today is 10th of may & i have my given compaints & mail already to M.D. -- mr. mukund rajan but no reply after three e-mails.please check the
the letter draft below which is already mail to mr. mukund rajan on 3rd of may

Dear Sir,

First of all, I would like to introduce myself, Mukesh Vora (Sona Auto-New Tata TVS). We are into automobiles industry since 1973. We have 8 shops in Mumbai. This is to inform you that Mr. Aashutosh and Mr. Praveen came to me and do multiple meetings for Tata TVS and after 2 months of talk they have agreed and approved after going through my financial capacity and size of space which I would like to allocate for Tata TVS. After 2 months I gave them draft in first week of April and then started work of shop and finished majority of the work and also finished our training and about to open our shop on 27th April. But on 24th of April, Mr. Aashutosh and Mr. Praveen came to me and told that it’s our mistake we cannot approve your TVS on this site, we will give you refund.

I would like to inform you that I have invested my wealth as well my precious time not for taking refund, I would like to go forward with TVS. As a staff member of Tata Tele, Mr. Aashutosh and Mr. Praveen should keep their words, because we are working with the name of TATA and they are spoiling the name of TATA and giving false comittement to us.

This incidence has happened on 24th of April and today is 3rd May, Still they are not showing any curtsey to give any feedback of opening shop or refund.

You are kindly requested to look into this seriously and respond us back.
