StoresOnLine has refused to speak to me, has rejected my 3-4 email communications, has blocked my emails as scam, and is now trying to send back the software that Marguee Halladay received and signed for on 9/8/8. (I have a signed receipt to prove the company did in fact receive my return).
I also made a deposit of $500 which StoresOnLines refused to refund? No response from StoresOnLine?
As I stated the letter of return â�� I am not paying for a product/ software package that I did not use and returned.
I am not a lawyer but this business seems to be practicing false and misleading business practices, which
I would think is not legal in the USA, most of Europe, the Far East, and Australia.
I am sure Universal Account Servicing, LLC will demand full payment for this returned product, ignore my letter regarding the return of the software to storesonline and most likely attempt to sue me.
At this point I need consumer assistance/ help.
I would like to file a formal complaint regarding StoresOnLine/Imergent/ and Universal Account Servicing, LLC and the company business practices.
If anyone is having consumer protection problems or complaints about www.StoresOnLine.com; aka imergent or the company collection company called Universal Account Servicing, LLC try filing a formal complaint with your states consumer protection office and send a copy the Utah Division of Consumer Protection, (a link of the list of the state consumer protection office will be provided at the end of my letter). You most likely have to file a separate complaint against Universal Account Servicing, LLC â�� StoresOnLineâ��s financing and collection company.
If anyone knows of another CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINT THESE COMPANIES please forward the information to me.
