled up to Sonic and finally got a response from pushing the red button about 3 minutes after I pushed it. I ordered food. 40 minutes later the food came out. It was all cold except for the pretzel sticks. The chicken sandwich was not made the way it was asked. They came and picked up the sandwich and never returned. The lights were turned off for closing time. We left without the corrected sandwich.

Sonic Drive-In service

Complaint on sonic on dowlen in Beaumont Texas. Listen, I have traveled around the US for business and this is by far the WORSE sonic I have ever been to. Not kidding even a little bit. I go to sonic (not this one) EVERYDAY for a sonic coke. I worked 12 hours today and told my co workers I couldn't wait to get off so I could go straight to sonic. They all told me definitely not to go to that one because I would be waiting forever. Well I did because its the closest to my job and they were not kidding. All I ordered was a large coke. That's it! I waited 15 mins for it and backed out and left because there were no other cars on the stalls so there was no excuse! I never complain like this about fast food places but this was absolutely ridiculous!

I ordered and paid for a super sonic double cheese burger and received only one meat patty...Didn't realize it until I had driven back home...Please send me a coupon for a free super sonic double cheese burger...If not, then a refund will do...

Sonic Drive-In cheese burger

Went to sonic drive thru and ordered the cheese burger special and was told they didn't have a special on at the time. I was in a hurry so didn't have time to argue so ordered a regular cheese burger and tots. When I got up to the pick up window, I told the young man that I had just seen the special advertised on TV the night before. He talked to some one in the building and then told me that there was a special which was a double cheese burger and tots for 2.99. They went ahead and gave me the regular cheese burger which was almost uneatable. The buns were hard and dried out, no sauce, a sprinkling of shredded lettuce, very thin slice of tomato which was sort of white instead of red, and the whole sandwich was just kind of thrown together and squashed flat. I'm sorry to complain but I thought sonic served better quality burgers than I received. It seems to me that there's a total lack of training when it comes to putting together a quality product at that drive in.

Sonic Drive-In management

I love sonic food, but I've talked to several employees and Amory management is very mean to employees, they are not treated right.they tell them one thing and do another, they are not paid same or treated same .also who ever orders doesn't order enough they are always running out of stuff. Please check we love our sonic and hate all the bad rap they get, check on management .its not good for fast turn over of employees, this causes confusion. And things not running smooth. Thank you so very much,

Sonic Drive-In customer service and wait time

Went to my sonic to get milkshakes around 830pm.Waited behind someone at the speaker for over 10 mins, then someone came out and waved us all forward. I guess the speaker box was broken? Waited over another 10mins because they took the cars order ahead of us and had to make it. A worker came out with a drink to us and I told him we havent even ordered but would love to! He ignored that and just kept going down the line. Drink belong 2 cars back. That sends the wrong message to your customers when one sees that. Finally get to window and order and I ask if the speaker was broken. She says no sensors not working. Told her there is no sign. I watched the car behind me leave because of wait and 2 others leave from sitting at the speaker. I thought drinks were half off after 8pm. I was not paying over $9.00 for 2 drinks after waiting over 20 mins. No sorry for your wait or anything. If the deal is over that's cool, but how about saying that. This is the second time I've had issues over the drive thru. We come often and have never been treated like this and experienced such poor customer service. I will not be recommending to others or coming back anytime soon.

Sonic Drive-In about service

9/09/18. I will not be going back to my neighborhood Sonic. Sunday there was no one in the drive- thru or at the stalls; I pulled up to the window drive thru ( speaker to order has NOT WORKED IN MONTHS) and I sat there and sat there. I could see the lady messing around with the tea. After a couple of minutes I drove around again very slowly and pulled up to the window, and still she kept ignoring me another person cane from the back and they preceded to talk. I hate honking my horn, but I did AND I SAT THERE BY THEN I WAS MAD.

Sonic Drive-In drive in onion rings

Normally I LOVE Sonic onion rings.

But my local store here in Dickson, TN has been slacking.
When I pay $3 for a small order, I expect them to be better than this (see picture attached.)
Most weren't even edible because they were all clumped together rather than brown & crispy like they should be!
This has happened now THREE times so I see it as a pattern. Unacceptable.

Sonic Drive-In food quality and customer service

On 9/11/18 we visited the store at 471 Mary Esther blvd fwb FL 32547 (850)243-7014 stall #17 62 Seth chk 349 6:48 pm tray:76 . I ordered the chicken dinner combo and ask for gravy and Fries they said they don't have gravy and I said that's fine and order the doctor Pepper when I got the box it contained tater tots and the chicken strips were very dark and burnt tastimg. The strips did not meet the proper internal temp for held products. It is obvious the grease hasn't been changed and it jus poor quality. I also felt like the man taking my order was a little short with me and definitely did not look isten to the changes I wanted to make. Also the screen went back by into the red button haa been pushed we were not able to see the order while it on the screen and then were not able to pay at the stall. I love Sonic but tonight was unacceptable.

Sonic Drive-In food, and customer service

My children and I Swang through the drive-thru today on our way home. There was absolute silence when I pulled up to the speaker, after waiting for a moment, the girl says "What can I get for you?!" Which I thought was extremely rude... I know if a girl at my store greeted a customer of mine like that I'd flip. So, I ordered I asked for two kids meals and a small cheese stick a small pepper. Both drinks I asked to have no ice. It took almost 10 minutes to get to the window after ordering with only one car in front of me... I get to the window, was greeted with the wrong total, given my drinks which had ice in them, (okay whatever) then she shoved my bags at me slammed the window, then reopened it and asked if I wanted sauce with the cheese sticks... I said "Yes", slams the window grabs the bag and shoves it out the window almost dropping the overfilled bag if condiments on the ground. Once again slams the window, I waved to get her attention to ask for my receipt. She grabbed it said " Hear" an slammed the window once again. I looked at my receipt an noticed I was charged for a large motts instead of a small...maybe that's why she didn't give it to me? But, needless to say, the attitude and the unwelcome feeling that she gave to me and my kids was ridiculous, I'm not one to complain I am a restaurant manager an all I know is that she is the face of your business an she isn't representing you the way you should be.

Sonic Drive-In half price shakes after 8 pm

I went to get a half priced shake and the sign was still advertising promotion and still says available on menu but when I ordered I was told the promotion ended on Labor Day. "Corporate hadn't sent the new signage yet". All they had to do was take the letters down from the sign in the front of the store. Bad marketing practices. You should honor what you are advertising!

Sonic Drive-In slushy and sonic blast ice cream

We were waiting at the drive-thru about 10 to 15 minutes for small slushie and two Sonic Blast ice cream first the slushy my brother got was a grape slushy and was given to him water down really watering and then waiting on to Sonic Blast ice cream one Reese's Pieces and the other one M&M's the guy that was making it was not handling it right I understand that he was disabled from one hand but still using his arm against his chest to make the ice cream ice cream all over the cup all over his shirt it just makes me not want to go over there again and just for me to sit there and watch them they thought it was funny so something needs to be done ASAP

Sonic Drive-In sonic app ordering.

1. Menu system on line is terrible. All I wanted was a double Cheese burger with lettuce, Mayo, Tomato and Onions No pickles. What I got is a junior burger (smaller than regular) with no mayo, tomato and anything else but pickles. The menu is very hard to understand because it kept adding items that I did not want. And then when I got ready to place the order there was no evidentiary item to click on.

2. Also, Could not check in. Phone kept say LOADING OVER AND OVER.

3. Receipt did not match what was delivered.

4. Have to say I gave Sonic a chance, but I'm doubting that I will every use the app again. Good Luck with Dat.
