Somalata Ayurveda India Pvt.Ltd. review: delivery after one month

Hi, this problem we had for sometime but we thought we can solve it with office in India. There where delivering our parcel after one month and expected from us to deliver payment as for usual service. At moment they declined our account and we dont have any more solution than to contact someone with reasonable mind. IF you give us any reason why our parcel with our samples (selling products is our core business and purpose) have reached destination after one months? This job we loose even before we start. Whose buyer will accept samples after one month? Please let s know what to do?
