Sonic Drive-In their ice cream slushes price

My husband and I went to about 8:30pm 9/10/17 and ordered 2 large Cherry Ice Cream Slush which are half off after 8pm, we WERE charged full price and so I called and was told that this price is no longer available? Well if it is no longer available then WHY are they STILL ADVERTISING this SPECIAL ON TV, ONLINE AND AT SONIC ON THEIR ORDER BROARD! This is FALSE ADVERTISING.

Sonic Drive-In food never made as ordered

I live in Xenia, Ohio. I stopped coming to Sonic 2 years ago because my food is always wrong. I'm lactose intolerant so I order a burger not a cheeseburger. My order is always correct on the receipt however my burger always has cheese on it. I recently decided to try Sonic again. Unfortunately nothing has changed at this Sonic. Today I told the order taker several times I wanted a burger with NO cheese. I even explained why I have to have no cheese. She said she understood. I get my order and check it before I drive off. Guess what is on the burger ? Yep, you guessed it, CHEESE. Obviously nothing has changed at this Sonic. I won't be coming back. This unfortunate because I used to go to Sonic in Williamsburg, Kentucky when I was in college and the food and service was always wonderful. I was excited when I heard we were getting one in Xenia. Now I could care less. Fire the management and crew and start over, this location sucks.

Sonic Drive-In working for sonic

My 15 year old and his brother that is 18 has been working for sonic for a year and has had a problem with one manager that has harassed and bullied them and her son has grabbed them and threatened them I and my husband has talked with all the managers and Jack said he would change the schedule and talk with Veronica but still schedule them in same environment with the woman and her son who then jumps in their face saying " y'all trying to get my mom in trouble. " the manager that has been bullying them has taken money and accused my son multiple times of stealing but said to bring her the money and it has been cleared . I need help to handle this situation

Sonic Drive-In service

My husband and I decided to bring my niece to get food before we took her to the movies and this was her first time ever coming to a Sonic.

After we received our food the waitress came back to give us our change, I told her were missing the chili cheese dog. She went back in and came out and said her manager wants the bag of food back.

At this point we are already eating so I asked her if she wanted us to put everything back in the back so she could take it. She got really frustrated and said "I don't know" and walked away.

Then another worker came out to question us like we were criminals and I told him what were missing and then gave us the chili cheese dog.

I was about to pull off and the same kid came back out with a receipt and said his manager wants to me pay for the chili cheese dog he just gave me. At this point I am beyond mad and I felt so disrespected and not valued as a guest or customer. I asked him to send his manager out so we could speak to her.

Now she comes out and says that she or whoever bagged our food put 2 chili cheese dogs in our bag (we only ordered 1) and once again I explained that we did not. Then she got upset and said she doesn't know whats going on and said to forget it.

I have never had an experience anywhere like this. I am a manager at a furniture and I would NEVER treat our guests like that!

Sonic Drive-In service

20 minutes for 3 drinks 2 mini chili cheese fries and 1 sm mozzarella sticks. Food never came. Had to go inside and get a refund. Management on duty had no idea how to do the refund. Basically children running the store. The place was disgusting. The managers family had brought in homemade food for everyone. Must be nice to get food. Every one was on a cell phone or just hanging out..

Sonic Drive-In unethical behaviour

9/9/2017...229 Emara was the person that took my order but my complaint is with the carhop...for over 4 yrs. I have been going to two Sonic's in Okc. the one on north may and the one on n.w. expressway...I go every Friday, Saturday and Sunday faithfully and some in between...I always get a rt. 44 cherry coke...always...I am addicted..I also get shakes, food and other drinks for my wife...I stopped going to the one on north may over a year ago because the expressway one was just as close to my house and easier to get in and out of...there was a carhop at the may location that shortly after I started going to the expressway location transferred there...so I have had her a my car dozens of times...sometime she was not friendly but people have bad days and I just ignored her...I have never wrote a complaint about anyone but today she was over the top rude...and even though I love sonic..I guess I will go elsewhere and get addicted to something different..she brought out our food, drinks, and a shake...she did not bring a drink holder...I had asked to have one brought out with my order...it was on the board and ticket...she got an attitude then...told me to take my food and shoved it toward me and walked off...I took a drink of what was supposed to be a cherry coke and it was diet coke with no cherry so when she came back with the drink holder I told her the drink had no cherry in it and was a diet coke...she grabbed it from me and said they didn't charge you for cherry and I said that's fine I'll pay for it...I wanted cherry coke not diet coke...she was walking away and i said do you want the money and she yelled yes...it's 11 cents and I know that I have been doing this for years...she comes back and says '' I put double cherry in it because you never like your drink''...it was still wrong I am now drinking a diet coke with cherry and there is no double cherry and she didn't take the money..she was walking off saying something I didn't understand...I just left...I have sent drinks back before twice in the last 4 to 5 weeks because it was just pink and tasted bad...no carbonation...I waited until it was changed and got a new one...I have also sent them back over the years if it were diet coke like today...no cherry...or dr. pepper...I am 47 yrs. old and I don't appreciate being talked to or treated with disrespect...I tip most every time and I even tip in the drive thru if they bring it out to the car...she didn't get a tip today to say the least...I hope you take action so others won't be treated the same...Thank you for your time...Cathy Davis [protected] [protected]@aol.com

I pulled into a stall today and ordered chili cheese fries. After literally over 15 minutes, I still didn't have my food. Two workers managed to have time to go out and smoke, talk on a cell phone, and go to a vehicle. When I buzzed in again, I asked for a manager. When she came iut, I realized she was the one smoking and who had also had the cell phone and who went to her car. When I asked what the problem was, she told me my order was mixed up and they went to several cars to see who the order belonged to and didn't know. Interestingly, they never came to my side and asked and she thought that made things okay. I then drove up to the window and asked for the general manager's number and the same "manager" told me she couldn't give it out. I told her I would be contacting the bbb.

Sonic Drive-In Bogo

Told the girl in the beginning i wanted the bogo offer. They bring my food and didnt give me the while thing, saying I didn't order that . Then proceeds to tell me since i already paid I couldn't have it cause they had no way to put in computer system. Finally they come back to ask what I had. I am here almost everyday and this us how they want to treat their customers. Now I have to wait even longer while the rest of my food gets cold. I've been here for 25 minutes already.

Sonic Drive-In Customer service and pricing

Today I went to my local sonic during happy hour (2-4) where the sign clearly states 1/2 off drinks. Since when is an Ice Cream Slushy not a drink? A slushy is 1/2 off as well as shakes so why wouldn't this be included in the deal? The sonic in Bridgeville, Pennsylvania has the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced at a "fast food" establishment. After sitting at a window for 10 minutes and not being acknowledged, I made my way to the drive thru where I sat for another 10 minutes before I was asked for my order. There was 1 car in front of me and about 3 total cars in stalls. This is comepletly unacceptable. How do you consider yourself a "fast food" restaurant when it took almost 30 minutes for me to get an ice cream slush just to find out this isn't considered a "drink" for your "happy hour". I will never return to this location. Every time I've been there the service is so slow and my food comes to me cold. You're either understaffed or clearly just don't give a damn about your customers or how their experience is.

Sonic Drive-In pricing

We went to Sonic tonight to get the special .99 drinks. We ordered 2 large limeades and 1 Large ocean water. We were told they were premium drinks & would only take $1 off. I looked it up and it says all those drinks & doesn't mention anything about premium drinks nor does it say on the menu board anywhere that these drinks are premium drinks. I know it's a minimal amount but that's false advertising if you're state those specific drinks but yet saying they are premium drinks. I was just trying to figure out the justification of the charges.

Sonic Drive-In the managers are horrible need to be investigated

My name is lakesha Hubbard the parent of kadarius Hubbard he is 17 years old I went thru all the paperwork to get him hired and he was hired as a carhoop weeks later they put him in the kitchen now this where things get bad I don't know what the problem is or when it started but the manager Aaron been very mean rude unfair and disrespectful towards my son they don't give him many hours he give him 3 hours for the whole 2 week and his check be less then 100 every two weeks and they charge him for things he didn't eat I believe they stealing hours stealing money and doing some illegal activities they smoke weed outside they misses up ppl order and still remain to some how make my son pay for it I was gona go to the news about this matter but I wanted to let you know that I am very unhappy with the [censor] going on with them my son is never late he always do his work and they still find away to push my son to the edge today is Sept 6 2017 he had to work at 5 when he got there the manager Aaron told him that he texted my son and told him to not come in that was a lie my son never got the text Aaron lied my son quit cause of the disrespectfulness so please investigate Sonics drive in on 2460 popular ave Memphis tn there are some discrimination against my son by the manager Aaron please keep me posted I will take it to the news if I have to

Sonic Drive-In #12 meal/service

Hello I just opened my meal and I have a few complaints about the Whitehall Sonic in Ohio.
1. At the drive thru the person was not listening to me what-so-ever
2. More importantly I got the #12. I received ONE onion ring and ONE piece of toast. I also was not asked what sauce I wanted.
The service and food I got was unacceptable. I do have a photo if you need one as proof.

Sonic Drive-In sausage egg burrito

The I got a Sausage Egg Burrito from Sonic in Tupelo on Gloster St. This is my usual order. It was the absolute worst! It had almost nothing in it! When I complained about it to David, he said it was made correctly, without even checking it out. He said there should be 7 pieces of sausage in it. Were they supposed to be the size of a dime? Almost no egg. Then he argued when I asked for a refund asking me what HE was supposed to do with my burrito! I told him I didn't care, just give me a refund. After a few minutes, he got back on the speaker and asked me again what I wanted. He said I had already paid and wasn't going to give a refund, apparently. I told him to either give me a refund or give me a manager. At that point, a manager did come to the mike, not out to me, and said he was sorry and I could keep my drink. He apologized that it was not the way I wanted it. I will not be going back to that Sonic again.

Sonic Drive-In availability to get ketchup in tubs.

I love sonic onion rings and tater tots. I often stop at sonic for these items plus popcorn chicken. I also love ketchup on these items and Beat on the go. Every time I ask for a

tub of ketchup I get a hassle. Many times they tell me that they no longer provide cups if ketchup. They will give me several packets of ketchup. My point is ...have you ever tried to drive and squeeze ketchup packets on onion rings, tater tots, or popcorn chicken? Almost impossible! Just as dangerous as texting while driving! I would really like for someone in the corporate office to think about this and come up with a solution! Thank you for your time.

Sonic Drive-In food and service

On 9-5-17, we stopped at our Vandalia, Illinois Sonic. After ordering, the screen told us our order was on our way. After waiting 5 minutes, it finally arrived. The cheese-burgers that we were served were terrible. The meat was very tough and was hard to even chew. It was like they have been reheated on the grill. They had no taste at all. The cheeseburgers and the fry's were not hot. This was NOT a good meal and was not worth the $13.00 + we paid. I guess we should have gone to McDonald's where we could have at least got better food and cheaper!

Sonic Drive-In the sonic in aubrey tx. hwy.377 everything I ever order from there

I've lived in Aubrey for over 6 yes, and around the corner from Hwy 377 location. No matter time of day or night, or if I order full meal or just one of many of there multiple drink flavors they provide there's a problem with my order.The foods never freshly serverved, and most of the time looks thrown together.This situation on top of multiple others like something always being left out of order or them not fully listening and rushing out food I wouldn't feed a dog, I'm not picky at all and I've worked fast food many yes out my life and I never had or seen such poor service, Also they never make things right they either argue with you about your order or give you the oh well your loss attitude, I stop for food or drink before my shift at nursing home facility I work at Pilot Point sonic also off hwy 377 and never a problem not once its been over a ur and just when I think let me givey local store some service another issue occurs.I have plenty of coworkers, associates, and friends in the area or that simply pass thru and they all say the same thing Aubrey sonic sucks sorry to have to say but so true this one makes many look past and go to next local one stop shop.They should consider getting with Mr.Till owner of sonic in Pilot point for some tips cause there standard, quality, and customer service will make any drive extra few miles to not have to continuously be disappointed by Sonic at 924 S.hwy 377 Aubrey TD 76227

Sonic Drive-In bad service,

Every time I visit the sonic in many, Louisiana I get bad service. When I order they said I can't here you, we are waiting for our food but it never comes. I tell them I ordered and they say I didn't take your order. I want to know why they do this. If you stop between the hours of 6pm to 8pm your lucky if you get your order at all. That is not a way to run a business.

Sonic Drive-In cheese burgers

My wife and I believe that during the 7 min. that the screen showed that our car hop was on their way, that our order was mistakenly taken to another vehicle. After receiving our order, we drove home and opened our order and much to our surprise it appeared that both cheese burgers had been unwrapped and checked and then re-wrapped. The foil was not pristine and neat as it always is. You could tell that he top buns were crumpled and not fresh, right off the grill. I know that mistakes can and have been made but I can't condone someone else handling our food and then sending it back, only then to be sent out to the proper destination.

Sonic Drive-In half price shakes

On 9/3/2017 we went to the Sonic in Trussville Alabama at 8: 15 p.m. to get half price shakes but they said they were no longer doing that even though I showed them their website that currently said half price shakes after 8 p.m. Of course they didn't care and weren't polite about the matter. Sonic is way overpriced. Not happy at all with Sonic. If you're no longer doing the promotion that's fine but take it off of your website.

Sonic Drive-In service time

We were at Sonic in Cheyenne WY on Dell Range BLVD, wanted to grab a quick drink on our way out of town. Drive thru was full so we went to a car hop island. After sitting there for 10 minutes and pushing the button at least 4 times and not getting an answer we decided to do drive thru.
We waited for 15 minutes before they took our order and then it took another 10 (at least) for them to take our payment and for us to receive our drinks.
We noticed workers inside standing around and there was no rush to get the backed up orders out to customers.
I'm really not one to complain but this is a constant issue for this location of Sonic.
