The site is a total scam. I learned too late, but after I suspected I was scammed I researched and found several postings of people who got ripped off. All the positive reviews are fake. Just check the dates of the positive reviews...they're all posted on the same dates. It's shocking that they've stayed in business for so long. Avoid dealing with this site at all costs!

I have purchase a Rolex watch from www.solidswiss.cd as a birthday present for my dad and never received it. I have made an order over three months ago and I doubt that I'll ever get it. Customer service does not reply and I have no idea how to get my money back. They just took my money and run.

Do not order from SolidSwiss and do not believe the positive reviews, they all are fake and written by SolidSwiss employees! They took my money over three months ago and I never received the watch. I called them tons of times, but no one picked up the phone, then I tried to send them a message via "Leave a message" form, but they never contacted me back. I'm so disappointed and disgusted with SolidSwiss and it seems like I'll never get my money back! Run from this scam!
they cancelled my order and never refund me
I placed order. Because of overtime delay i cancelled it. I got the cancellation receip early august 2015 . The sales man advised to post a clair to my bank to stop the payement. Of course my Bank did not accept. End of september i dont receive any Refund yet. Dont buy anything from them nore from their sister Company "Best replica".
seller keeps silence and no info about the order
I ordered Swiss watch from the company www.solidswiss.cd. I paid about $700 for the order and postage, but the seller provided the empty confirmation email. I sent several emails, but no response. After 3 weeks my order hasn’t been delivered. The seller continued to keep silence. Maybe someone has any idea how to track this seller and return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.

Total rip off. I ordered watch from the company www.solidswiss.cd. I was really disappointed, ‘coz these jerks didn’t provide any info. As well as they didn’t communicate with me. I only sent them emails and messages constantly, but I still haven’t received any reply. I really advise all people not to buy from them, ‘coz the company and their services are the worst ever, so avoid these ### and post comments about your experience with them.
they have problems with delivery and refund
People, be aware and better don’t order from the company www.solidswiss.cd. I ordered watch from them, but these ### didn’t deliver my order within 6 weeks. I went to the website and cancelled my order, but the seller didn’t reply to my emails and didn’t provide any confirmation. Also they didn’t provide money back. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. Please we need to stop this company and return our money. Post your comments.
Don't send this company your money. It has been over seven months and not a word. No communication back, no emails returned or phone calls. They offer you a great discount upfront if you use Western Union instead of a credit card. Now I know why. I contacted Western Union and filed a fraud case but still no word. Any good reviews you read are from within the company. Stay clear, they are just stealing peoples money.
their watch was not waterproof
I bought waterproof watch from the company www.solidswiss.cd. I was really disappointed, ‘coz I got the watch, but it turned out that they were not waterproof. Also they stopped to work after I put them in water. I contacted the seller and explained the situation, but this jerk told me that it was mistake and blah-blah. I was really disappointed. Please leave comments about this company, because people should be aware when they buy from such dishonest seller.
I paid money for another item, which hasn't been delivered
I ordered item from the website www.solidswiss.cd. On the next day, I got phone call from the rep, and he told me that the order was unavailable. He advised me to buy another thing, which was similar, but the price was a little bit higher. I agreed and paid the necessary sum. After that the seller provided confirmation info and the tracking number, which turned out to be fake. And after 4 weeks I still haven’t received my order. Sooner or later they will be punished by God or by the people they scammed. There is no Law to protect customers in their countries, so there is no law to protect them from severe punishment.
