Soleshopper.com / Product not received
I ordered a pair of shoes online on March 3, 2013 order number 554. The money was taken out of my credit card ASAP for $57.46. I emailed them two weeks later on 03/18 to see why my order still hasn't shipped. Their response was " Hi Kerrie,
"Your item is being shipped by one of our 3rd party fulfillment centers. This takes a few days more than our normal shipments, and getting tracking can be a bit slower. However, we'll be getting your order out as quick as possible. The process is automatic, so you don't have to do anything
It is nearly three months after my order was placed and it still says "order waiting for shipment" I have emailed three times since my original complaint and received no response. When I call the number provided to me
"If you have any questions please call us @ [protected] or reply to this e-mail." It is not in service.
They took my money and never shipped my product and now won't return my emails.
