Sonic Drive-In I am complaining about how bad the service is

Everytime i go there its ALWAYS A PROBLEM . even if there is no one there its ALWAYS at least 10 minutes before i get an answer then when they finely take your order its at least another 15 minutes before you get your meal. And now they are telling me that the fryer is broken and the guy is fixing it as we speak but there is no service trucks in the parking lot this is the LAST TIME I COME HERE.

Sonic Drive-In milkshake order wrong

I ordered a sonic burger and a Oreo milkshake. When I tasted it half way home from a 12 hr shift to out it had no ores in it all was disappointing to say the least... I was not given a straw or napkins in my bag. I didn't know I had to ask for a straw with my shake. This is my second visit to your restaurant and it may be my last. My last order was wrong and I had to wait 15 mins for my replacement. You used to have great costumer Service, it has gotten worse over time. If I return it will not be on a Friday or Saturday evening, that's for sure

Sonic Drive-In my order in drive thru

I went to sonic at 12: 25 p m through the drive thru trying to place a order and the lady Rebecca was very rude I ordered a family order of mozzarella sticks And she said they did not sell the family size anymore and she kept on hollering what size and I said a large and she didn't ask me was I finished she just told me my total which was $5.90 and I wasn't finished with my order so when I get to the window she handed me my mozzarella sticks And I told her that I wasn't finished with my order because she cut me off so then I ordered a large order of chili cheese tots and a large strawberry peach slush and she charged me $6.99 for that

Sonic Drive-In grilled cheese sandwich

I received a text saying there was a special for grilled cheese sandwiches for .50 cents each. I live about 15 miles from Sonic but made the drive for the discount. When I get there once again they are sold out. It's 5:55 pm and they are sold out of grilled cheese sandwiches. Had this been the first time it's happened I wouldn't be upset. It's seems as though every time At Neosho MO. Sonic if there is a special when I get there they are sold out. More like they sold their limit for the day and don't want to give anymore discounts.

Sonic Drive-In very very very poor service

On November 11th 2017 I went to the Sonic in Fairview Oklahoma and I pulled into a stall and I placed my order my order was a grilled chicken wrap combo with a green apple cream slush also I ordered a medium blue raspberry cream slush and then I ordered a chocolate sundae the chocolate sundae wasn't even made full they barely put any ice cream in it and the blue raspberry cream slush wasn't even mixed up at all hardly. When I took the lid off you could see the blue slush on the outside and ice cream in the middle and I paid $17 for this I'm furious they didn't even do their job right and it was dead I mean there was hardly anybody there there was two cars there so it's not like they were slammed and just didn't have time they just flat [censor] didn't care I won't be back to that Sonic for a while

Sonic Drive-In frozen strawberry lemonade

Me and my girlfriend stop by at Sonic in Springerville Arizona and ordered a whole meal with a watermelon limeade and a strawberry frozen lemonade they came out and gave us just a frozen lemonade so we told them that we ordered a strawberry frozen lemonade they said it was going to be $0.50 extra charge and we pay them she took the drink back in and put back in the drink maybe one pump and on top of that the drink does not look at all as it is advertised on your guyses menu I asked them can I get a strawberry lemonade that looks like the one on your menu they were rude and said that's how it's supposed to be two pumps of strawberry so we are very unsatisfied with the response of customer service and not just that but not content at all with the strawberry lemonade which we are leaving on the table because it is not what we ordered I hope you guys can fix this issue with this location thank you and have a great day

Sonic Drive-In sonic app

Beware do not use Sonic App! I have a family of 6 and we frequent our local Sonics several times a day so this seemed like a great idea with the rewards program. We used the App for one week and started to receive rewards then the problems started happening when I began to reload my card I received a lock on my card. I called to 800 number and was told you have to wait 7 days to reload card and you can only spend a certain amount on card so I purchased gift cards and downloaded then onto the app which was suggested. We were all going fine and had accumulated around 6 or 7 rewards and had several gift cards on app and the entire app was removed by Sonic from my phone. I called Sonic and they stated that we were no longer allowed to use app due to too many reloads within a 7 day time span. I was shocked that a company would turn away customers for repeated business and frequent visits and they said sorry! I asked for my money and my rewards and was told I would need to call again and request someone to look into that. I have been a loyal Sonic customer for 30 years and I am NEVER EVER spending a penny at Sonic again! They stole my money, my rewards and treated me like crap and I have been dealing with this issue for 4 weeks with no resolution and nobody from Sonic Serbs to care that this has happened.

Sonic Drive-In ice cream machine

We live and attempt to visit the sonic on 3911 Sheppard Access toad in Wichita Falls, Texas. We have attempted to get ice cream products from this sonic on 4 occasions over the course of the past month and a half and every time we are told the ice cream machine is broken. I love sonic and have been a long time customer, but I am very disappointed since this is the only sonic close to our new home. Thank you for taking the time to look into this situation.

On 10-5-17 my family visited the sonic drive in located in vinita, ok, we ordered a dbl. Sonic cheeseburger, mustard, no onion, as I am allergic to onion, med. Fries, med. Drink, a med popcorn chicken, small fry, small, drink

Sonic Drive-In extremely poor service

Your Sonic at 9500 Federal Blvd, Federal Heights, CO has the poorest service I've ever seen. It's even worse than the one in Colorado Springs that I have complained about before. It always takes forever to get your order. But today we went there and pulled into a stall, the drive thru had 5 cars in line. We took about 5-6 minutes to decide what we were going to order and then pushed the button. The girl comes in and says we are not taking orders from the stalls today you have to use the drive thru. Okay, fine. I pull over to the drive thru and it's the same 5 cars. We wait 15 (FIFTEEN) minutes and we have not moved and not placed our order. So we leave and go somewhere else. I know you have school kids running these things, but is there really no one else that could possibly be concerned about customer service. BY the way, we left and went to another Sonic. And unfortunately we did not get home with our full order. Pretty bad customer service day for you all the way around. I would like someone to call me and tell me what they are going to do about the continuous poor service at this place

Sonic Drive-In bad service always wrong order

I usually stop twice a week on my way to work for the last 3 weeks I had to pull to the window for them to take my order even though I had placed it at the speaker and they still get it wrong this morning I stopped I ordered a jr deluxe no cheese no onion mini cheese sticks and 44 oz drink I got to the window she repeated my order I told her it suppose to be jr deluxe not double jr and mini not medium cheese sticks I got the recipet I was charged for double jr burger she was arguing with me it's the same price she fixed it and when I'm almost at work I open the sandwich it had muster on it I called the store the manager leiah said to turn around and she will fix it are you kidding me that is rediculous I would like the area manager to call me I understand sometimes you have new employees taking order but if I have to repeat my order again at the window and still get it wrong that not right my number is [protected]

It's not ridiculous for the manager to suggest you return to the restaurant so that they can fix your order. If you return to the location in the future, I would recommend checking your food before leaving so that they can fix it at that moment.

Sonic Drive-In overcharging

This is to provide documentation regarding my visit to the Sonic Restaurant located at 1101 South Broadway St., in Little Rock, Arkansas 72202, on Saturday, November 4th, 2017.
I work the midnight shift on Friday and Saturday nights, and I usually go to fast food places on my way to work.
I haven't been to this Sonic location, or any other Sonic location, in over a year. The last time I went to this Sonic, , I ordered a cheeseburger that was cold, and very dry, with absolutely no flavor.
I started going to Wendys down the street. They have been doing fine, good food at fair prices, and they offer a Senior discount.
Tonight the drive thru line at Wendys was backed up to the street, and they were unusually slow.
It was almost Midnight, and I needed to get some food, and get to work, so I decided to try Sonic again.
I love the Toaster sandwiches and the Tater Tots, and it had been ages since I'd had them.
The Bacon, Egg, & Cheese Toaster sandwich normally comes with 4 pieces of bacon on it, which in my opinion isn't enough, because I love bacon. If you only have 4 pieces of bacon on the sandwich, it's difficult to taste the bacon with the egg and cheese too. I went through the drive thru and ordered a Bacon, Egg, & Cheese Toaster with triple bacon. This should equal 12 pieces of bacon.
The young man who was outside taking orders questioned me about that amount of bacon, and I verified that I wanted 12 pieces of bacon on the sandwich, and also a small Tater Tots.
The young man went inside to give them my order, and when I got to the window, Crystal verified my order, which was correct, and then she said my total was $16 and some change. I told her that that couldn't
possibly be right, even though I did order extra bacon. She double checked, and said that they had made a mistake, and my total was $10.86. I paid that amount, even though I still think I was overcharged. I needed to get to work, and I was already running late.
I think $4.80 for 6 pieces of bacon is way out of line.
If the sandwich comes with egg and cheese, and 4 pieces of bacon for $2.99, and you pay $0.80 for extra bacon, how do you figure that 6 more pieces of bacon should cost $4.80?
The sandwich was loaded, the bacon was cooked just right, well done, and crispy. You want to make sure pork is cooked well, and this was. The tater tots were very greasy, but they usually are.
This meal was delicious, and it filled me up well, but I think the price is way too high to eat at Sonic on a regular basis.
Also, I paid with a $20.00 bill. My total due was $10.86, so my change was $9.14, but my check showed that my change was $0.14.
I also didn't receive any napkins or peppermint as before. Have you stopped giving peppermint?
By comparison, I can get a Wendys Classic Single and a plain Baked Potato, with butter and sour crème, for $6.32 including a Senior discount.
I can also get a Nachos Bell Grande with double meat and jalapenos at Taco Bell for $4.88 including a Senior discount.
It may be too late to do anything about this issue now, but maybe you could talk to the employees there about the correct prices to charge for extra items in the future.

Sonic Drive-In medium half water half spirit

This is the Sonic 81st and Lewis. I guess it should have been a red flag when there was no one there at happy hour. I ordered a medium water. I get to the window and the lady was going to give me a wacky pack drink. I told her I ordered a medium. She didn't say anything to me just turned around. She gives me a medium drink. When I drink it it is half Srite and half water. It is disgusting. She also didn't give me a receipt for my order. I think I'm pretty much done with Sonic all together. This isn't the first time something like this has happened and I have gone to multiple locations. I have yet to find a good sonic. Sad considering I live in the state it originates.

Sonic Drive-In employee was very very rude

My father and I went to the drive thru in winnsboro yesterday. My father is an older man and has some hearing issues. When the call was answered she was friendly yound lady who said her name was samantha. My father ordered the carhop classic with tater tots and I guess she may have gotten aggravated with my father because he kept questioning why the he was being chraged for the tater tots he is an older man and didnt understand that they had to be rung up that way. Maybe the young lady thoufht she had turned off her speaker but she made the comment do you know you are really getting on my [censor] nerves just order already. This is unacceptable. Me nor my family will ever do business with sonic again! We love sonic and the rest of our experience waa fine but those words from that yohnd lady were not fine at all. If that is the kind of people that this business emoloyees than they just wont get our business.

Sonic Drive-In chicken

We used to go to sonic all the time. We really liked to order the popcorn chicken and the crispy chicken sandwich. Over the last year or so the chicken has been getting worse and worse. The chicken anymore is mostly breading and not much meat. The chicken sandwich I ordered today was flat like a piece of cardboard and tasted like it too. There very little meat and on top of that, all of the breading is rock hard. Like break your teeth hard. Wont be going back for a while. Tired of being disappointed by the food. Hope someone sees this and makes some changes to the food. It used to be so good. Its a shame to see it turn into such garbage.

Sonic Drive-In manager

I eat at sonic several times per week.Tonight I ordered cheeseburger and car hop special to go. I got food home and the ticket was right but wrong food. I had to go back to sonic to return.Told car hop(sweet kid) that I would like to see manager Courtney C. That I thought I should be compensated with a slush or something. He returned later with my order and said that Courtney said that she is to busy to talk to a customer. I explained to him that I work in a hospital and that we make time for complaints of our customers. I spent 50 minutes trying to get dinner tonight. This is unacceptable. There were 6 cars at the Lexington Tn sonic when I left there tonight. This is not the way that a manager should behave.

It sounds like this was a one-time mistake out of many positive experiences. Did you eat the food that was incorrect? If not then they should have offered a replacement or a refund. If they did one of those things or you ate it, then there isn't anything more they can do. In regards to the manager, it's possible that she was assisting other customers.

Sonic Drive-In food and change

I just left ordered a number 3 which comes out to be $10.33 and I gave her a $20 bill. I sent the carhop back inside for ketchup and she returned without my change. Once I asked her she said you gave me a $10 bill and proceeded to give me the ketchup. I argued back and forth with her and she still saying she don't owe me any change. She didn't even give me a receipt either. I went to the ATM machine and I'm positive that they don't give out anything but $20 bills. If that's what it takes to get tips baby just find another job. She must really needed that $9.67 lil dumb [censor].

Sonic Drive-In unauthorized credit card charges

On halloween 4 of us girls decided to go to sonic for lunch. We sent one girl to get all of the orders. One of the girls forgot to give her the money so when she called to tell us that we told her to just put that total which was $3.50 on one of our cards. She advised the car hop to add that one order to one of the other cards it didn't matter which one. One of the other orders was $12.00. Instead of running the $3.50 charge on one of the other cards the car hop had ran the $12.00 on each card multiple times.in return has caused my checking account to over draw since that charge was charged on my card twice plus also charged the other $3.50 to my card. One of the other girls had that $12.00 charge also added to her card and it wasn't her food either. When we called to address it the manager had me and the other girl that had the charges on our cards to come back to her store and show her our bank accounts to prove they were charged multiple times.in my opinion they should have been able to look without us having to show our bank accounts. (That is personal information) but we did like she ask. When we got there we showed our accounts and she called someone and came back and told us it would be 7-10 days before it gets added back to our account.in turn has caused my account to overdraft last night. I called the main office and they transferred me to someone that had no idea what to do. It was a whole different company and something about a security breach that has happened sometime this year. So I guess I am just lucky I have overdraft on my account and I will have to eat those charges. I am a very unhappy customer and sonic doesnt give a crap!

Sonic Drive-In 20 minutes for 7 corn dogs and small tt with cheese

I should have know right off that this was not going to be a good visit. the car hops take the orders. he come outside looking for me in a stall.. I was at the drive thru- #1 mistake. I order 7 corndogs one small tt with cheese. not sure how long 7 corndogs and I small tot with cheese should take.. but this order took 20 minutes. I only have 30 min for lunch. needless to say I was late getting back. #2 mistake. 3rd mistake. I ask another car hop to check on my order.. I am not sure but I think it never was put in. she came out and repeated what I order... duh... he didn't charge me for tt with cheese mistake # 4. so that had to be corrected. brought 7 corn dogs with no mayo or mustard after I told the first carhop I needed mayo and mustard with the corn dogs. wasn't even on the ticket. the second car hop had to go back and get the condiments. Finally 20 min later I am on my way back to my job. I am not asking for nothing in return except, maybe the manager should take the orders at lunch and leave the carhops to deliver the orders. 10/31/2017 was this supposed to be a trick? sure wasn't a treat. maybe hire someone who likes to work and just not someone looking for a paycheck. this sonic has screwed up my orders so many times... I report it and nothing ever comes out of it. I keep going back because I think how can they just keep screwing up? lessoned learned. my building holds about 400 people. maybe I need to seed a email letting them know that this sonic is not the place to order from.

Sonic Drive-In rude manager, messed up order

Tonight I ordered 3 mini shakes, a small peanut butter cookie dough blast and a mini chocolate snickers blast. When I got home I realized they had given us a small snickers blast mixed with heath bar and a mini chocolate snickers blast with cookie dough on top. I called the store 3 times before someone actually answered the phone. I told her that my 2 blast orders were messed up and how they were wrong. She was EXTREMELY rude and interrupted me telling me that she made the small blast and knew that it was correct. Then she rudely replied saying, "well what do you want me to do, I can remake it if you bring it back." I spent $15 and had to throw away the 2 blasts because they were completly wrong. I usually come to this Xenia store at least once a week and they messed up our order last time as well and I never called to complain, we just made the best of it. I'm not happy that I spend $15-$20 per visit and have had 2 bad experiences in a row, especially dealing with the rudeness tonight. I'd appreciate a refund for what I spent tonight considering we threw away the drinks. The name on my receipt was Stacey but I'm not sure if she's the manager on duty that I spoke to.
