Sonic Drive-In cheryl

Hello
I always go to the Dawsonville sonic.
I love it there
Everyone is so nice
I pretty much go everyday

However I am really upset

There is a car hop server person there that when I go and she is working she is so rude and short with me and with the cars next to me. Her name is Cheryl. She is a heavier set brown haired lady.

Like I don't mean to be nosy but I have heard her with other people not just me. She is rude and will even ignore you.

With me she has completely forgotten half my order then when I asked her to redo it she completely forgot and never brought it back out. So I left. I tried flagging her down and she made eye contact and visibly ignored me.

I have also noticed when I'm there for longer than an hour or so cause sometimes I like to just relax and sometimes order more than once that she just goes to her car and it will be mad busy. In watching these other car hops race around and then the tall guy has to help meanwhile she is in her car doing who knows what.

I have even seen her yell at some of the people she works with.

Sonic is like a drama tv show since she started working there and I can just sit there all day and be entertained.

Y'all need to fire this woman.
Cause I'm at the point now where if I pull in and she is there I will straight up leave.

Sonic Drive-In drive through

I had the worst drive through experience in my entire life at sonic tonight. There were 4 cars ahead of me and I waited for over an hour to be served. Not that the wait wasn't bad enough, I was given the wrong order, they "fixed it", even though it was still wrong and my food was cold. I have never experienced such poor service at any establishment.

Sonic Drive-In phone call to sonic in newberry, sc

I called sonic drive-in in newberry, sc to ask about solar eclipse glasses. The young lady who answered the phone was very rude and nasty; she also hung up on me. I do not understand how an employee can speak to a potential customer in such an unprofessional manner. I have also experienced mistreatment at the drive-thru window, however, I never complained about it. After my experience tonight, I feel compelled to express my concern.

Sonic Drive-In this is the 2nd time we have had a big problem with your manager & your employee s that work under her

We go up there & ask for a Jr. Burger with cheese & they was very rude it was the manager that was taken our order I guess she thought my husband said jumbo jack when he didn't he said he wanted a Jr burger with cheese the manager has all her employees to lie with her & say my husband said jumbo jack I'm very upset about this I want something done about your smart [censor] rude manger the first time we had the problem with them someone came here to Howe & askme to come back while he was there but I didn't & we never went back there & the reason we had that problem was we ordered a jr burger with mustard extra tomatoes & lettuce no pickles & the sister of the manger here in Howe Texas told us they never put all that on a jr burger they just put meat cheese & bread with mayonnaise or mustard someone needs to come & get rid of the manager & her employees & get some better crew we don't need the manger or her sister here they are the most rudest people. My name is Kay Miller my husbands name is Tommy Miller our # is [protected] please give us a call. & like I said y'all need a better manger & better employees. Sonic Drive-In received too many tiny breakfast burritos.

Today 8/17/17 at my local sonic I ordered a breakfast burrito that took more then 10 minutes to get with no other cars in the bays. When I received my order I drove away since I had some places to be. My burrito is 3 inches long and has almost no content. This is not the first time this has happened. I believe more reimbursement of something is on order. I eat at sonic all the time spending more then $15 a trip. It does not represent the company well if I have had more then 5 times received a tiny burrito.

Sonic Drive-In #9 crispy chicken sandwich

On August 17 I visited a sonic location on inwood road in Dallas. I ordered a number 9 and two chicken strip sandwiches. They apparently read the order wrong and made three crispy chicken sandwiches instead of the two chicken strip sandwiches. Not only did we receive the wrong sandwiches, but the chicken was hard, almost inedible, and one sandwich was completely raw. This made me gag uncontrollably, out of disgust. I did eat a portion of it before realizing that it was not properly prepared. Let's hope I don't wake up with food poisoning.

Sonic Drive-In complaint with the owner of the sonic location at 1960 suburban ave saint paul mn

On Weds August 16, 2017 Myself and 3 other family members were very excited to stop at a Sonic (1st time at this location) 1960 Suburban Avenue, Saint Paul · [protected] its pouring down rain as we pulled up to order by drive thru: I'm continuously speaking saying "hello" "hello" we sat there for at least 8 minutes and no response, we see other cars parked to order so I decided to simply pull up to the window to see if this location possibly was closed early, my husband wanted to leave at this time due to the wait but our daughters really were craving Sonic so the young man opens the window calmly and I said are you open and he said yes and I explained how long we sat waiting to order and he responded by saying they were short staffed only 3 people working and he took his headset off and that is why no employee could hear the cars pulling into the drive thru then he apologized, I responded by putting in our order and asking about the drink specials he tells us the slushy and shake drinks are half off so I asked him if he could upgrade the soda drinks to slushy since they are half off and I also wanted to make sure they were complimentary upgrade not only for that reason but also for the long wait he said there would not be a charge to have slushy drinks instead of soda and he also asked his manager and it was again confirmed that there would not be an extra charge I pay for my food the bill seemed high $29 and some change for 2 meals, small onion ring and a medium shake that should have also been 50% off so I seen on the receipt the meals were correctly rang up and then it showed 2 charges totaling over $3.00 in extra upgrade charges on the slushy(s) and a $6.00 charge on this shake I tell the young man and he understands the mistake and says he cant do anything until his missing in action manager appeared again after about 9 minutes remind you we still have not received any drinks or food so the angry faced manager comes to the window and says rudely so you want each order bagged separately? I said yes, he starts to hand me a bag and I said are you going to correct the over charges on our food and he pulls my food back from me and says no and tells me I been asking for free stuff since I pulled into his establishment and he was so rude I asked him for our food because honestly more than 20 minutes have now passed and he refused to give me my food order saying I did not pay.. I did start yelling at this point because I paid and over paid and my family was hungry and our food had to be cold and this man who when I asked for him to write his name down on my receipt that he refused to give to me said he was the store owner and began to tell me how I must be having a bad day and then intentionally took his sweet time getting our food order I yelled at him to give me the food I paid for and he says he hit the police call button and continued to take his time. My husband threw his food away not trusting to eat it and my daughters were traumatized. It was a nightmare experience and why?

Oh and unfortunately because of him I could not think straight. My daughters were fighting in the car, and as soon as I got home I grabbed one of them by the hair and threw her on the my driveway in my garage. My other daughter who was fighting with her told me to stop and my husband tried to calm me down. Funny how during the whole ride home my daughters were fighting and now they were ganging up on me. My husband as well. Well I thought it was all over, wrong. I don't know who but someone saw me grab my daughter by the hair and throw her to the ground and they reported me to CPS and now thanks to this manager my daughters are both in foster care. I regretted this afterwards, but the manager made me so angry that I hurt my children.

Sonic Drive-In 2 footlong chili cheese coney large combos

Last night at 10:48 pm, my fiance and I had went to the Sonic location in Boise ID off of orchard. Our orders, 2 large # 7s where not fresh. The coney hotdogs were burnt at the ends and tasted really old. The bread was hard in some spots and our tater tots were cold. We contacted the manager and said that we can not get out order replaced because we do not have the food anymore. The manager we spoke to, had even contacted the manager on duty to talk to them about the order. We have the receipt and I have attached it with this complaint. The lights outside were even turned off and we had contacted sonic, at 10:35 pm, in advance to make sure they were still open. This is not right, we expected good food and now they do not care or even want to make it right. I am very disappointed and upset. All we want is for our orders to be made right.

Sonic Drive-In service people

People are so rude and when you need to speak to the store manager he is never there and most of the evening shift smells like marijuana what is going on there is corporate not doing frequent visit or surprise inspection they need a real good store manager that's cares and is there when needed someone please help that place its going down hill so fast

Sonic Drive-In food preparation

I ordered a blast and a concrete at the Sonic in Robinson, TX around 6:30 pm. When I receive my order, I see that they put a few toppings on top which is nice. I then realize after eating a couple bites that they did not mix in the chunks of cookie and candy. They just put a few on top. There was also a piece of plastic in my blast. I have ordered ice cream at this location before and have been displeased each time. Also, the young lady who took our order seemed less than thrilled and we had to repeat our order a couple of times. I would like to see better management and training of the staff at the Sonic in Robinson.

Sonic Drive-In 20 minutes for 2 shakes

Tonight myself and my husband went to the sonic in morrilton Arkansas and waited literally (no exaggeration) 25 minutes for 2 milkshakes! I arrived at 8:10 and finally got the shakes at 8:35. They had a sign up that the grill was broke so they weren't even cooking; and only like 6 cars waiting to be served! I pushed the button Again after 15 minutes and they asked what shakes we had ordered and said oh those are headed out now...5 more minutes! They forgot the order till I pushed the button again...common curtesy is to just admit it and say sorry and I would have been fine but they said nothing about making me wait 20 minutes!

Sonic Drive-In staff /management personnel

Due to some grudge the manager Casey Lasseigne at the Sonic on Admiral Doyle Drive in New Iberia Louisiana has against my daughter when my daughter went to place her order this Casey called the police and had my daughter and her step sister for no apparent reason. I do not feel that this is reasonable conduct for any management and I will no longer be a customer of any of your establishments.

Sonic Drive-In large chili cheese tots and strawberry slush

They were rushing you to order. I over looked that. Once it came out the drink was visibly spilling out the cup i told her I wasn't taking it because I didn't want it wasting in my car. She gave me napkins and then the drink "she never tried to fix it it". My order was 6.83. I gave her 20.83. She tried to give me $3 in change. No receipt. Food was old. I trashed everything I was so upset

Sonic Drive-In fired

I, Taylor Garrou, worked for Sergio Saucada for about a year inconsistently. He fired me today because I told him I had diarrhea, plus i'm not even on the schedule yet. Yesterday I threw up and couldn't go in and I told him I had diarrhea and said I could bring Dylan(my brother) instead in case I did threw up and he said not to worry about coming in at all anymore and that I no longer had a job.

May i add that I am 10 weeks pregnant and left my other job to work for Sergio more.

Sonic Drive-In rude employee

We asked the lady to personally come out and take our order because we had three orders and it's hard to hear through the machine she rolled her eyes and said you need to wait so then she went in and said "so you can't here me" walks outside and and said so what's your first order in the rudest attitude. Then she dropped our straw I said can you get that and simply ignored me this happened at 2:45 at the Berkley Blvd location the employees name was Tanesha.

Sonic Drive-In customer service.. food.. manners

I just left Sonic at 2010 Aldine Bender 77032.
I could not hear order taker until she fixed something internally. When she finally got my order, she quoted me one total and then changed it on screen. When they brought my food the fries were cold, hard and greasy. The scrambld eggs on my burrito were hot but were so old they were hard and looked like fried cheese. They forgot a portion of my order and when it was brought out it was thrust in my car without a spoken word and when I said thank you I wasn't acknowledged. The people were rude and the food was substandard. My carhop Pedro was nice and polite and the sweet tea was perfect. If all of their service is this poor I would be at a loss to explain how they stay open.

Sonic Drive-In I was given a employee card in place of my debit card

On August 10, 2017 around 7:27pm I ordered a Sprite Zero with Strawberry, diet peach green tea, and a medium vanilla Dr Pepper at Sonic located in Perkins Ok. I gave the carhop my debit card and when she came back she gave me a card wrapped in a receipt that I assumed was my debit card. I drove to Stillwater.Ok and went to make a purchase and found that I had the car hop's employee card and not my debit card. I went into panic mode and called the Sonic located at 1202 N Main Perkins Ok 74059 that I had purchased the drinks at. The manager told me that the car hop's had accidentally given me her employee ID card instead of my debit card and that he had it in the safe in the store. I went back to store to get my debit card and all he did was come out and hand me my debit card and all he said was sorry to me. He explained to my mom why it happened. This was not a good enough to me. He wasn't that very nice and I feel like he had no customer service experience. This was a huge mistake on their part. This felt like they don't really care about their customers.

Sonic Drive-In cannot use app to pay for meal

Tried to pay for order using APP with $17.69 available on my account. Kept getting message that service is not available at this time try again later or contact carhop or manager. They could not help me. I ended up having to use my debit card. Location at 3856 S Clack St Abilene Tx. 79606. CHK 706 August 10 2017 05:49 PM.

Sonic Drive-In bad food and unfriendly service

On August 10th 2017 around 6:00 pm I went to the drive up at Sonic in Colby Kansas. I ordered 1 plain bacon cheese burger with small tater tots and then a foot long chillie cheese hot dog with large tater tots and a large cherry limeade to go. Got home and looked at the food and the bacon cheese burger with tots was fine but the foot long chillie cheese hot dog was all messed up. The foot long was sticking an inch out of the bun and there was hardly any chillie or cheese on the hot dog. The tater tots had a piece of chicken in it. Person that served the food was not friendly at all. Below I posted two photos of the food. I'm not looking for any refunds or free handouts, just to get this fixed so I can continue to eat there.

Sonic Drive-In premade food stored and waiting to be served to customers

I went to Sonic in Manor, TX located at 11215 US Highway 290 East on 8/9/2017 and ordered the #7 (footlong coney meal) with tater tots, sweet tea with lemon and a small chocolate shake. The person that took my order and brought my order out was very courteous and exhibited excellent customer service.
I checked my order before I left. my tater tots were cold and the bun to my coney on both sides was rock hard "no lie". I pressed the button and called for a manager to come out. I explained the situation. She took my order and brought out another that was fresh. I asked her to explain what happened. She explained the cook had pre-made the footlong before I arrived and ordered it and had it placed in the toaster waiting for someone to order it. So that is what is was served. I will never spend my money with this location ever again. There are very few food places in manor, TX but I will certainly bypass this place.
